Description of Work: I have recently seen some cracks in my walls and ceiling and also outside in the mortor on the bricks, so I wanted to know if I had a foundation problem or the house was just setteling due to the drought. I contacted Superior Foundation Repair regarding these cracks I noticed in my home. Roy Womack came out to the house and did a thorough evaluation including taking measurements. He determined that, based on all measurements taken, my house was well within code and that no foundation repair was needed. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and more importantly his honesty. I would definitely recommend Superior Foundation Repair to anyone in need of foundation repair services for their home and will use them should I ever have a need for their services in the future.

Description of Work: They installed piers to support the house. I appreciated their accurate estimate of what was needed to do the job--10K less than another company! Work completed within one day as scheduled. We received our initial guarantee certificate right away, should get the final engineer's certificate soon as well. Overall very satisfied with value and responsiveness.

We cannot offer free estimates to realtors, prospective buyers, or non-homeowners. A minimum fee of $85 will be applied to any estimate we do for non-homeowners. If work is scheduled, this fee can be subtracted from the total cost of the job.
