Our water heater broke Sunday morning, we awoke to find it swimming in water. After getting a few quotes and one company coming out looking, then telling us it is not under warranty we called Able Plumbing. We spoke with Terri who immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone. Able Plumbing came out and personally spoke with the water heater company and found out it was under warranty. The two guys Dwayne and Heath were very knowledgeable and professional.

He did a much better job than what ARS was planning and at a much lower price. They could do it promptly and they were right on time. We have been looking for a good local plumber and now we have found one. We will be using Able for all our future plumbing needs.

Everything went perfect. Toilet looks and works perfect. Only issue is I wish they would've disposed of the old one for me. It's sat in front of my house for a month cause I had to wait for heavy trash. I would've paid if they said it'd be extra.

Saturday morning I went to my garage and found that my water heater was leaking profusely. After making several phone calls to other plumbers and checking on Angie's list I decided to use this company. They were able to do the work that same day. Terry is who I spoke to and did the work. He told me it would be between 5:00 - 6:00 before he would get out to my home. That was alright and we discussed that Angie's list had a coupon for $825. For installation and water heater. I purchased it. About 4:50 , Terry called to say he was leaving the present job. I knew it should take no more than 1 hour to get from there to my home. Finally, at 6:40 I called him to find out how much longer it would be until he got to my house. He told me 10 mins. It wad more like 20 mins. He didn't arrive until 7:00. He began to drain the old water heater, found he needed some washers ( he had asked me to send him a picture of my current heater), he left to go buy the washers and returned about an hour later.when the job as complete, he quoted me the price without coupon. I presented him with the coupon, He was not going to accept it, because it was the weekend and past normal business hours. I reminded him of our conversation, and he needed to inform customers of this. No place does it say that on the coupon. He then argued that this is not a coupon, but a purchase. He tried to charge me more for past normal hours. I refused to accept that. He then said something which I'm not sure of what, it is probably better I don't know. He did charge me tax. The next day, Sunday, I noticed the handle on my screen door was broken, due to his carelessness when moving water heaters. Monday morning, I called the company and asked to speak to the owner. Cindy, who answered the phone, said he was not in,and what wax this in regard to. I explained to her about the handle. She said she would have the service manager call me. I left my name and phone number. I never received any phone calls. I need to replace the broken handle and want them to make good on the damage.

Billy was great- professional, courteous, knowledgeable - was told someone would call me between 12-2pm( Billy called at noon & was at my house at 1pm-all work completed by 430 pm- made sure all faucets were working properly before leaving. Price was $825 as quoted per Angie's List member price. Would DEFINITELY use Able Plumbing again in future

.Dwayne the technician was on time. He came in and diagnosed the issue and gave me a few options. After examining the issue a little further. We determined it was probably a worn seal(can't remember the correct term) under the toilet. He gave me a estimate on the repairs. He removed the toilet repaired the seal and was done in less than an hour. He also re-caulked the toilet, showed me how to adjust the toilet seat and gave me some information on my faucets. He was extremely nice and professional. I will definitely be using them again

These guys are great. They were on time, professional, and perform solid work. Everything was done at the guesstimated price quoted on the phone. I highly recommend Able Plumbing.

The crew was punctual, even a bit early (they called first). They kept me advised of their progress, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled the old water heater away. Taking a look at their work assured me of the quality of the job.

1. Called on 12/12/14. Described the job. Got an estimate. Confirmed senior discount. Scheduled service on the same day at 2 PM. 2. Received call at 1:15 PM from the technician named Jimmy that he is on his way. He came right on time. 3. Described a brief history about the 10 year old kitchen faucet. Showed him a brand new kitchen faucet system. He understood the job and, did not need to refer the instruction manual. 4. He was friendly, experienced and confident about his job. 5. He finished replacing the kitchen faucet in 35 minutes. I should mention that I kept under the sink area cleared including drinking filter system out of the way. 6. He examined the parts of the drinking water faucet and advised me to replace it either buying online or from a retailer. 7. Before he made a bill, I reminded about the discount. The hourly rate was $120. With discount, I paid $108. 8. He was out by 2:45 PM.

It was a small job and they did well.

Wow, I have used many plumbers from Mass., New York @ to Texas. My plumber RON from Able plumbing was the most experienced and knowledgeable individual I have ever met. It started off as a normal bib replacement, However as work in progress it still leaked which led to replacement of the house main valve. Closed the the street valve and proceeded to replace the valve coming into the house plus the outside bib valve. Ron explained in plain English what had to be done. Ron's quality was second to none. What a professional. Able plumbing should give him a raise. I will always go to ABLE since they have such qualified plumbers like RON. I would recommend them in a second, Thank You Angie for this web site.

Called on a Thursday they came out the very next day. The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful. The technician called 20 minutes prior to showing up which was much appreciated. He repaired the items we asked and even installed the kitchen faucet that we provided even though that was not included in the things we had requested. Very nice, very polite and worked efficiently. Will definitely use them again!

I contacted Able Plumbing on the morning of November 7, 2014 about a toilet leaking from underneath the base at my place of business. They came out same day and it was fixed that afternoon. It turned out to be a bit of a mess but the guy even cleaned up everything after the job was done with pleasant attitude throughout the job. Very professional from start to finish.

called this morning and Jimmy came out at 2:00p.m. Excellent timing! Repaired the items very quickly. Jimmy definitely knows his job! I will use Able again. Overall: very prompt, very professional, and I'm very pleased!

I bought the Deal in the morning and they were there the same day. In addition, I purchased a toilet tune-up DEAL and it turns out that a hose was not properly seated in the tank so they were honest enough to not charge me for the second deal. Needless to say, I was very happy with their service and would use them again!

I couldn't be happier with every aspect of the provider's service. They offered to come out EARLY, but when I couldn't accommodate the request, they arrived promptly and did the work in a timely fashion and for a fair price. I'll sleep better knowing I've found a plumbing company I can trust. And a special thanks to Jimmy for doing such a great job!

Able Plumbing and Remodeling was prompt and professional. They had a subcontractor hand excavate the old water line and fill the trench in later. There was a modest hick-up with the back-filling of the trench in that there was some delay in getting the trench back-filled after all of the other work was complete. This did not delay restoration of service. All of the actual plumbing work went as promised. The leak was discovered the night before by a neighbor who informed the city water department. A city service person notified me of the leak. I selected Able Plumbing and Remodeling from Angie's List and call them that night. A plumber showed up the next morning and scoped the work to be done. A crew of men arrived a short time later to expose the entire 1968 water line. Within a few hours, the plumber returned with all the tools and materials needed to complete the job. The work was completed around 5:00 PM. The plumbing work and materials fully met expectations. Water pressure was also greatly improved because the old line was almost closed off with rust and deposits. We are very satisfied with the experience.

I contacted them online. They replied right away and scheduled me for a couple of days later. He was on time and everything went very well and very fast. He was done in about 20 minutes. He was friendly and courteous. There are no leaks. I'm very happy with his work. A plus.

It was fine. I was supposed to only get charged the tax. They tried to charge me something; I don’t remember what it was. When I questioned it, they went to the car, and they came back and said that I didn’t owe them $25 but only $5. Otherwise, it was fine. They honored it. They did quick work. They showed up when they were supposed to. Everything went fine. They were pleasant to talk to. Even though we had a little issue on the final price, everything was fine. The pricing was fine. With regard to quality, they installed it literally when I was putting my home up for sale, so I never used it. I had to get it replaced it order to sell it. They came when they were supposed to and performed it in a respectful amount of time, so it was fine. Their punctuality was great.
