They did a good job and did whatever I needed.

Crews showed up on time, they were fast and professonal. Answered all my questions. Easy to work with Any contact with main office was very good, they were on top of the entire project!!

I gave them a list of several things to do. It seems like they did everything I asked them to, they did ok. The price seemed reasonable at the time. I kind of had a problem setting up the appointment but eventually it worked out.

It went pretty well. I found them to be a little expensive as they charge $150 per hour. I had a coupon that worked for me so I got 3 hours for $99. They are good at what they do. I would need them to come in and do it quickly since I am paying per hour or it isn't cost effective. I would have them come in and do some handy work if I could negotiate another price for them to come do the work instead of paying per hour. I am not a big fan of paying per hour. They were great and very nice. He did the work but he was slow considering I am paying per hour, so if he were to come back I would want him to come in and do it quickly.

Their initial bid was almost twice as much as competition and significantly above the insurance quote for the work. After talking to them they sent me a quote that was acceptable to me and I talked to them about setting the date for the work. It was agreed that they would be at my place around 9AM on 15 March. At noon they hadn't showed so I called to find out what was happening. I was told that the roofer didn't accept the bid. NO ONE called to let me know. I had rearranged my schedule to be available. This was the second time I had worked with WeBe. The first time was to replace a door frame. The tech made a mess out of it but they did come back the next day and got it fixed right except my security system didn't work after they left. This cost me additional time and money to get fixed. I was willing to give them a second chance. Three strikes and you are out. Bad way to do business.

the reason why i graded with low grade was because they did not show up as told.when i got inspection the shower inspection did not pass.i was really fustrated and very disappointed because on scheduling.

It did not pan out at all. It was a total disaster. We were never able to coordinate anything with them. I have no idea of the size of the company. They never ever made it out. They did not perform the service. It took us a long time. I'm an unsatisfied customer.

I observed a special in Angie's List for $300 for labor to install a back-splash. I ordered and paid for this service back in early February for a Valentine's gift for my wife. I received a receipt but never heard from the provider for over 30-days. When I called the provider there excuse was that they had many requests for the same special and were overbooked. This does not excuse the fact of not calling the customers and letting them know or when they can be scheduled. I could tell that the provider was not adequately staffed and relied on one person for every response. Eventually, a month and half later, the provider came to our residence and took measurements and told us they would get back with us for the amount of back-splash tiles needed for our kitchen. Another month later, a service person showed up at our residence wanting to do the back-splash. We had to turn them away because we never received the amount needed to purchase the back-splash tiles. Two days later, I received the amount needed to purchase. The service person returned and did a wonderful job installing the back-splash and stayed late to get the job completed for us knowing the difficulties we had with the provider. Overall, I appreciated the service person doing a fantastic job with install but I would never refer this provider to another person due to their lack of responsiveness and care for their customers.

Extremely Poor. Especially, since I had taken time off work to have this service done.

Showed up as scheduled. Bill and Matt work together very well as a team. The attic flooring was like a jigsaw puzzle Bill did a great job in maximizing storage for the attic. The ceiling fan installation went great.

Bill & Matt showed up on time. Installed attic ladder and did a great job on clean up. Have contacted them to do additional work around house.

HE WAS LATE BUT CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS RUNNING LATE. CAME WITH BOOTS AND SCRAPERS FOR THE JOB WHICH I APPRECIATED HE WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE PRODUCT I PROVIDED AND IGNORED MY IMPUT AS WELL AS LABELED INSTRUCTIONS,(HE HAD DONE THIS BEFORE ANOTHER WAY.) HE FLOODED THE AREA WITH PRODUCT. IT LOOSENED THE MASTIC AND SPREAD. HE DID MOT WAIT THE REQUIRED TIME TO LET THE PRODUCT FULLY WORK. I NOW HAVE BROWN EDGES. TO THE FLOOR, iT IS STILL WET AND WALLS ARE SPATTERED WITH MASTIC. HE ALSO MADE SURE I WOULD PAY FOR EXTRA TIME IF NEEDED. i AGREED. HE WAS 10 MINUTES OVER AND CHARGED ME $50 FOR AN HOUR, HE DID OFFER TO WORK MORE BUT THE FLOOR WAS SO WET YOU COULDN'T SEE WELL. HE ALSO OFFERED TO GIVE ME A CREDIT WHEN I CALLED HIM AGAIN. NEVER

The provider did nothing. I don't even have an estimate/bid for the advertised job. I wish to cancel my membership and have a prompt refund of my pre-paid amount. If I do not have SOME RESPONSE in 24 hours I am done.

