Ace in the Hole Painting

They were fantastic. Nick and Todd were here promptly at 8am every day for a week. They arrived ready to work, no standing around. They move your furniture, and treat everything in your home with such great respect. They are very professional and amazing how fast they are. I checked everything and it was perfect. I watched them paint my dinning room, and they don't use masking tape, around the windows. The windows were absolutely beautiful. I was amazed, and so very pleased with their work. If you have any painting projects you want done, you will thrilled with their work, just as we were. I can't say enough great things about this fantastic team.

I was very pleased with the work performed by ACE IN THE HOLE PAINTING. I did not shop price before hiring ACE, but I was satisfied with the cost of the job. Nick was on time every day and stayed busy all day. I wanted quality work and I got what I ask for. Clean and neat on the job and easy to work with. Super happy with the final product.

Do not hesitate to hire them! I had 3 estimates (1 no-show) but called Nick just after the last one left. Nick was very responsive to my questions, particularly about color and scheduling so communication was easy. On work day, they showed up on time and, on leaving, left the workspace very tidy; I can't tell you how appreciative I was for that. This wasn't a huge job but needed good detail work; I have tray ceilings and a lot a trim to go around. The final product is impressive--the neatness of the edges, corners, the fixtures/hardware, and even the smallest of areas is crazy good; they truly know their business. These guys get in and get it done--they finished the job early, even. I highly recommend Ace in the Hole painting and will call them for my next paint job.

Nick provided an on-the-spot estimate, which I greatly appreciated. His price was fair, and I’m so glad we chose to go with Ace in the Hole! Nick was punctual (15 mins early every morning), professional, and precise! He and his associate cleaned up at the end of every day. The job they did is phenomenal, and we are so pleased with the results. We would hire Nick again without hesitation!

They removed the old surface lacquered and painted my bathroom cabinets after another vendor destroyed them trying to resurface them. They painted my bathroom which was wallpapered. The work done by the vendor was exceptional. They were punctual and professional. If you need painting done, these are the guys to contact.

Great. Nick was responsive and professional. He works with only one helper but they worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job ahead of the projected schedule. Everything was cleaned up each day at the completion of their work and after the job was done we found no paint splatter that we had to clean up. There are a couple of small spots we had to touch up, but overall the job was very high-quality.

Nick was here when he said he would come & did what was needed in a professional manner.

If you are looking for a professional painter, Nick and his associates are the go to guys. You won't find cheap on the fly, in and out, painters here. Very good attention to detail. Everything is protected from stray paint drops. Be ready, these guys show up early.. They put in a full days work. Nick the painter always arrived at the appointed & worked until that day's project was complete. Some days they left by 5 PM other days it may be 7:30 PM. They cleaned & picked up every day. Never wasted any time. Quality of work was excellent. Will recommend him to friends.

They are a two man team and they are fantastic! Nick runs the company and he is very honest and professional. He and his helper were on time, worked hard, did quality work, cleaned up their workspace very well, and were attentive to my input, questions, and concerns all along the way. It turns out that I am very particular about the details of the end result and I felt comfortable working with these gentlemen. This team was replacing another company that I chose not to continue with to complete my painting project and I'm very happy that I went with Ace in the Hole! I would definitely hire them again!

This is the third time that I have used Nick and Ace in the Hole Painting. We recently moved, so had Nick come out and give us an estimate for painting the main living areas. As in our other encounters, he was prompt and showed up when promised both for the day of the estimate and on the day that they began the work. He will tell you up front when you can expect the work to begin (usually about 2 months out), but a quality painter like this is going to be busy. Anyway, the work is excellent. Nick and Todd have been together for awhile and have this down to an art. They do great work and clean up after each day. You will not be disappointed.

Nic and Todd did a wonderful job and now you can't tell that the stains were ever there. They showed on the scheduled date and time and went about the job in a very professional manner. Even did a few extra items for me. Great Team!

Excellent, excellent, excellent! These guys took the time to do the job right. Nick, the owner, was onsite during the entire process - and everything was done exactly as quoted with no unexpected overages. I would highly recommend this painting service.

The entire process was excellent. I contacted Nicholas to come and provide an estimate. He arrived on time and listened to all of the things that we wanted done as well as any concerns we may have had. He provided us a competitive bid onsite and we agreed to the work. Nicholas provided us with an estimated start date (about 1 month out) and committed to contact us prior to that date to confirm. As promised, we were contacted the week prior and work started on the day he agreed to. The morning the work was to begin, it was pouring rain, and Nicholas called to let me know this would delay him somewhat. I appreciated that level of communication, which kept us from guessing. Anyway, they showed up on time (wasn't delayed after all) and immediately got to work. They completed all of the work as agreed and did an excellent job painting our living space. They completed the work very quickly, but again, the work is very professional. You will like the fact that Nicholas is onsite working and supervising his crew. It's good to see a company owner truly taking ownership.

This was the second time we have called on Nick and Ace in the Hole; last fall they painted our home exterior and did an excellent job on it as well. We called him back when we were ready for the interior to be painted and he scheduled us right in when we needed him to come. They were very responsive to our requests and we felt we were getting good value for what we paid for their work. We would not hesitate to call him again for future painting jobs.

I called Nick after 5 with a rush job. He not only answered but lined up to have someone come out and help get the room finished in time for our family to visit. They were in and out, very professional and stuck to the price quoted. I'll use them again.

In a word, it was FANTASTIC. I found this company based on Angie's List reviews. I phoned Nick and we scheduled some time for him to look at my house and give a bid. He was on time and was able to give me a very fair price the same day. Nick took the time to look at my walls, trim etc and discuss with me the best paint type to use, as well as finish that would look good. My house is a craftsman bungalow that was built in the 50's so there is lot's of trim and unique qualities of the surfaces. Nick and his team were professional, trustworthy, thorough and very clean. Over the years, I have owned many houses and hve had them painted numerous times. By far, Nick and his company stand far above the rest and I am going to have him paint the exterior this fall. Do yourself a favor and call these guys for a bid. You will see what I mean and wont regret it. A+!!!!!
