Description of Work: The plumber found the leak and quickly repaired it. I was very satisfied until I found that the A.C. / Heater main switch was accidentally shut off while searching for a light. Found out through another repairman why my unit suddenly stopped working.

Description of Work: The rep quoted $13,000 to re-plumb the whole house which didn't even need to be done and was telling me the gas plumbing needed to be redone. Funny how when we had the gas lines inspected they passed just the way they were. He also tried to tell me that the lines coming into the house could not be PVC which I also found funny since newer house than ours has pvc going into it. | |The date maybe wrong I can't remember the exact dates he came out and I tossed the quote as soon as he left. Went with someone that was NOT list on this site and was very happy with them.

Description of Work: The techs arrived on time to check the leak under my kitchen sink. They figured out that it was the faucet that needed to be replaced. they returned with a faucet that would not fit in my kitchen sink. It took them an hour to figure that out. They said they would the next day with a different faucet. Little did I know that I would be charged $120 for that unproductive hour . They charged me for their techs inefficiency. really disappointed with the customer service.
