It was a great experience for a bad situation! I called the number and He (?) answered quickly. Of course it was Sunday so the office was closed so I texted him my information and I got a call within 5 minutes from Jeremy. He asked what our problem was and figured what he needed, said he would be there within 45 min. after he stopped at Home Depot to pick up some parts. Then he called again just to make sure and showed up early. Then he called after just to make sure all was well. Great Customer Service!!! Jeremy did a great job with no problems! Thank you Soooooooo Much!!!!!

Same guy Came out the next day, took over 2 hours till his job was fulfilled.

These guys are amazing. Showed up at my house a little early to give me a quote. I'd purchased a 'Deal' from Angie's List, but I'd warned them it was in the attic and could be nasty. They were back in two hours with a fantastic new water heater, valve and pan. They charged a bit over $200 for the extra work and tax. ALL of that was discussed prior to any work being done. They did the work in a few hours, were careful inside my home and I will certainly use them for other plumbing needs! Could NOT be happier.

Dwayne arrived 20 minutes early (that was fine by me). He voluntarily removed his boots when I asked him to look at something upstairs after I mentioned we had new carpet. He explained to me what he was doing as he performed the service. He gave me some good suggestions on future maintenance. I was pleased with his pace of work, service, and solution. Be aware that billable time starts from the time the provider arrives until presentation of invoice ( includes the time the provider spends preparing the invoice). Exact time was 1 hour 14 minutes: they round up to 1.5 hours. Weekend rates are emergency rates = time and a half. I was happy with the job performed, but I wish the person, who makes the appointment as a courtesy would tell customers that there is a fuel fee included on top of the cost of labor, parts, and taxes. I don't recall paying a fuel fee when an Able technician repaired my spigot on the outside of the house over the summer. Anyway, the job was completed in one hour.

Joshua was was suppose to install a new food disposal unit. I had earlier installed a brand new food disposal unit after 3 hours work. I turned the unit on and it did not work. Went to Angies list and Joshua (Able Plumbing & Remodeling, Inc) came over at the appointed time, fixed my bad wiring in 10 minutes and it was done. Very professional, honest, and with a wonderful personality. Charged only for his time. Would surely their services again. PS. While here, someone in the condo unit saw his truck and ordered some kind of service. Thanks, JFS

Able Plumbing technician was very prompt; determined the problem area; fixed the leak in less than an hour.

There was a leak and then a couple of weeks later they repaired the leak. A few weeks after that the entire gas heater started to leak, so we had to replace it. They had to adjust the new one to fit. The guy knew what he was doing and was helping to inform me.

I had a leak from my bathtub faucet and in the removal process of the old faucet I damaged the copper pipe, I contacted Able Plumbing online and was immediately contacted by phone. After a brief conversation about repairs needed I had an appointment the following day. The technicians arrived on time and did a quick and great job. They even helped to fix a leak under the bathroom sink due to the pipes misalignment. Thanks!

Josua arrived on time, was very friendly and professional and repaired three toilets in a timely fashion. The charge was very reasonable. Yes, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their service.

the main water supply line,( line in the wall of master suite closet), and outside hose connection spigot feed line) had sprung a huge leak which was pouring gallons of water in the wall which in turn seeped onto the walk-in closet floor, and was not detected until the following day when my wife noticed her foot being wet after stepping on the carpet in the closet. we had no idea as to where the water was coming from. we have lived in this house since 2005, and I remembered seeing a hole in the sheetrock of the closet wall with a pipe, valve, and a hand wheel, so assuming this was the main water shutoff I tried to close the valve, however, it would not close, the hand wheel just free wheeled with no valve movement. I also noticed the water was coming down the pipe above the shut off having had horrible results with two different plumbers in the past, one a large company who you can expect "more" from when you call them, and one local (league city) area who partially completes the work and can not get back to you. I joined angieslist. searching in my area, able plumbing was close and has great reviews. it was after 5pm on Wednesday afternoon so I was impressed when the phone was answered on the second ring, by areal person, but hopes diminished when I explained the situation, and was told" I will get with josh, see where he is, and have him call you" . the bubble burst, and I said to my self here we go again. to my surprise I received a phone call from Josh within a few minutes confirming my address and he said he would be here in 5 minutes, and he was!!! Josh wasted no time analyzing the situation and getting on the task at hand. he was professional courteous, and kept me informed on his progress and making sure I was aware of what was being replaced and approved these items. all was completed in a relatively short time and we are well satisfied in the work and the costs. we have a lot of plumbing work we want to do in the near future and this will take several hours and we will be asking for Joshua to perform this work. thanks mike& tj....

