Description of Work: They did a demo on my master bath to replace with a tiled shower. It ended up being lovely. The only problems we had were lack of communication amongst the office staff and workers plus not starting on the day promised. Despite those headaches, they did a great job, and I would use them again because they don't charge an arm and a leg for their work.

Description of Work: These people were quite nice, but we had difficulties. The work was provided to my daughter and son-in-law as a gift and took much longer to complete than was desirable. The contractor did his best to address quality issues but did not succeed completely. The contractor tried to be helpful but did not always exercise the best judgment. There were costs above that agreed to with Angie's List, some of which were not the contractor's fault; some were. I offer this less-than-stellar assessment of the work done reluctantly, but I must be honest. I did find the contractor and his workmen personally pleasant. I do believe they tried to do their best and regret that it didn't always work out.

Description of Work: Estimate of increased costs were never provided after multiple requests and weeks, then I was told they were too busy and they could not do the job so I should request a refund from Angie's list.

Description of Work: Repaired leg of dining room chair & taped & floated dry wall to repair hole in wall. Split time between two days for best outcome.

Description of Work: Billy refinished existing front door very carefully sanding tight crevices and surfaces with several sander attachments. Applied Miniwax stain and polyurethane sealant. Then rehung door.

Description of Work: I only have one frustration with the work performed. We paid for 3 hours of dry wall work as part of this Angie's List special. The company sent 2 employees to work for 1.5 hours each. That would have been fine had both members of the crew remained busy for the duration of the 1.5 hours, but one of the employees appeared to be in training and the only thing that he did was cut out some dry wall. We had three different locations that needed minor work in our house, and while the main job was drying, each of the crew members could have been working on one of the other two jobs.

Description of Work: Excellent work BUT this job could not be done in one day! Taping and floating requires drying time. It took two days and the distance from San Marcus was too far to get it done easily. And obviously at a higher price. |The competence of the worker was great1

Description of Work: "We purchased extra tape as our job was large. This WeBe is an excellent, responsive company and we will continue to work with them. Angie I do not like the choose the dates when we purchase deals. We need to coordinate with the providers directly. |The over selling of these deals is not fair to good providers and even worse for bad ones who bailed on even performing the work. I urge you to rethink your business or I will rethink Angie who is getting a D in my book and not far from being discontinued!"
