Will Fix It has been servicing our home for several years and we have always been very pleased with the service and the products we have had installed in our home.

No problems occurred during installation and no problems have occurred after the installation. The provider removed old condenser. Satisfied with quality of work.

I was expecting to get a phone call before the plumber arrived. All I had was 8-12 window. He was friendly, polite, helpful. Did a great job. I gave the punctuality a B only because I did not receive a phone call prior. We will use them again.

They came out to do a couple of checkups now. After the last one, I was in the attic on an unrelated item and I noticed that the seal around some of our AC ductwork was crumbling and it not longer provided an adequate seal. We called Will Fix-It to repair the item, which they did. However, this is something I would have expected them to call our attention to at one of the regular checkups. It makes me wonder if there are other problems they haven't identified.

We had a problem w/our water softener. It had leaked & 1 bedroom was wet. The rep came out & determined he did not like the way part of the installation was handled. He returned the next day, and fixed the problem for no charge. My dates of the service are approximate...but close!

Fall tuneup on A/C. It went good. They know their job.

Good advice! He gave me some recommendations, but I'm still thinking about them.

water heater was drained. noise from the calcium buildup is almost entirely gone.

I called this company because my regular plumber doesn't have 24 hour service and this was an emergency. They responded immediately and i expected to pay a premium for the service. Then they began to find "problems", most of which i agreed needed to be fixed. When i complained about price, they would immediately begin to cut the price. When they pointed out problems with water softner and quoted a price, i declined to do that (my regular plumber replaced the softner --same model , same features--for 1/2 the price quoted by will fix it) The work they did was good, but I would suggest anyone thinking of hiring them be sure to get competitive bids. Finally, one zone of my lawn irrigation system, which worked before they did the plumbing work, no longer worked after they did the plumbing. To their credit, they did send two different people to diagnose and fix the problem but with no result and a denial that they created this problem. I disagree with their denial but just leave it at that; their solution--retrench and re do the wiring for $850. i hired a sprinkler company to fix this problem--their charge was about 1/10 of the price quoted by will fix it..

Too long ago to remember all details.....but the work included tracking down several problems, fixing them and replacing a bad water heater. No issues at all since the wotk was done.....so I'm happy!

We have used Will Fix It for several years for both our main residence and rental properties. They have always been very responsive, professional and effective in providing the various services that we've needed, which included repairing tub shower plumbing; purchase and installation of water softener and water heaters. This was the first time I was very disappointed. We called Friday to see if and when they might be able to hook up our gas dryer. They were very polite and said they could come out the next morning (Saturday!) We asked if this would be considered an overtime or higher rate due to the weekend, and they said no. They were on time Saturday morning and the first thing the tech said was, I need to tell you that we normally do not do this type of work and because of that we will need to charge you $225 for the service call. I asked him if that was expensive ( since I, unfortunately, did not bid it out first) and he said he wasn't sure but that normally you would call an appliance place vs. them to come do this kind of service. He asked if I still wanted him to do the service for $225. At that point, I had already taken time off to be there for him; he was at my home and 15 minutes away from allowing me to do my weekly laundry!!! I asked him if he was qualified to do that type of service and if he was comfortable working with gas hook ups since this was obviously not something they "normally" do. He said that he was and that I should not have any concern about the quality of his work. So I went ahead and allowed him to do the 15 minute service for $225. I appreciate the fact that someone ULTIMATELY told me about the pricing, and the fact that they do not typically do this type of work, however I would have been more appreciative if they'd told me that when I scheduled the call!!! Very disappointed in their approach, however they did a good job.

