I had just built a sunroom on my deck and decided the west exposure needed blinds in the afternoon when I was out there. Kerry came out to measure them. She also suggested I really needed the blackout shades to completely block the sun. We picked out a matching color and she measured my windows. Two weeks later my shades were ready and installed. I absolutely love them and they will make my room much more user friendly in the afternoon.

I had an amazingly positive experience with Window Fashions of Texas! I dealt with Mary Hudson, who was very gracious and patient with my very numerous inquiries and lengthy indecision, and very easy to work with. In addition to fielding my many questions over a period of several months, she also came over to the residence and took the necessary measurements, and made various and highly useful suggestions as to color, style, and the specific options available for the various suggested colors and styles. I was able to take some time to digest all of the information and make a decision that I could be comfortable with. The shades arrived in a very timely manner, despite the purchase having been finalized around the holiday season, and within three weeks after my purchase, I had Hunter Douglas shades professionally installed in my home. The installer was timely and speedy but did an excellent job with the installation, and he also courteously fielded my questions. The product is of very good quality, and corresponds appropriately with the price tag. Due to the positive experience I have had with Window Fashions of Texas, and with Ms. Hudson in particular, I fully intend to use this company's services again.

Everything went smoothly and we are once more happy with the entire process and with the finished product. Each time we have dealth with Mary Hudson. She is very professional and had many ideas to help us determine just what we wanted. Normally Mary would come out the day of the installation to make sure all went correctly. This last time she had surgery and could not make it. But, Mary called a few days afterwards to check on how things went. The man who did the installation did good work and made sure we understood how to work the window treatments. We will definitely use Window Fashion of Texas and Mary Hudson again.

Before we closed on our new house, we got estimates from several stores. When we stopped in at Window Fashions of Texas we spoke to Brittany Binder who was very friendly and knowable. We stopped by several times before we made a decision. Brittany was always friendly and helpful. I was impressed that the shutters were 100% made in Texas out of wood. They had many options that I did not see in other stores. Once we ordered the shutters, everything was on time. Mike the installer was very friendly and did a great job. We are very happy with our shutters. Our new neighbors had these shutters in their old house for about 10 years and were very happy with them. They also ordered new shutters for the new house.

When the sales person came out, she was very knowledgeable and the product was great. Scheduling ended up being a real issue and the scheduler was not very nice. There was some damage to the blinds when they arrived and the installer broke my window. I was pretty upset and the owner had to get involved. He handled everything very professionally and he followed up with me personally. The end result was very good and I would use them again.

We had done the rest of the house about a year ago, bedrooms and a TV room, with the same type of blinds. One blind that we ordered was an upgrade. I was here when the man installed it. Their installers are very professional and very good. They come right on time. I didn't notice that it wasn't quite what I had ordered. It's from Hunter Douglas and they caught it. They had Hunter Douglas send me a replacement blind because it wasn't quite the quality of the blind that I'd ordered. I got the wrong blind for free. We're talking about probably $500. I actually had another window that actually was the same size and so I was able to transfer it over. So I got a window done for free. So they follow through. They stand behind their work. We had huge windows and these are quality blinds. I would say it was about $500 per window. One at the stairs was more expensive because it's got that eye brow, a special kind of thing over at the top. It's quality stuff and so you get what you pay for.

We spent quite a bit of money on it. It has been a four year relationship with them. They're very professional and you can count on them. If there are any problems, they fix them. I just can't say enough good about them. What we did was pretty upscale. We have a landing with a huge, huge window at the top. They're very good shutters and window coverings. There is what they call eye brow window over at the top and it cost $1000. But on the other hand, it's first class. I think they charge very fairly for what we ask for. It's not like going to Home Depot and getting some blinds.

They did a great job. There was one little piece of wood they cracked and they came out and took care of it immediately. It was a brand new house and we weren’t even in it yet. Mary came on her day off to measure my windows. Then the builder ripped out a window and replaced it, so she had to come out again on her day off to measure that one window to make sure it would be the right size. So, they went above and beyond. I still have two windows that I want to take care of and I am definitely going to go back.

The professionals at Window Fashions of San Antonio made purchasing the plantation shutters stress free from the measuring to the estimate to the scheduling installation to the installing. A pleasant experience and I love the results.

The initial representative was efficient, acted in a timely fashion and knew her job. She was careful to match the new shutters with the existing shutters both with the style and color of the stain. The cost charged to build the shutters and the length of time between the order and initial attempt at installation were within reason. The installer did an excellent job and we are happy with the final product. However, there were issues with quality control and with installing them within the designated time period on the days of installation. It took three trips to install five shutters as once they weren't finished correctly and the second time the wood was cracked. I feel this should have been caught before installation. Also, the installer arrived considerably later than the designated time frame the first two times. He is scheduled by someone at the store and this is where the problem occurred. She would tell me a time and then add other customers before my time. I had intentionally requested the first installation both times and this did not happen until the third visit after I had complained. No one called either time to say that they were going to be late. I called the store and was given excuses with no apologies from the scheduler. Window Fashions of Texas should tighten this component of their delivery system up.

Donna was great. She came out and measured and then helped us select the ideal window treatments. When they came in, she had the installer come out and install them and followed up and came out to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. It all was great.

The staff at the business were very personable. Brittany, the sales person who came to my home to measure, was prompt, exceptionally personable, with suggestions as I requested them, and most importantly, accurate with measurements which made the installation of the products smoothly accomplished. I would recommend this business, this employee, and intend to do further business with the company.
