Our first contact was at the store on Blanco, where we were assisted very promptly by Mary Hudson. We were shown the products offered and made our decision on which product we wanted to use. Mary then offered us our choiced of next available dates for her to come help us with color selection and to take measurements. When our selction of color was made and the measurements completed, Mary stated that it would be "about" two weeks for the blinds to arrive. We received a message on our answering machine, two weeks to the day, after the orde was placed, to arrange for installation. The installer arrived as scheduled and completed the installation, very professionally, in a little more than an hour. We're very satisfied with the product and the service we received.

They were very easy to work with and helpful with recommendations. I liked the fact that they have a showroom where you can see the products. The representative was wonderful in helping us choose designs and colors. The shutters and shades are beautiful.

Windows Fashions of Texas did a fantastic job! Our sales rep (Mary Hudson) was very friendly and professional. She even came to our home a second time to make sure the measurments were correct before submitting the order. She also provided a lot of detail about the product and the service. Everything was on time and she kept us informed along the way. The installation went well and the shutters look fabulous! They transform the rooms. Only one regret . . . we should have done this sooner. I highly recommend Mary and Window Fashions of Texas.

I am thinking about getting interior shutters on several of my windows and checked into Window Fashions of Texas. I went to the showroom to see the shutters. I was quickly greeted and referred to someone who could speak about shutters. The woman was very professional and helpful even though I explained I was just getting information and may not purchase at this time. The shutters look great. I was impressed at the elegance and room darkening capabilities. They are made of real wood! And not only are they made in the U.S.A., they are made in Texas! I was given a quote - it was about what I expected but hoped I was wrong - and she told me the quote was good for 3 months! I have not made the decision to spend money on this at this time, but when I do I will return to Window Fashions of Texas.

I looked at the products in their showroom and scheduled an appointment for measuring. Mary arrived promptly and explained all the options and I ordered. They said it would take about five weeks. I had other work going on and wasn't ready for them when they came in and they delayed the delivery and installation for me. The day of the installation, they came when stated and installed in less time than they told me. They look great! I had looked at an online shutter site but was completely confused and would have gotten the order wrong. It also did not give me the discounts for the large quantity that I ordered, so I'm pretty sure these cost me less. I loved working with this company.

I visited to showroom to get assistance in selecting blinds for my kitchen window. We looked a several options (colors, fabrics) and also shutters. Deborah worked up 3 quotes for me and then scheduled a time to visit my home to take measurements. She was able to set this for just a few days from my visit to the showroom. I was pleased to learn that they do visits in the evening so I didn't have to leave work early. She arrived at my house on time. We decided the shutters would be best on the kitchen windows. She took a paint sample so they could color match the shutters. Shutters were ready for installation in ~4 wks. Installation was quick. The technician was able to adjust the hinges to square up the shutter. I have an old house so the windows aren't the same dimension. I was glad to see the shutters were designed to be adjusted to fit. Color match is perfect with the window trim.

The representative from Fashion Window was courteous and punctual. She then emailed me the estimate.

I'm very pleased with them. They came on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. The shutters looked bright. They delivered them on the time they said they would. I'm happy with their work. They were very professional. I would use them in the future.

I really liked the lady that I worked. She did an excellent job. She came out and seemed very knowledgeable and she had a $300 gadget that she was measuring the windows with. She seemed very used to using it and took exact measurements. She is a pleasant person to work with. I liked going ahead with her, but we thought we need to save the $300 and find other people who are a little cheaper.

She worked very hard and efficiently to do a very hard and complicated job. She did it very quickly and she did it right. She seemed to have many talents and I would recommend her highly. The price was extremely reasonable for the work she did.

They did a very good job. They matched the paint colors exactly right. I shopped with other sales companies, but the thing I liked about this company is that she gave us options and prices right away, was very direct, measured everything and was all around easy to work with.

It went very well..showed up on time, did installation and left..no complaints.

Window Fashions is prompt, courteous and was quick to complete the order in a timely fashion.

They work through Hunter Douglas so I had a wider selection than I did with other companies. I was able to get the different types of fabrics put on different mechanisms for different types of windows. Now the different types of windows in my house all coordinate. I had a representative come to my home to do measuring and we looked at the catalog. There was a lot of back and forth because I was matching with paint and stuff like that. When I made a final decision, they came back out to take a final measurement. It takes about three to five weeks for it to be ordered and received from the factory. They installed the blinds and they will guarantee their work for up to five years. The guarantee is for if the tension bar isn?t tense enough, the pull strings break, there is something wrong with the mechanism, or something like that. The house has a modern look so it is nice to have modern drapes that match the style of the house. It was a huge transformation. I appreciate the feedback, that they came back to re-check and re-check again, that they stand behind their product, and they way they provided input. They are a little pricey but I got what I wanted. When they were late, they called to let me know they were running behind schedule.

Installer was at the house on time. He was extremely professional and did a great job. Everything looks great. The installer was done in less then two hours. The quality of their products is the best I've seen. I will be adding the rest of the windows and I know for sure I will call Window fashions back to do the job.

They were a complete disaster and everything that the women tried to sell us was at the ultra high end of the price chain. Ultimately we ordered several things from her and 2 or 3 weeks after she quoted the price, we learnt that they no longer even produced the drapes and material we selected. It was thoroughly unprofessional and pushy. She did not like it when we decided to go with another company. I would never recommend them to anybody.

It was an easy and quick process to place our order with Window Fashions of Texas once we decided upon the product to order. For continuity, we selected the everwood blinds throughout and are very pleased with how they operate and seem to be holding up since we placed our order almost a year ago. We didn't order all the blinds at once, but rather over three orders, and they are still consistent in style and color.
