I got to my rental house (I had moved and needed to clean the carpets to get my deposit back) 3 minutes later than the agreed to scheduled time. I waited. I waited. After 20 minutes I called. Seems they knew the worker was running late (washing windows I think) but for some reason known only to them, no one bothered to call me to tell me. And not just a little late: 1 hour and 10 minutes. If I had not called them, I would never have known. This is BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once there, the guy did a fantastic job, and finished fast, in under an hour. But I had to spend an extra hour and 10 minutes because of lax or Who Cares? attitude of the management. This is NOT unusual for the S.A. area: it seems to be the prevailing attitude out here: Don't call if you are going to be late. I do not know if I got this point across, but this is basic basic basic. I am not sure I would use them again, maybe. If they did this again, NEVER>

This is my vendor who services my shopping center. They do not only landscaping but all sorts of odds and ends.

I selected Five Star from Angie's List w/o any personal recommendation. I was not disappointed. Misty was responsive and available from the first to the last call or email. She personally came by the house to address any issue. The few times I was not satisfied for some reason or needed further explanation she was quick to listen and arrive at a solution. For instance, when the old tile grout in the kitchen was not satisfactorily cleaned Misty took the problem in hand, personally searched for a cleaner with more strength and took charge of the problem, solving it above and beyond my expectation. She is at the top of my "go to" list when I'm ready to begin the next project.

I've used them 3 time now. I trying to sell my house and I want it to look good. They are really good and always their. They are my most favorite they are like family. Give them a shot because they are family oriented business. Even the mom does work for the company. They are just wonderful. They all got great personalities and very helpful. They some to the door and ask me if their is anything they missed. If I point out something they don't leave without fixing it.

As I indicated above we were very happy with them, They did a GREAT job.

Both of the cleaners worked in a very efficient manner. They were pleasant & polite. I was quite pleased with their performance.

Crystal was very professional and did a great job.

The service was alright. They did a good job and had a good relationship with me.

As always five star perform their duties to the highest standard. The house is always left immaculate. They are fully trusted and have keys to the house so they can come and go. Once a month they take care of our yard and periodically recommend planting suggestions. Over the years they have replaced fencing and gates; pressure washed house and cleaned windows; hung Christmas lights. You name it they have probably done it. Always to the same high standards. If we have an emergency or need something done at short notice again nothing is ever a problem. I happily give Five Star my highest recommendation for any service they provide

They were good. They did a complete cleaning job for us in a 6,000 square foot home. They swept and mopped the floors. They dusted all over. They cleaned the glass and also organized the closets and pantry. A crew came out to do the work and it took a couple of visit. They did the work that they were supposed to do and did good job at it.

There was a weird problem when their crew chief changed in January and they started mowing the wrong lot. It took about four months for them to realize this. However, once they did, they resolved the issue that same day. They tried to make it right and they waived the charges for the months they were not mowing the lawn. They also went to the lot and mowed it so that I wouldn’t be sited. They contacted the code enforcer and even let them know what happened as well as texting me photos of the work after it was complete. They did everything they could to correct it. Misty was the person who I dealt with the most and she was very good. I would have definitely continued to use their services had I not sold the land.

They were very communicative. They were professional and I think they did a pretty good job.

It went ok. Some communication issues surfaced about what we needed to have done- we had spoken over the phone prior to their coming out.

The crew arrived and within 5 minutes I had a quote. We had a discussion on where I would leave a key to lock up, and then I left. When I got back to the house everything was great!

They were a little expensive for the quality of work that they did but they were decent.

I can guarentee that they will be at my home on time, conduct the work as quoted, and come in on time and price. I do not have to take time off work as they have a house key and can be trusted in my home without supervision. This is the greatest bonus to me as I'm self employed and lose income when not working. They are well trained and supervised. Five Star Cleaning services has grown considerably over the years, but still make me feel like I'm their only customer, they accommodate my last minute requests without fail. The management always follow up and truly care about quality of service using feedback to improve. I wish I could make these claims about everyone I deal with professionally, but sadly, I am rarely as satisfied with service as I always am with Five Star Cleaning Services The one time something was accidentally damaged, it was taken care of within days and item restored to its original state, which I know cost them much more than the cost of my cleaning!

We were in desperate need of cleaning services after a remodel that was less than satisfactory and a newborn baby. They Came out, gave an estimate and showed up on time with a crew of cleaners. They were like a whirlwind, cleaning non stop and extremely thorough. They even rolled a magnet inout driveway to get the nails that the contractor left behind. We then used them to clean the house we had been renting. Again, They were early and extremly thorough. They are pricey but its worth it. They wont let you down. Better to spend the money and be pleased than to have a discount group leaving you disappointed.

Met with the owner and her supervisor and explained what we wanted. It took about a week to get a quote and upon receipt we decided to start with about half of the total bid. They started a couple of days later and completed the mowing, edging ,weed eating and weeding the back yard planting area. None of the shrubs were trimmed and they had put mulch where the grass was to be planted. I met with the supervisor and was told that the grass had just been delivered and it would be installed that day. I told him again how I wanted the grass and a small planting area. When I came home the grass area was not as we discussed and they had planted grass underneath the pool pump and filter. This area was supposed to be mulch. After discussing the situation with the owner and supervisor they dropped of one employee to correct the grass situation and trim the shrubs. He tried very hard but obviously had not been in this line of business very long and the results showed. The grass was somewhat as we discussed but as a result of being re planted was very uneven. He tried to trim the shrubs but really did not have the needed experience. At this point I grew tired of the situation and paid them. They would be okay for basic mowing and general clean-up but anything more complicated I would not recommend unless you can be there and supervise.

When I called, a very nice person answered the phone and asked very specific questions about the cleaning and said someone would be out. They were very prompt arriving right when they said they would, gave me a quick estimate, and went right to work. 4-5 hours later, our house was cleaner than ever. The workers were very curtious and polite. It was truly a pleasure dealing with this company, and by far the best cleaning company I've ever used.
