Description of Work: The salesman came out on Sunday November 9, 2014 and we agreed to the deal. The install of both the heating and air conditioning units was done on Monday November 10, 2014. The additional 5 inches of attic installation and duct cleaning was completed on Saturday November 15th. We build this home 38 years ago and only had one air conditioning compressor replaced in all of that time back in 1999. Cote's Mechanical Heating and Air is a very professional company and I would recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: Installation of new A/C and heater units. Mishap during installation - stepped thru ceiling which occurred while we were not home. Cade was in living room installing wall control when I arrived and did not mention ceiling until I noticed it. He also did not take ownership of the fact that he was the one who had done it. He did not apologize. The other two young men were very professional and apologized multiple times. The hole was repaired by Stan Higgs and we were very pleased. Unit failed inspection but problem quickly resolved. Overall very satisfied.