Round 2 - On Sunday 8SEP we arrived home to a yard full of raw sewage. Appears that the Friday fix did not work and a bit more time should have been taken to remedy/investigate the clog. I called Will Fix It immediately voicing my concern and the extremely friendly operator said a tech would be there in 30 min to an hour to resolve the clog. HOWEVER, once I mentioned AHS the tone changed and he said I must call them first. Called AHS and then within 15 minutes I called Will Fix It back and they said I am now on the schedule and there was no indication on when they would arrive. I called every 2 hours to both AHS and Will Fix It until approximately 11pm. Had to cancel a Labor Day party as well as try and accomodate the 6 people living in our home - extremely unprofessional by both companies. I had called several companies specializing in septic tanks throughout the day and dug up and pulled the lid off the tank and everything was in proper order and they said there must still be a clog somewhere between the clean-out and the tank. Finally at 11pm the lady I spoke with said that they had inadvertantly given the dispatcher the wrong phone number so they would not be coming out, although they advertise they respond 24/7. On Monday the same tech came out and said that he should have used a larger auger on Friday and it would not have overflowed into the yard. Absolutley unacceptable customer service!! Will not be using in the future and will be cancelling my AHS policy.

My experience with them was good! We actually have an ongoing contract with them. My overall experience with them was very good. I was very happy with them. They did a good job! Also, their price was good and reasonable.

We had freon added to our AC unit. It's been humming just fine!

Okay, lots and lots of sales pressure. Damaged some furniture in the attic. Made quite a mess.

I called at around 2:00 in the afternoon and asked for Brad, who had done some work for my in-laws several months ago. He arrived at 4:30 that same day. We have a very old house with a sewer pipe that has an offset. We were concern because our new toilet was leaking and that the offset and the old flange were the culprits. Brad inspected the pipe, offset and flange and determined the old stuff was not the cause. He put my new toilet back in and checked everything. Works perfect now! Brad is awesome, knowledgeable and about the nicest person you'd want to meet. So happy with his work!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The second assignment the plumber insisted the water filtration system under the sink could not be hooked up to the refrigerator, and it didn't work at all. I had never had a water filtration system and didn't know if it worked or not. Isn't that why we call plumbers and electricians? To rely on their assumed expertise? He insisted (4 o4 5 times)he take it to be recycled, not knowing I consented to the recycling. Right after the Culligan people came out and stated they had just installed the $1500 filtration system which was in excellent condition and could have easily been hooked up to my refrigerator. I called the Manager at Wil-fix-it only to be told they had fired the guy, and didn't have my water filtration system.We went round and round and the only solution they offered was to send me a coupon for their services. A coupon for a company you couldn't PAY ME me to use again. I requested they replace the system at their wholesale cost to make me whole, they refused. The only reason I didn't have the system was because of their employee lying misrepresentations and tricks to gain possession of the system. I had two witnesses to his lies and trickery. Basically the management condoned their employees stealing from customers and accepted no responsibility for their employees criminal activity. I am so sick of of businesses who rip off people. I am confident this business is well aware of their own lack of professionalism, ethics and morality. Apparently they do not do background checks on who they hire and are good with sending criminals into YOUR home. They could care less about their customers. They wouldnt send me a copy of the work order with the guys name and he didn't leave one either. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Marcello was punctual, very friendly and explained options available very well. I was so impressed in fact that I purchased a maintenance contract and a big plus is I can request Marcello should I need anything. Prior to "Will" Fix It coming out I called the company who had been used before and because it was an electrical problem he would not touch it. I have absolutely now qualms in recommending "Will" Fix It and especially Marcello. Charlie Cook

All went very well. Technician was punctual, professional and very courteous. Extremely knowledgeable in his craft. I am very pleased with Will Fix It's response and personnel. Would use "Will Fix It" again when needed.

They did an excellent job. They were very business-like.

It has always been good service with them.

They installed a dual zone system. Their service has been fine. They have always been eager to contact us to check the system and follow up well. I have had to cancel a few times and they always call to reschedule. When I purchased the system, they were supposed to install a UV light system to help remove mold. But it was determined about 6 months after the install that they were never put in, so they did it then.

The work turned out just fine. It was just a little expensive. I have been using them for years and like their service.

They have been very good. They are reliable and the personnel know what they are doing and have been trained well. They are always careful to keep the house clean and not make a mess.