It went great. I was just so impressed with the diagnosis of the problem, the cost and the length of time it would take for the repair told to me before the technician was even dispatched. We've had these pipes unclogged before and a previous plumbing company charged us 450.00 compared to ABLE Plumbing's 135.00. Boy those guys ripped us off and if I could remember their name I sure would tell you. Anyway ABLE's Plumbing service was fast, efficient and effective. They even provided a solution that would prevent this from recurring in the future.

Arrived on time and very quickly finished the job. The work was excellent and the cmmode is as good as new. There as no charge because the broken overflow pipe was broken by the provider on a previous visit. This is the fourth visit to my home for repair work by Able Plumbing and I am very pleased with their work overall. I would recommend them to anyone.

In retrospect, the actual plumbing repair was fine and the cost was quite reasonable. However, the ceiling repair turned out to cost more than the plumbing repair. Thinking about it now, that part was overpriced. The guy patched a 6" square hole in the ceiling sheet rock and textured it, but didn't even paint it (we had to do that). He wasn't even going to texture it to match the rest of the ceiling, but we insisted.

He showed up on time, did a good job and it was not complicated. They came out and gave me an estimate, told me what they would do and we agreed to go ahead and do it. They had 2 guys to dig the ditch, then another guy put in the pipe and then the dig diggers filled the ditch and everybody went home.

the belief was that the garbage disposal broke down , 4 months ago, my son had the same problem , he paid almost $300 for a replacement done by service provider also from angie's list i saw at angie's list a deal by Abe plumbing , offering the same service for $195 i bought the voucher.

Kevin was terrific in ever regard. He was on time, called ahead, fast, efficient, friendly and courteous. He was very professional, knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do and completed the repairs Quickly and correctly. I definitely recommend Able and Kevin for your plumbing needs and We would not hesitate to call Able and request Kevin as a dependable , responsible and trustworthy Plumber.

Job took five and a half hrs to complete. Dwayne is very knowledgable, pleasant and did the job right. I will definitely use the company again and will recommend Able Plumbing. Price and warranty was great!!

old water was making loud sound, so decided to replace. called Able Plumbing before buying Angie's list coupon, to see if they serviced my area (77071) and if it would be any extra cost because my water heater was in the attic. They said it would be an extra $200.00 for installing in the attic plus taxes, which came to $223.00 plus the 825.00. I agreed to the terms and bought the Angies list coupon. two technicians arrived about 10:00 am, went up to the attic and disconnected and drained the old water heater, took about 30 minutes. Left to pick up new water heater and let old water heater drain, gone about an hour came back an installed new water heater and took old water heater away, again about 30-40 minutes to install. technicians were quick and efficient. to date have had no problems with my water heater. would use Able Plumbing again.

I am so impressed with this company and with Jimmy the plumber who came out. We have sold our home and the buyer's inspector has requested a few plumbing repairs. First he went to the guest bathroom and cleaned out the tub drain. It was disgusting, filled with lots and lots of hair. I then showed him the shower in the master bath, which the inspector had said that the shower pan was cracked and needed replaced. Jimmy examined it very carefully and told me that it was not cracked, just scratched. He could have just as easily told me that we needed a new shower pan and I would not have known the difference. He then went to the Jacuzzi tub which the inspector said did not work and I showed him that it did work just fine, so Jimmy noted that as well on the invoice. All of this for the price of a service call. I will definitely recommend Able Plumbing to all my friends and coworkers and also to the neighbors next door who are in the process of selling their home as well. Thank you guys again!

No hot water, ended up having to replace it. Didn't take long to install. Nice to have hot water again!
