Couldn't get him out of the house fast enough

Installers clean and professional. Installation timely. Products and procedures clearly explained and provided in a written contract. What began as a service call for the 47 years old existing unit through my home warranty plan, turned into a new energy efficient and allergen reducing installation of the new unit. Definitely recommend.

Called American Home Shield and they dispatched Cote's Mechanical that same day. Jason from Cotes made no attempt to troubleshoot the problem. He blamed the hot air on the design of the duct work. Jason said as long as it’s blowing out air AHS would not replace the A/C. Instead he spent the next hour putting down AHS and trying to sell us a new A/C. I then had another AC company, which I paid for out of my pocket, to take a look. The technician took the time to troubleshoot the problem. He found the heat sequencer and the fan control board needed replacing. If Jason from Cote's had taken the time to troubleshoot the problem he would have found it and it would have been fixed. Instead I am fighting them and American Home Shield to fix my AC.

Cote's Mechanical provided a thorough installation of a new A/C system only one day after submitting the order. Their crew spent extra time on-site to assure it was correctly installed and operational.

They were very courteous and everything worked out fine. They just did everything that needed to be done, so it was good. I think the young man who came was very knowledgeable and capable in what he did. The price was super, but it was a coupon price. It was relatively cheap. They were very kind. Once they figured out they had missed me, they responded very well and took good care of me. He was here right on time. The professionalism was excellent.

After the technician left I noticed that one of checkup points "cleaning of outside condensor coil" was not performed. That made me wonder what else was not done as promised, such as the anti-algae treatment of the condensation overflow. Not sure why everything was not done as promised. Technician was not here long so I assume he was trying to make as many calls as possible and skipped some steps to reduce time. Basically I did not get everything I was promised.

Instead of finding where the leak in the system,they want to sell complete new unit. don t trust them

Went well, did everything except replace the filter.

It was a huge sum of money. Unfortunately, I have to continue using them because it's the home warranty company that schedules it. I would tell people to shop around to compare if they're doing an HVAC replacement. It took them a day to complete the replacement. The workers were good. They explain everything that they install and they will come back and re-explain if I need them to. This was my first time using them.

I am very pleased with the air duct cleaning. Chris and Keith were punctual, professional, and very patient while we moved our dogs. I would definitely hire again.

They replace both inside and out units and ducts.the work very professional they gave three options at a fair price with a maintenance and labor package so n need for a couple years.
