Worked with Brittany to order new plantation-style shutters in two tall windows to match shutters in other parts of home. Brittany was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Installation was quick and end results were great. Very proud of the way these windows look now. Would definitely use this business again.

I highly recommend Window Fashions of Texas! We originally purchased shutters for the front of our house but recently decided to install the same shutters in our family room because we loved them so much. Shari Jones, Design Consultant, came out to our home to measure the space and she also brought Hunter Douglas blinds/shade samples because I wanted to see about replacing the kitchen blinds. Shari was so helpful and friendly. She factored in how much sunlight kitchen windows took in, how much we wanted to raise and lower the shades, etc. and with her expertise, we decided on Hunter Douglas Vignettes. They’re perfect! Very happy repeat customer!

Our designer Joanna Sixsmith was very professional and helpful when we were choosing what window covering we wanted for each window. She was very accommodating on when she could come out for measuring our windows to ensure the installation was complete before our company arrived for a visit. Would definitely recommend this company and Joanna again!

The entire process from quote to final installation went perfectly as hoped. The shutter itself was beautiful and matched the surrounding window perfectly. Installation was quick and problem free. The shutter was a bit pricey but was the better of the two quotes I got. Material quality is high, and I guess you get what you pay for. We are very pleased with this project. Sales rep and Design Consultant Brittany was pleasant and easy to work with.

Joanna Sixsmith, Design Consultant, came out to our house, reviewed the situation, offered options and gave us a quick quote. Very punctual and professional. We have used Window Fashions of Texas several times over the years and they have done an excellent job each time. Our most recent purchase was for motorized window shades and Brittany did an amazing job with some tricky windows! Everything went beautifully. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The shutters work well. The color is perfect. They cleaned up after they installed the shutters and got rid of my old materials.

Excellent experience. My design consultant Mary is topnotch!. From my visit to the showroom to the final install on two separate window projects, the entire process was problem free. In total, plantation shutters were installed on seven windows. I requested that the shutters be color-matched to the existing baseboard and doors. After going through dozens of paint samples, Mary ensured a perfect match with custom paint at no additional charge. The shutters are of the highest quality with a lifetime warranty and I certainly don't regret choosing to make this investment. On both projects, the installer arrived at the house early and was done in less than 30 minutes -- exceptionally professional!

They're fine, but then the other one had a better price. So we did not hire them. They were friendly and they did measurements and stuff. They were very responsive. There was a reason that we didn't hire them.

I was about to order my third set of honeycomb shades in 9 years and decided to make the leap to shutters that have a lifetime guarantee- they are more beautiful than I could have hoped for and with financing available/coordinated by Window Fashions of Texas- it was the best decision!! We shopped three vendors and chose WFoT because Kerry Levine was so awesome and thorough, helpful with suggestions. She has been in this business for 20 plus years and has great pride in the company. The installers were professional and very courteous! We chose Window Fashions of Texas because of Kerry's confidence and experience, the products are american made (in TEXAS!), they took a paint sample from us to make sure the shutters were a perfect match- (there was a small hiccup with the paint sample- which delayed our install by a few days but they corrected it quickly!) and we could still get them in less than 8 weeks (as most other vendors have them shipped from China!). I would definitely recommend in the future!

Mary's sense of design is amazing. I had picked several samples, but when she visited my home for a match they were off. Her picks were outstanding. I LOVE the one we finally settled on together and have received so many compliments on them. They are a nod to my style but still work with the era of the home. Install was quick with no problems.

Mary Hudson was extremely helpful throughout the sales process and installation was very professional. After installation I mentioned that I wasn't happy with the color I had chosen for my living room. I was told I could exchange the shades for a reasonable installation cost. This has been done and I am a very happy customer!

The shades were the same as about 15 others we'd ordered. Mary Hudson, our design link, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She really knows her stuff and is always available for questions and advice. The installer is a great guy also - he's neat and professional and cleans up after the job is done. Based on Angie reviews we made an appointment to visit their showroom where we met with Ms. Kerry Lavine a Design Consultant with the firm. She was very professional and answered all of questions and explained in detail all of the options available to us. We decided to use this firm for the following reasons: Quality of their product and options that we did not find with other providers. Price was extremely reasonable given the quality of the product. Recommendation of family members who have used them in the past. The professionalism of Ms. Lavine. In every way they exceeded or expectations.

Window Fashions of Texas rocks. If you need window treatments, go to visit their showroom first. Everyone works over there is so knowledgeable, professional, caring, and passionate about what they do. Kerry gave us quote based on our measurements and then she came to our house and did the measurements. After we closed on the house, Kerry came and did a final walk through with us before she submitted the order. We had to have custom paint done so Kerry came back to our house to compare the paint sample. After about four or five weeks, Mike came to install the shutters. He was so skillful. Bryan, another installer, came to finish up the work because Mike was not available at the time. Bryan was so patient and meticulous. He took the effort to make sure every shutter is perfect! Tom, the owner of the company, is such a down to earth person. Diana, the office manager, made appointments for me the soon my shutters arrived. After the shutters were installed, I went back to get a door shade. Kerry came to meet with me after work, she brought samples and made recommendations. She would not pressure me to make decisions. Bryan came and installed the shade for me, again another great job! It is really wonderful that this company stands behind their products: lifetime transferable limited warranty! Based on numerous on-line reviews, including those on Angie's List, we were confident that WFTX provided consistent, quality products and service. This was confirmed during every encounter, from our visit to their showroom and through the scheduling and installation processes. By reading reviews we learned that WFTX had a group of very qualified design consultants. We were fortunate to meet Brittany Binder on our showroom visit. Brittany explained the variety of shades that would fit our needs and helped us quickly zero in on just the right product. During our in-home meeting she helped us select just the right shade pattern and color for our décor. The installation process could not have been better. Mike Macias arrived as scheduled and had all five shades professionally installed within an hour. We asked Mike about a problem we were having with existing shades elsewhere in our home. Mike immediately knew what needed to be done and offered to make the adjustments at no charge. The entire experience with WFTX was excellent, from our initial meeting with Brittany, through the installation process completed by Mike.
