Description of Work: They sent a man who lacked the knowledge to repair the faucet. He had to come back a second time;he squirted water all over my cherry cabinets and all over my light fixtures and did not fix the faucet. He did not seem to care!!! He was quite rude and I felt threatened. I could not wait to get him out of my house and asked him to leave immediately because of how uncomfortable I felt with him in my house! They sent another plumber and he installed a faucet that did not fit the sink;it fell off within a few days. Do not use this company!

Description of Work: Flushed water HEATER & checked pressure and plumbing. Another person did the semi-annual.1. Flushed hot-water heater 2. semi-annual HVAC chean/check.

Description of Work: We had cracked pipe under our house. Had to dig tunnel to the crack and fix the pipe and then refill the tunnel.

Description of Work: cleaned out the toilet and the sewer line. tried the first snake, which did not work so he used a motorized snake and VIOLA! he was professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Had a water leak (large) on our side of the meter. Emergency call. Responded quickly, arived on time ready to assess and repair. Completed in a timely manner. Friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Bad news. I needed a new faucet for the kitchen and was quoted a reasonable price. However, the worker didn't stop at that and tried to sell me a water softener I didn't need and would have cost be me several hundred dollars. He made a big deal about calling his boss and getting me a great deal that day, but I said I'd wait. I asked if not having a water softener could cause my pipes beneath the house to burst. He said that was a possibility. A few days later I had another contractor out, and he told me the last thing I needed was a water softener, unless I liked the feel of soft water. I asked him about my pipes bursting, and he said ridiculous.

Description of Work: There was an advertised special which I called about. A representative responded and spent quite a time explaining the process at my home on a Saturday. The next Thursday a crew came promptly (early actually) and added more insulation plus the radiant barrier, covered the stored items in the attic with plastic, as well as made other changes necessary for ultimate protection. They were very professional, polite and seemed to be quite knowledgable. I would certainly recommend the company all around. I expected the installation to cost more as well.

Description of Work: I had a leaking underground water pipe. I dug down to the pipe and exposed the leak. I intended to fix it myself since it was a PVC 90-degree that was busted. I could not shut off the water to the house. Several years ago, I had a similar situation and needed to call a plumber, not will fit it. They put in a shut off down stream of the meter. It was rusted shut. I called will fix it based on a previous experience that was favorable but very expensive. From the minute the plumber arrived he was more interested in figuring out what he could sell me. He would make a great used car salesman. He finally fixed the leak. I then allowed him to replace the faulty valve and the regulator that he said was also defective based on pressure test that showed the pressure to be 90. He spent about 4 hours to do everything. That averages $162.50 an hour. Some would say he was through I would call him a professional salesman. I will never use them again.

Description of Work: Called ph # and voice came on as a cellular company stating the the number was disconnected and no longer in use.

Description of Work: I called them four times and they never responded to me. I mentioned in my messages that I saw their Big Deal on Angie’s List and was interested in that and also insulation work. They were really well-rated, but they should at least call back to tell us they’re too busy.
