Description of Work: Replaced a coil. My AC unit had not been cooling below 80. I called out a company I had just used about a month earlier and they quoted me an unusually high price. So, a friend of mine who had used Wilkes for appliance repair gave me their number. They came out the next day and confirmed what the other company said, but were much more reasonable in their pricing. Also, when I found out that the coil that needed to be replaced was still under warranty, they worked with the dealer which made the whole transaction a very low-stress one for me. They were very prompt, professional, knowledgable and I won't use anyone else from now on. I've also told my family and friends about them.

Description of Work: Wilks was available on Saturday, prompt and professional. They identified the problem and repaired it, but needed to check back at the office about the part compatibility, called a few minutes later and returned with the final piece. The price and service charge seemed reasonable. I will call them again!
