Will Fix It

I contacted this company because they have both HVAC and plumbing contractors and I needed both. They were very prompt in setting up appointments and gave me a discount because I was getting multiple things done. Both the HVAC technician and plumber were on time (+/- 15 minutes), professional and left the place neat and clean. I was disappointed because the plumber was also supposed to be able to check my sprinkler system -- that wasn't his specialty. There seemed to be a disconnect between the scheduler and the technicians because the techs weren't sure what I was being charged for services, and they were supposed to give me 1 consolidated invoice, instead I got two. Minor inconvenience, but I'd definitely be clear with the scheduler about what you need.

This was a lousy experience! I was very unsatisfied with everything!I would never use this company again. I had to fire them and they never finished the job!

The crew of 3 arrived right on time, worked efficiently. They accessed the attic from the garage only, sparing having to bring the hose through the house They vacuumed up in an area around the A/C that had some flooring, and placed dams around light fixtures to keep from overheating and causing lighting failures. They swept up the garage. The whole thing took about two hours. On inspection, they had done what they said they would do. ADDENDUM:(1) If you're energetic and willing, it's possible to do this yourself and save some money: buy bags of insulation and rent the hopper/blower. (2) If you have vertical surfaces in part of your attic, the blown-in stuff won't cover them (use bats), and (3) make sure they taper the amount blown in when approaching the eaves, so as not to cover up your soffit vents.

Called Will Fix It to unclog a sewer line on a property I manage. I was told, since the property (a duplex) was old there was no "clean out" and first off they would have to install one. That would have been $795. They would also have to cut through asphalt in order to do that which would be an additional $649. Then just to run the cable to discover what the problem was would be another $267. So whatever they would have charged to fix the actual problem on top of their $60 estimate fee would have run upwards of $2,000. The last time I used them to unclog a toilet was at a 4-plex I manage, they charged us over $4,000 saying the whole sewer line had to be replaced. I called another company on the duplex - they came out that night - and unclogged the toilet for only 217.50. Will never use Will Fix It again. Don't trust them at all.

They are a top notch outfit. They are pretty strong on the selling part and they are probably not the cheapest, but they are worth it.

Because I had used a retired plumber for years, my plumbing bills were small compared to this bill. The company charges a set amount for each job. For example, to install a faucet I provided, the company charged $189. For the commode leaks and fill tube, they charged $133. Dispatch fee was $69. They deducted $25.00 for senior citizen.

They were very prompt and they had a very nice attitude. They never over charged me for their services and they completed the job on time. They were also very thorough in their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was the most terrible experience I have had. It took 3 men, 3 trips to come out and fix the toilet alone. Then the experience with the hot water heater was even worse. They sent out a young gentleman to do the work. I realized it was a very hot day that day, so I brought him something cool to drink, to be polite. Then, when it came time to haul the old water heater out, there was old sediment on the bottom of it, that was getting on my good carpet. When I tried to clean it up, he screamed at me to get out of the way. I asked him to just leave and he would not. I then called his supervisor who came out to remove him from my property and they also fired him. I was very close to calling the police. They did not offer to reimburse me any money. They did take care of shampooing the carpet but needless to say, I will never use them again.

The guys who come out have always been well mannered and prompt. It s been great! They have always been here in uniform and we really have never had any problems with them.

I like them because they did a great job. They worked fast and finished their job quickly, they were very professional and cleaned after themselves. The price they charged includes the installation plus the two units.

It was 2 AM in the morning when this happened. I called them then. I called several other companies and no one would come out to help me until the morning. This company did. He showed up at my door step about 20 minutes after I called him. He was dressed in full uniform and was very clean. He did a great job.

The representative was 3 plus hours late and then made a quote of $286, which I thought was outrageous but I caved when I realize I would be paying a $79.00 service to this company or somebody else. The bill on my credit card said $390. I asked specifically if $286 was the total amount and was told absolutely. Completely dissatisfied and feel cheated and browbeaten. The yellow page ads said happy or you don't pay. The service representative was 3 plus hours late after he gave a window of 12-2 p.m. The other yellow page ad by the company said $50. off if we're late. I think this company is not reputable.

After each visit, a month later the system did not work. The staff is not knowledgeable, confident, and extremely difficult to work.