I contacted WeBe Works last week to set up a time, but they said they would have to call me back to schedule. They said they would call me within the week, and it has now been over a week with no call. I do not feel comfortable with this company doing work on my home at this point, so I have requested a refund from Angie's List and asked for other names of companies that are willing to do the work.

We hired WeBe Works to install a new kitchen backsplash in our home, and the experience was terrible. This was supposed to be a 1-2 day job, instead it turned into a 4 day job with countless headaches. The crew assigned was unpunctual, and clearly lacked experience. The demolition alone took an entire day because they didn't have the correct tools. When the project manager was not on site, the workers lacked professionalism and were unproductive. They left for a lunch break on the second day and never returned. I didn't even get a phone call. The next day, they ran out of tile due to mis-calculations and poor cutting. When the day ended, they left all tools scattered throughout the front/back yard, and all over the kitchen. The job was finally completed by the end of day 4, after acquiring proper tools and bringing in additional help. I will say, the finished backsplash came together and looks great now, but it wasn't worth the stress and inconveniences my family experienced that week.

Robert was very responsive and open to all tasks I wanted to have completed, including being flexible to adding painting and light fixture installation at the last minute. Garvin and Christian completed the work; they were both very polite and communicative and kept me in the loop as the project progressed. Robert stayed in contact with Christian and Garvin throughout, and stopped by several times to check on the progress. The add-on services were very reasonably priced, and I'm really pleased with the painting and light fixture. Some of the tile is a little crooked, but overall they did a great job with the challenging-to-cut tile I selected, working around difficult angles (they had to spend a lot of time with tedious tile cutting, but they didn't give up!), and walls that aren't perfectly straight. They were prompt (early, even) and followed-through with what was promised, which is a big deal for me. Thank you, WeBe Works! I look forward to working on future projects with you.

They had some problems getting out when they said they were going to. But finally, they did come and clean the carpet and they did a nice job.

They showed up 30 minutes late and seemed extremely rushed through the cleaning. However, there was a miscommunication about the stairs being cleaned and they ended up doing them for free so that was appreciated. The carpet isn't completely dry yet so can't tell the over quality but I could still see some stains when they left. They were only there for about 30 minutes.

They did a great job! My house looked good and smelled good when they left. I felt very comfortable leaving them to clean and returning after they left. I have already used them again, just 2 days ago, and was just as pleased as before. I will continue to use them and would definitely recommend them.

It was OK and I wasn't happy with everything. It went OK. I wasn't happy with the carpet cleaning and I was happy with the housecleaning. They were friendly, honor their price, and they give you what they promise.

The service men at WeBeWorks came on time, cleaned the carpet and cleaned an upholstered bench. This is the second time I have used their service and find the company to be superior to any other carpet cleaner. There is no extra fee for "spot removal" for example. If there were no spots, why would I need the carpet cleaned? The service men were professional and efficient. I would recommend this service very highly.

Did not mess around! Introduced themselves and got started right away. Very professional and did a good job.

This was a big deal purchase. It is pretty good. We have had to call them a few times to have some things corrected, but overall the service is good. I had to pay a small amount of money extra because we had to pay an additional amount for some bushes we got and a few other items. It was not much beyond what we originally paid. The cost was very good compared to the other companies that we were trying to get here for the same service. To get an A rating from me they could have responded to our phone calls a little bit sooner. They could have taken care of the items that we requested earlier. I think those were issues.

Great, they were very responsive and completed everything on my list.

To start this company's policies is for the cleaners not to move anything. They can't move mats to vaccine under, move objects to dust around etc. When asked by the company office what to emphasis on, that is the only thing cleaned. I had to point out what I wanted cleaned. The kitchen appliances were not wiped down. The home did not receive a good cleaning. At the beginning I inquired if I wanted to use this service again what would the price be, and they said there would be an additional 25.00 driving fee. No thanks. I would not recommend this cleaning service. BEWARE of the specials they run. Save your money.
