Will Fix It

The serviceman was prompt, clean and polite. He was very careful not to get my kitchen dirty. He showed me the problem in the pipe with a camera he had fed into the pipe and then showed me the pipe after he'd snaked it. We've used their plumbing services twice and had the same good experience.

They came out first to give estimate, tried to get me to upgrade our contract we have with them. When we decided to have them do the work, my husband dug up and found the leak. Will Fix It's technician fixed the leak, and charged us $354.00. I inquired if we should maybe receive a discount because my husband did all the digging, this happened on Aug 2, 2006, as of today, Sep 7, 2006, I have not heard from them. I don't appreciate this customer service.

The membership entitled me to a free check of air and heat in the summer and winter. They seemed to always find something wrong. A leak developed in a tub and their fee was outrageous. My membership was no good. The fee was monthly. The more you spent the more they did and I picked the lowest level of service.

The plumber was on time did a great job. He was clean and nice did the job and cleaned up after. I will use will fix it again. BEST PLUMBERS IN SAN ANTONIO.

Ron came out initially to give me an estimate to run a new gas line for a cooktop. I decided not to do the gas line, but I liked him a lot, so knew he would be my plumber for my kitchen remodel anyway. After cutting down the pony wall behind my sink to make a single-level, counter height island, I discovered that there were air gap pipes that had to be lowered too, so I called Ron in. He will also come and hook up the new faucet and sink when my kitchen is completed. I think I've found ''my plumber''! On some things their pricing seems a bit high, but for good service and workmanship, it's worth it. Also Ron put protective shoe covers on while in my home, a big plus in my book.

He severely misdiagnosed the problem. The sewer line was fine and only the clean-out pipe needed replacement (minor repair). The plumber spent excessive time trying to sell a service agreement. The company representative would not return my call to handle my complaint.

First, I was charged for a Sunday dispatch fee even though no work was performed on Sunday. The first day that they checked for leaks they couldn't find any. The leak however mysteriously stopped. A few weeks later the leak re-appeared. They found the leak within a few minutes and came back the next day to do the repair. I was charged $2,062 for less than 4 hours of work to repair the leak. I've spoken to the company numerous times, but they refuse to negotiate the price. Even though I provided my contact phone numbers (both office and cellular), they insisted on providing a lot of technical mumbo-jumbo to my wife and asked her to sign the authorization. I feel that they took advantage of her plumbing ignorance.

The experience with the water heater was unsatisfactory. He was completely unprofessional and his conduct. Four people had to come out to repair the leaky toilet. The person who came out a couple weeks ago was very polite, pleasant, and the demeanor was as it should be. I asked him to leave and he refused. I am a member of the American Home Shield so they paid for most of the work was done.

Will Fix It Plumbing Company did a wonderful job on our sink and was able to fix it right up. I did think that the price that they charged was a bit high however they were able to get the leak in about 20 minutes. He also did a great job of cleaning up his mess.

Will Fix It did a good job for us. They inspected the plumbing system and explained to us what needed to be done and got right to work. It only took three days and they did a great job. We get cleaner water, have more water pressure, and do not have any more leaks.

I like the quality of work I receive from Will Fix It Plumbing Company but I think they are very expensive. A few months ago, they came to replace my two fixtures and they always try to add something extra to the bill. There seems to be something that I did not realize should be replaced, so the bill gets larger than the estimate. The service men always do a good job and I will continue to use there plumbing services as they do provide great customer service.

Will Fix It was a great company to work with. They were the only company that would install the size air conditioner that I wanted for the price I wanted. They guaranteed all of their work. They came back after the installation to make sure everything was running properly. They were a great service and I would use them again.

Will Fix It calls before coming over to make an appointment, and they always give a professional report after their inspection. They usually clean the filter when they come. We've had no problems for the last few years since their routine visits.

Will Fix It Plumbing Company tried to over charge me. They were fairly nice people, but I didn't really trust them. I got a second opinion. I guess they were alright; I just didn't get a good feeling from them. I would not recommend them.

The back ups became so bad we could not clear it ourselves any more. The call was made after regular hours, and the response was fast. The plumber arrived only ninety minutes after initial contact. He wasted no time clearing the pipes, and even gave us some of his own extra strength chemical, in case the problem persisted. He was understanding, professional, and we have not had back ups since.

Will Fix It Plumbing Company was a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. They did good quality work for us. The repairman was professional. They have also done work for us in the past. We have always been happy with their work. We plan to use them in the future.

Will Fix It Plumbing Company did a great job on our shower walls. They are very trustworthy, honest, and experienced at all kinds of different projects. I have had them do several projects in the past and they have always done a great job for us.

In the winter of last year, I had my furnace replaced by ARS Services and we are always pleased with their fast polite service people. The inspector came, said the installation work was perfect and the company left no mess around my house. I was pleased with the work, price and customer service that I referred them to my son, and he had them install his system as well.

Will Fix It Plumbing Company didn't do a very good job for us at all. I feel that their price was way too high. They even billed me before all the work was even completed. I would never use this company again.

Will Fix It Plumbing Company tried to sell me plumbing insurance right away when they came out to do the work. The water heater was not installed correctly and caused a big leak in our garage. I called them back and they argued for ten minutes with me about who was going to pay for the leak that they created. I thought that was just unreal.

ARS Of San Antonio can fix most anything I think. This place is the best business in the world. I called them and they came out right away and fixed it. I think that they were very nice and personable. I have a maintenance agreement with them for all of my appliances as well as my heating and air conditioner.

Very satisfied with the timely fashion they came out to house. The pricing was in line with our companies. The service rep was a nice gentleman, clean and on time.

IMMEDIATELY THERE WERE OTHER THINGS WRONG WITH IT. WE HAD TO REPLACE SOME TYPE OF PIECE BEFORE IT COULD BE REFASTENED TO THE GROUND. IT WAS A BIG EXPENSE, BUT HAD TO BE DONE.

THEY WORKED NEATLY AND QUICKLY. THEY ANSWERED QUESTIONS I HAD AND COMPLETED THEIR JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I DID NOT NEED TO CALL BACK ABOUT ANYTHING AND IT APPEARS TO BE WORKING WELL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH ARS WAS NOT EXCEPTIONAL. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE AT THE APPOINTED TIME ON EITHER OCCASION BUT WILL GIVE THE CLIENT $50 IF APPT TIME IS NOT MET. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE $50 AFTER ALMOST 2 MONTHS. THEY REPLACED THE PARTS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE SERVICE PERSON WAS POLITE. THEY DID NOT TRY TO PERSUADE ME TO SIGN UP FOR AN ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT.
