Will Fix It

Our choice came down to the price. They were good but they tried to convince us to do something that wasn?t necessary. The first person that came to give us a quote told us that if anyone tells us we need this thing, than they don?t know what they are talking about and Efficient Attic Systems tried to tell us we needed it.

Called their headquarters to report the service received as they tried to continue to try to collect until AHS intervened. Will NEVER use them again.

It went very well! The technicians were prompt and very polite. They informed us along the way of what they were doing and what our options were. When we decided to go ahead and have them do the scour jet, which was more expensive but frankly had to be done, they worked on that thing for almost an hour. It seemed really difficult and we could tell they were working hard. They got it done though, cleaned up behind themselves, and never let it show how tired or frustrated they were (if they were). We didn't mind paying more than we originally thought it would cost because we felt we really got our money's worth. They were great and I would highly recommend.

They came out and tried to give us some inexpensive solutions. But, so far none of them have really worked. They came and took the drain apart and looked at it and showed me some substitute in the drain and tried to clean it up. But, still it didn’t fix the problem. I did have one issue and it was a sort of an emergency and they couldn’t make it out.

They came for a check-up. said it was fine. went to use it a couple of days later and it would not start. Never had a problem with my Heater before. Manager has not called me back.

They did a good job. They were fast and we haven't had any problems.

Will Fix It sent a plumber within 2 hours of my call for service. The plumber was very pleasant and did a good job clearing the shower control of dirt that had clogged the mechanism.

I have been using their service for seven or eight years now. They are very professional when they come to the house. They will tell me they are going to come at a certain time, and if not they will call me and let me know they will be late.

Since then, they have been calling me twice a week and trying to get me to subscribe to their plumbing services. I told them that I have a regular plumber and did not want their services. I do not want them to call me anymore.

It went really well. I had researched the radient barrier and determined it would be a good investment into the house. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and did a very professional job.

The workers at ARS were very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. The price was average, but the quality of their work was great. I was pleased with their work and I would use them again in the future.

This was a replacement of a water heater covered by an AHS warranty. The company responded quickly to the request and made an appointment the next business day (Monday). The service technician was very prompt and professional. AHS covered the permit and replacement tank. I covered the rest which included installing new connection lines and valve, and adding a drip pan and drain. The estimate seemed high but this was an AHS referred company. The work occurred promptly TUE morning. I was not available so my wife was home with the technicians. The work was done quickly, however, I am not satisfied with the installation. The tank is turned sideways slightly which will make it difficult to access the heating elements and panel. The brass drain is mounted pointing sideways. The technician made several large holes in our dry wall looking for an ideal place to route the drain line outside but never repaired the large holes he made. He broke a sizable chunk of brick out of the wall when trying to drill the drain line hole but patched it with mortar. The drain line did not have a screen to prevent critters from entering the house. To summarize, the tank should be straight in the closet, the brass drain should be pointing down, the drip pan drain should have a screen and damage done during the install should be professionally repaired.

They are very responsive and professional. I would recommend them to others.

They came to look at the unit and gave an estimate of $1500 to replace coil. I got a second estimate from another company and it only needed cleaned for a total of $400.

They are not the cheapest but the quality of work is good. They are excellent to work with. There is never a problem getting them out here. Usually out the same day for an estimate and usually available to do the work that same day as well.

They did not contact me in a timely manner to say the least!

They ripped and walls and tile to redo the plumbing, he cleaned up after himself. I did not have to do a thing.

Over all, Will Fix It is a fine company. However, I ended up not using them for the slab leak repair because 1) their price was much higher than another company's and 2) I decided to go with a company that would work with my foundation repair company. It brought the price down by quite a bit.

They are always on time to do the work. I like their work. The man who did the work for was was Jay. They always keep everything clean.

I had a leaky water heater that I needed repaired immediately about two years ago. I called Will Fix It, because it looked like they had a professional service. The person that came out to the house was very professional and did the work nicely. At first, I was very satisfied with the experience, until I learned I paid about double what most companies would have charged for the same work. Also, when I turn on the water in the morning, I hear a knock coming from the wall where the water heater is. This sound only started appearing when they installed the new water heater. I can only guess that the installation was not done properly.

I bought a water heater through Home Depot, and I paid an installation fee to Home Depot, and they wanted to charge me another $724 to install it. I went back to Home Depot and got a water heater. They were supposed to install the next day and they tried to schedule it 3 days out after the window of time I was allowed.

He came when he said he would, did what he said he would and charged the estimated price. Everything works just fine now and I would recommend them.

I liked that when I called, the person explained what to expect and explained the company uniform. When they got here they were very courteous and polite and cleaned up after themselves well. They told me exactly what they were doing and why.

My A/C was not properly working. I had the home insurance company send a repair technician to diagnose the problem. They sent out one company who could not diagnose the problem at that time and would have to return. Suspecting he just did not want to do the job for what the home insurance company would pay, I had them send out another company for a second opinion--that was when someone from "Will" Fix It heating and A/C company showed up. The technician said there was a leak in the coils, yet he did not perform a leak test. He told me that the coils were dirty, but he had seen worse with units less than a year old and that the problem I was having was bound to occur with a 12-year old unit. When he got on the phone with the home insurance representative, he told them another story. Then the representative sent him to diagnose the problem the first technician had found (which he did not find upon his inspection). My suspicions are that the home insurance representative had him diagnose the other issue, which the Will Fix It technician had not found himself in the first place. The Freon pipe was 3/4" when it should have been 7/8 , and therefore did not properly allow Freon to flow. I find it hard to believe that 1/8" would make much of a difference and had not had problems with the A/C unit cooling due to this before. The home insurance company denied payment for repair/replacement due to "incorrect installation" based on what the "Will" Fix It technician told the home insurance representative--he didn't think they should cover me for repairs--outright told them that. Some nerve! Then after he got off the phone with the home insurance company, he went over services and new A/C units I could buy through his company--with my own money, which would cost from $5000-$8000. I told him I could not afford this and he put 4 pounds of Freon in the A/C unit and charged me, what I later found out, was more than double the standard cost for Freon--which I verified through numerous other local A/C companies. The technician also told me I would have a good chance if I sent a dispute. Leaving it up to me to fight for a repair, he gave me this advice and then told me not to tell anyone he had told me to file a dispute claim. When I looked up "Will" Fix It on the Better Business Bureau website, I found out they had an unsatisfactory rating. To add salt to the wound, I am a single parent in the active Army, have served more than 18 years and have been on 4 deployments, three of which have lasted 10 months to over a year--and "Will" Fix It did this to me and my family on Memorial Day weekend. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
