Description of Work: I contacted the vendor through Angie's list on May 11-2015 to inquire about having our concrete floors refinished. There were a few emails back and forth within two days, detailing the type of work and finish I'd like to have them perform. On May 12-2015 I received a request for the finish and square footage to be done so they could provide an estimate for the work. I replied the same day with the finish request and square footage to be finished. I let them know we were ready to schedule the work. |I've never heard from them again. Today is May 26; two weeks with no contact.

Description of Work: Performed the work, but there was miscommunication internally at their office about what work was to be done. This lead to incomplete work on what we wanted done, and work being done that we didn't need or want. They also damaged my shower door. They tried to repair it and then followed up with calls to get someone else to do it, but in the end, nothing was done. We asked for them to send a quote for cleaning services for every two weeks and monthly, and we planned to work with them hoping the shower door would also be repaired, but we never received a quote. They did call and said email was undeliverable so I gave them the email again. We had been emailing prior so I don't understand what the issue was, but I never received the quote. We appreciated the professional way they responded to our questions about the service and shower repair initially, but we just gave up on getting it all worked out. We have since hired someone else.

This deal is generally best suited for a general cleaning but if you would like a deeper clean the 7 hour deal would probably be a bit more appropriate. Description of Work: I originally had them come out for yard cleanup, tree and bush trimming, edging, controlling overgrown brush by the pool area. They were amazing and worked so hard for a very good price. I have been very pleased and they come out monthly to maintain the yard.
