Description of Work: did my seasonal heat ck....have done several jobs in the past....only one time I questioned about my water heater replacement..i didn't understand the process of who calls angie's list & I ended up paying the full price instead of a prorated price if I had called you first & not depended on the serviceperson to call as I understood he would do....50/50 responsibility as far as I'm concerned but live & learn...I'm happy to use them again but do get a second or third opinion...it's YOUR RIGHT

Description of Work: I indicated that this was a rental unit and needed the furnace fixed. I was told it was too old and needed to be replaced. I received this information from the technician who was standing with the tenant when we discussed this. That was poor form as I had to agree so the tenant recognized I was working in his best interest. I would have made other arrangements and replaced the unit with a used system. It cost me several thousand dollars which will take a long time to recoup the expenses.

Description of Work: Replaced a water heater. We had a instant hot water pump on the tank they replaced, the guy had could not hook it back up. Also we were suppose to have the city inspect the unit after it was installed, which we paid for. They failed to inform us we had to call the city to make an appointment. I asked for an itemized bill and was told they do not do that. I would not call them again.

Description of Work: A major drain break under the slab foundation filled with roots and stopped flow from our 1/2 bath. Will Fix It dug a tunnel 12' under the slab and replaced the drain. They did an outstanding job and removed all the contaminated dirt and filled the tunnel with good dirt and then a concrete slurry to provide a seal against further root damage. The folks were extremely professional and prompt. The neat thing was that they only had to shut down the total plumbing system for only 1/2 hour! I would not hesitate to call on these folks for all my plumbing needs!

Description of Work: They did what they could do for pipes we were having troubles with. Overall the services were excellent, but we might have to have them back. They came out a couple of times, but that was not a reflection on their work. I was happy with all of them, every time and I would give them a 10!

Description of Work: We have a service plan for Will Fixit to check the AC and heater every 6 months. I think their regular maintenance has been great. We have an older unit and it seems to be doing well thanks to their service. We have also used them for emergency plumbing issues and been very happy with their responsiveness.

Description of Work: The scheduled appointment was between 2-4p (new ac unit). The guys came at 5. They only called once at 3:30 to state they were on their way. When they arrived at 5:00p they told me that the previous client kept asking them a lot of questions & they had to do more things than they anticipated but they should have called. One guy came back the next day to give me a quote which was $3,000 more than the company I finally went with. No option for a 15 seer.. it was 13, 16, or the highest... which could be the reason for the higher cost. Since the guy was late the first day & he kept calling me Miss (I felt I was being addressed by my teenage daughters friends) I decided not to use them. If they are 2 hours late and couldn't be bothered to call what would happen in the event I needed a repair? No thanks

Description of Work: They did well and I was impressed how much they stuck to it till the job was done, even late into the evening. Unfortunately, they have removed themselves from my home warranty company list of providers, so I will not use them in the future until and if they become a provider for my Home warranty policy company.

Description of Work: Quote was over two times higher than the independent master plumber that I hired to do the work. Will-Fix-it estimator did not have spec for the product he proposed to install. He broke something during the estimate and gave me an additional quote to fix the part he broke for $1,200. It took two weeks of daily calls to get them to finally fix what they broke at their expense.

Description of Work: They replaced our furnace blower. It went out a couple days before Thanksgiving, and they came right away. We had heat the next day and our holiday was saved. The original price was a bit high, so we did some research and were able to get the price lowered.
