Jeremy was on time, professional, explained everything he did. A very good experience.

It worked out very well. They came out within the first few weeks after I purchased the big deal and I do not think that they charged me more than the $195 deal. The price included the garbage disposal and everything. I would absolutely use them again in the future if I need to.

He was great. He called right away and was very helpful but we were able to fix it ourselves at home.

Outstanding job! The repairman was punctual and knew what he was doing. He removed the broken garbage disposal and then installed a new one in less than an hour.

Everything went very smoothly. Purchased the Big Deal off of Angie's list, called the number provided in the Angie's list message and scheduled the toilet installation for the following week. The plumber called 45-minutes prior to arriving, and they arrived at the beginning of our appointment window, which was great. The old toilet was removed and replaced and everything seems to be working great. The plumber was courteous and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be using Abel plumbing to replace the remaining two toilets in our house.

Went fine, they did not mention I'd have to hire an electrician for the new heater, other than that it went as I expected.

Provider was responsive and thoughtful. He took the time to explain his services and the type of work he would perform. The quote he gave was reasonable and I affordable. I would use again and recommend him to others.

We liked them really well. They could have charged me two fees to come out but they only charged me one fee. It was very reasonable. They were very friendly.

Purchased a new water heater through Angie's List. Found out after talking with them that the price would be $200 higher due to the water heater being in the house attic. This wasn't a major issue however it would have been nice if that was mentioned in the original ad. They were also very proactive because they couldn't do the work on the day originally scheduled but called to reschedule the job ASAP. They arrived during the time window they said they would. They replaced the water heater and were very professional. After installing the new water heater they pointed out a gap in the roof flashing that was allowing water to drip on the top of the water heater and cause it to rust out over time. They suggested sealing the gap to prevent this problem in the future. Very happy with the service.

The water heater was reset and working by 8:10 am. Told me what to do to fix myself next time. Great work!!!

An hour early? Now, who has had a plumber call an hour early offering to come because of an available tech? I wasn't even dressed yet! Well, he checked out my little problem which turns out is not so little. My 14 month old pole house has a major problem. The builder did not see that a drip pan had not been installed under the tile flooring in my shower. It has cracks around the edges and the water from the walls has run down and UNDER THE TILE FLOORING, dripping through the soffitt and onto the concrete slab. Basically, the shower floor has to come out and be re-done! A contractor is coming next week and after I get an estimate will have a little talk with my builder. Think I'll sic my son on him. Anyway, since the tech didn't "do" anything, there was no charge, and no service call!

We purchased ordered two new 50 gallon gas hot water systems via Angie's List. Able contacted us almost immediately and installed the units the next morning. The service, price, communication was all great.

Excellent service. Will be my first call for all plumb8ng needs now.

My husband called Able Plumbing and they sent someone out the next day. After they arrived, they found that the problem was slightly more complicated than anticipated and said they would need to come back the following day as they needed additional tools. Jeremy and his helper Gerber arrived on time the following day and fixed the leak quickly, meaning less time away from work for me, which was great. They were both very professional and Jeremy was very knowledgable. They even fixed a vent pipe in the attic that our roofers had knocked out of joint while they were up there and didn't even charge me! They did a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Call with confidence!

It went well, it was determined that I did not require a new water heater.

Had a leak over the weekend. A hole was cut in my ceiling to find the leak, along with some water damage from the leak. Danny came out and assessed the damage on Monday. He left a huge fan to begin drying out the ceiling that was not being replaced overnight. He was back the next day (along with Shannon) to complete the repair of the hole in ceiling and to repair the water damaged ceiling. My kitchen looked like a disaster area from the leak over the weekend. Once Danny finished, you could not tell anything had happened. He was pleasant, and got the job done!

Came home on a Saturday to water leaking through my ceiling from the second floor. Water was everywhere. It was a weekend and we needed a plumber fast! Saw that Able Plumbing on Angie's list had emergency service. We called and completely expected to reach the answering service. Able actually answered the phone and said they would have someone at our home to take care of the problem first thing Sunday morning. Dwayne arrived on time on Sunday morning and found there was a problem with the way the builder installed our toilet, causing it to leak. He removed the toilet, wax rings, etc. fixed the problem so we would not have this issue again. Though Dwayne did need to cut into the downstairs kitchen ceiling to find the problem, he did so with as minimal damage as possible. Dwayne was very professional, and very detailed oriented.

Crew was very fast and professional. Quality of the work was excellent and completed in a very timely manner. Cost was very competitive. Took time to explain their work warranty and the product warranty. We're completely satisfied with the work performed by this company, we highly recommend them and would definitely use them Again!

Service was performed quickly and efficiently. There were some surprise extras but they were not discovered until the tech was well into the job. I used an "Angie's List Deal" to buy the replacement hot water heater and saved some money that way. The tech communicated well with me all during the job. I am completely satisfied with the service performed and communications with all personnel at Abel Plumbing.

Plumber arrived at appointment time, worked quickly and with care. Absolutely no problems with service and new toilet. Would definitely use this company again.

The man was very punctual, I had asked for 3/28/14, thinking I would be lucky to get someone to respond very quickly. He came out 3/27/14. He was very quick, did a wonderful job and totally revamped the outside faucet and brought it up to code. He did not try to up sale. He just did a grand professional job, talked to my wife a little, and he was off. He cleaned up after himself, which so many don't do. I will without question have his company come out to fix any plumbing issues we would have.

Had to refix job done by another contractor. I paid over 40,000 to a contractor to fix up my home not counting material.That money is gone thanks to people on Aggie's list I may get back in my home by April been out of a home since October |

The contractor, Dwayne, was very nice and did not make me feel uneasy. He arrived as scheduled, went right to work. He didn't come up with any additional charges. He knew what he was doing and did a neat job as well. The toilet is steady and working well. I will definitely call Able Plumbing again for future plumbing repairs.

They responded promptly and performed the work in a very professional manner. I will definitely use them again in the future.

It as an outstanding experience. It cost a little more than I expected, but it was excellent overall.
