Dun-Rite Construction He was a nice fellow, came out when he said he would. I didn't have any issues with him, I just decided to do the work myself.

It was great. Ric was here when he said he would be, when he had questions he either called or texted me to make sure it was as I wanted. The living room light looks great and was way to high for me to install myself. I purchased the lights and thermostat. There was an issue with the old thermostat due to my having an old outside double units (air conditioning) but Ric worked on it until he had it running. For the lights he came and did it while I was at work. I trust Ric and have pets (dogs/cats) and know that he will do the job and not disturb them (he met them before). When I came home it was done and I am very happy with it. He came back for the thermostat (my scheduling) and explained to me any questions that I had during the install. Whenever I have house projects that are beyond my skill or time, I consult with Ric. He is always helpful and trys to work around my schedule and is very professional. I will definitely use him again.

Dunn Rite appeared to be very busy when I first called for an estimate. I took this as a good sign. Ric never rushed me while we were talking but made it clear that he had multiple jobs at the time. No problem. Ric came to the house and was very personable and professional. I told him what I wanted and he proceeded to take measurements and notes, while asking questions about this or that on certain parts of the house. He was very detailed and pointed out several small things that he noticed and had a question about. Another good sign. I received a good recommendation about Ric from a person I trust. Good sign. After this meeting it took Ric about three days to get back to me. He was busy...no problem in this type of work. When he did get a back to me his estimate was three to four times what I had budgeted. I told him again exactly what I needed done and the amount of my budget. He said he would run the numbers again. I received an email the next day saying that Ric could not do a "professional" job given my budget. Bottom line....Ric is professional and probably does very good work(craftsman quality). He seems to have a great attention to detail. If you want elaborate, call Ric. If you want a job done and need to stay in a budget, call someone else. I'm getting the job done now with another company and within budget. Ric is a hair stylist. I needed a barber.

They are very reliable and dependable. I can ask them to do anything. There isn't anything that he can't do. He has done a lot of work around the house for me.

They were very cooperative and they did an excellent job. I don’t have anything negative to say about them. They did it on budget and within the time frame.

The person hat came out to do the bid was real friendly, responsive and came according to my schedule. He called back with additional questions and he responded by e-mail. The second time he was a little slower to respond, but not unreasonable. The first time it was a day or so for him to respond and after that it took me like a week to get things together. He came back with a pretty reasonable bid, but I told him upfront that I wasn’t sure about the schedule and whether to hurry. He was pretty responsive to that. I told him that I was putting the project on hold for a month and he was fine with that.

Wonderfully - he managed the bid, purchase, delivery and installation of all materials without supervision. We literally turned the total project over to him. He updated numerous areas in and around our home and had access to our land, dwelling, barn and other areas while we were there and away. We gave him the keys to the kingdom and a gate opener for convenience. He leaves no stone unturned, works long hours and is deligent in every aspect of the process. We found him to be a delight to be around and trustworthy to a fault. I would recommend him for ANY remodel, and any size project from the smallest ceiling fan installation to the largest metal fabrication you might need. We will definitely use him again for ALL of our needs.

There is nothing that I can't ask Ric to do for me. He is there when he says he will be, he is courteous and cleans up. He even puts up with my kids many questions about his work. I trust Ric to come and work on the house even when I'm not here. He is a great asset to have on call. I highly recommend him .

His work is always exactly what we asked for or better. He offers great advice on how to improve the tasks requested. He is professional, PROMPT, and offers outstanding quality in each job he has done for us. I recommended him to my son inlaw to repair my granddaugher's swing set and playhouse. I only want the best touching those things!

Ric came and performed when stated, did exemplary work, and texted me when he wanted clarifications on my instructions. He is trustworthy (which I really admire), and very reasonable. Even with driving to Arlington to do this. I have asked him to come back and hope he has time! I have seen other work he can do and he can do almost anything, but his specialty is electrical.
