The service was able to get to the repair place from the outside with minimal bricks removed (rather than from the inside which would entail significant post repair repairs. I was grateful that this professional was able to do the work without additional costs.

They went straight to the rental property but the toilet they brought the handle was on the wrong side. They left and exchanged it for the correct one and installed. They were very polite. Yes I would hire again.

Description of Work: I purchased a $220 deal for a New Toilet Installation (Supplied & Installed)The service went quite well. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. I had to pay $6 in tax. The technician did great work. I believe the quality of the equipment is not the best or anything I would have picked out myself.

They responded to our online request promptly, and set up an appointment to do the work. |They arrived right on time, assessed what needed to be done, verified that the current setup was to code, and got to work. The replacement tanks used were Rheem Professional series. |I was informed as to what was happening step-by-step, as well as told what maintenance would need to be done to keep them working well for the future. |The two-man team was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took care to cover my floors and cleaned up everything so that you never knew they had been there. They even filled out all of the warranty paperwork and said they would handle submitting that for us. We have plenty of hot water!

Description of Work: Got $220 toilet special. Thought they did a good job so got a quote for installation of a new kitchen sink and disposal and new bathroom faucet which I supplied ( they supplied toilet). Was 4 hrs of labor plus few parts they supplied such as new piping for under the sink came to a bit over 5 bills, plus the 220 toilet special. I had gotten a bid from a big competing company and they were way way more than able.
