Billy came out right on time, I showed him the leaky faucet and went inside. Less than 5 minutes later, he had it completely replaced and was all done. I would not hesitate to call Able Plumbing again. No problems whatsoever!

I called the company on Wednesday afternoon and made an appointment for the following morning. The lady who took my call was very pleasant. The plumbers called me when they were on their way to my house and arrived within the scheduled time range. They were friendly, courteous, and did a great job at a fair price. I will definitely use Able Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

We called on a Sat. The plumber who took our call was super nice. He took his time asked us to take a few pictures of the old valve and sent to him so he can help us out. He called us back confirmed what our plan is OK and gave us his tips. We are impressed that he was real knowledgeable, and spent his time helping us free of charge. Too bad we didn't get his name, but we will definitely call this company again when we need to hire a trustworthy plumber next time.

This was a big deal purchase. They did a fine job. They did the job like they promised and I did not have any problem with it. They came to do it when they were scheduled to. I did not have to call them twice. They came out, maybe, two or three days after it was purchased. I did not have any issues with the work they did. It was a fair price. One person came out to do the work. I wasn't there when they did the work because it was at a rental house.

They came the next day and did everything in less then hour. It was really stuck all the way down, they took a little while, almost one hour. Very good. Very good company and I have used other plumbers before and they are the one I like the best.

Five Star Plus!!! I used this company twice. I purchased the Angie's List toilet replacement deal.. When I had concerns about the Vorten toilet and it's history of tank failure...they researched the product and found the problem had been resolved. The scheduling process and the job was done timely and efficiently... job well done!! I hired them the second time on an emergency basis...when a handyman I hired through a competitor of Angie's to replace a faucet. He ran into a problem, he couldn't fix... water leaks at the faucet and under the sink. I called Able Plumbing... they responded within 45 minutes. Billy not only corrected the mess the handyman created... he corrected a possible future problem. From the front office (Tina), to the field technicians...Excellent Job.. Will definitely recommend this company.

I purchased the Angie's List coupon online, then called the next day to schedule a time. They were able to fix it the same day. They showed up on time and fixed it quickly. Unfortunately the hose faucet started to leak again the following day, I contacted Able Plumbing the next morning when the small drip was discovered and they were out there in just a few hours the same day and fixed the problem. Faucet is no longer leaking and I would absolutely use Able Plumbing again in the future.

It went great the guys they sent out to dig were great and quick. The plumbers assigned to job Jimmy and Dwayne were very knowledgeable and professional.... Thank you Able Plumbing.

Called Able on Saturday morning and they were at my house (Santa Fe) within 45 minutes to repair. They were able to repair the valve and saved me from buying a whole new shower faucet. Very professional and prompt - they will be my go to in the future for plumbing needs!

Before arriving, the plumber called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived within the scheduled time and immediately started his investigation. After confirmation of the water leak, he moved fast to correct the problem. This area was difficult to work in. The correction was also difficult to achieve. The plumber, however, had the required skill and determination to get it fixed. Within a very reasonable time the water leakage was stopped and the drain was tested to assure no water leakage. We were very pleased with the overall outcome.

When the technician came out the price changed form $110 to $180. He told me that the part had to be sweated in and the replacement only covered screwed on replacement. That is NOT in the advertisement or the fine print. BAD deal! I would not call them again as they just tried to jack up the price.

Excellent service. Change-out was quick & efficient. A minor hardware problem required 2 return visits. They were scheduled promptly and plumber arrived as scheduled. Problem was eventually resolved by replacing a part. All done with no additional charges. I am quite happy with the work.

it went okay it was raining..the two plumbers track mud in my house..i .advise them of mudd on there shoes ...they took them off..i had to mop mud of the floor ..and shampoo in areas where the carpet was........other than that all went okay they was friendly////courtesy/listen what I had to say//very understanding..little pricey...

The good news is that Gary was professional. He did a nice job . The bad news is that Able Plumbing is dishonest. On Angie's List web site it plainly stated that a 10% discount would be applied to seniors. The account manager refused this discount and she said (overhearing her comment to Gary on his phone) to stop wasting time with me and go on to another customer. My suggestion to the owners of Able Plumbing is to enroll her in a crash course in customer service.
