Description of Work: Price includes yard maintenance for a year, to include, clean-up leaves, mowing, edging, putting down mulch,etc. we've had two visits so far and the work they have done has been great. Very professional.

Description of Work: There was some schedule confusion, but they finally arrived on time on a scheduled day. There was some delay, so I was in my office meeting. The guy said he will give a quote for stains and glue marks but he only waited for me on stains. They charged me $119 for removal of glue marks without my prior approval. | |The AngiesList service I bought included applying stain proof coat. He initially said that is not part of the sale, eventually he called his boss and agreed to do it based on my receipt clearly showing it.

Description of Work: Because their truck broke, it took a long time to schedule and there was a little confusion with that. On the day we actually scheduled it, they were about an hour late, and yes they did let me know an hour in advance. Once they were here, they left the carpet pretty wet so that it didn't dry very promptly and my house smelled worse after they left than before. It took two days to dry. They also didn't have any blocks or plastic sheets to put under furniture or chair and table legs. Very unprofessional. They also didn't fully turn off my outside faucet.

Description of Work: House cleaning. Dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing kitchen and bathroom surfaces, wiped down ceiling fans, etc. The team was friendly and polite and they worked well together. Would definitely have them back to clean again.

Description of Work: They did a decent job cleaning parts of our house. They were very professional and friendly. There was a bit of a disconnect between what I was told on the phone (deep cleaning including appliances and baseboards) and what was done (baseboards weren't touched, microwave was cleaned but that's the only appliance). They had 30 minutes left but refunded my money and left early, although there was plenty more than could have been done. My kitchen counters weren't wiped down at all. They also use environmentally friendly cleaning products which some people might love, but I am sad to have to say I like a good old chemical cleaning. There was no clean smell left behind at all, in fact, the bathrooms smelled like ammonia. There was a slight film left behind on all surfaces. Sorry, but the environmentally friendly cleaning products just don't get things squeaky clean, IMHO. All that said, they did a good job dusting the ceiling fans and all the shelving in our living room. Great job vacuuming, but nothing smelled clean and my kitchen counters still had crumbs everywhere, so that was disappointing.

Description of Work: They deep cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen. They mopped all hard floors and vacuumed carpets. The two were pleasant and wanted to make sure I liked the job they did.