The plumbing crew as professional, tireless, sympathetic and made coping with the lousy situation easier. They worked late when it was convenient for me and they always left me with some working plumbing at the end of each day. At the end of 10 days or so, the job was done and I haven t had a leak since. Yes - it was expensive. It was absolutely the right thing to do to cure my problem. The Will Fix It company is dependable and have the resources to do major (and minor) repairs without stalling the customer. I could probably have gotten the job done cheaper by a guy that knows plumbing . But if there was a problem, getting your hands on a guy can be difficult. Will Fix It is here to stay. He stands behind his work and I have the peace of mind knowing the job was done without any shortcuts. I am very pleased with the service and the warranty. While the tech was there, I asked for an estimate on a new A/C unit. ARS was suppose to follow up on the service call and give me additional information on the new A/C unit. Did not receive a call. We ended up going with another company.

Keith the plumber spent 1 hour evaluating all plumbing work that "should" be done, including replacing a working water heater. Total cost for all such work would have been $4630.46 My call for service was to repair leaky faucet only.

They were sent by my home warranty company. He showed up late and said the problem was not fixable. He did not do the work requested, but collected the $55 fee. He said if I paid him $600 he would fix the problem and not report it to the home warranty company.

I was left with an impression with this company that they are NOT trustworthy. They charge a $60 estimate fee (trip-charge), and they do NOT apply it to your total bill. The trip-charge is on top of everything else. Moreover, when the plumber came to give an ESTIMATE on fixing my wobbly toilet, he said he would have to charge an extra $180 just to take the toilet off and look to see what the problem was. So, that meant a $240 charge just for an ESTIMATE, not the price to FIX it! Another plumber I called out did not charge fees for estimates! I told the guy I thought that was outrageous and to forget about, and then he said he would waive the fee if it was a problem. Hmmm...trustworthiness an issue! Since he waived the fee, I went ahead and hired him to fix it since I needed the job done ASAP. Bottom line, the job was done, toilet is fixed, but I would not hire this company again.

Jesse Diaz, the installer, was on time and very professional. The company charges a set price for installation, no matter how much time the job takes. At first, I felt the price for the installation was excessive until I realized the total amount of time the job actually took. I am completely satisfied with the finished job and the quality work of Jesse Diaz. I am completely comfortable with using Will Fix It in the future, and recommending them to friends.

I was impressed that the plumber sent to our home seemed to know a lot about tankless water heaters and could get me the brand I wanted (Rannai). He claimed to have installed about 15 units and it really showed. The job took about six hours mainly because they had trouble connecting into an existing gas line. Once that was done, the job went fast. I was very happy with the work performed. The only issue we had was poor communication with the company. They looked at the job and said they would call that day once they determined how long it would take to get the unit. When I didn't hear from them by the next day I had to call. This was Tuesday. They said the unit would be in Thursday or Friday. On Wednesday the plumber showed up unannounced. He said the company should have called me to let me know the unit was in early and if they could come by to do the install? Luckily we were home, but it's a problem I wish I had with all contractors (showing up early).

overflow fixed. Inspection only showed that the system had been illegally installed'? That was not mentioned when the above repair had been done the previous month!

suggested pressure from SAWS likely to have caused this, that pressure was excessive coming in from street & should consider pressure regulator...I reminded service person that his company had installed pressure regulator 2-1/2 years ago...he rechecked at street & discovered pressure regulator was not functioning...he said it was 'inadequate' for the amount of pressure coming in... I told service person I was very upset over situation...he gathered his supplies, after he collected my payment, & was out of sight in less than 2 minutes! I called the company to tell them how upset I was...got a message from the owner, leaving me his cell number...he never returned my several attempts to speak to him about my situation...after using this company over the past 5 years, I have never known there to be a time when there wasn't a 'suggested' additional project that 'needed' to be done...for a large amount over the work ordered...

Plumber arrived on time. He was very courteous & professionally competent. He took his time & made positive every thing was working correctly. My only complaint is that he was sent alone with no helper. Therefore the job took longer than it should have.

Although initial representative was very good installers did a very bad job on installation. Have had to have the repair techs come out 3 times within the first 6 months to repair installation problems. Finally, contacted another company which fixed the problem the first time that they were there. In addition, I contacted the company 8 months after the installation to get a bid on another replacement system. They tried to sell me an inferior system for $2000 more. Would never use this company again.

The price quoted to splice in a 15 inch piece of 3/4 inch PVC pipe was $418.00. I hired a plumber to do this 2 hour job for $80.00 per hour.
