Wilks Air Conditioning & Heating

Jason did a great job ..,my 88 year old mother is able to stay warm,we would like to thank the wilks family and his staff on a job well done… I will continue to use wilks AC and heating and I would recommend them to all my friends and family members.

The house is a 1940 era bungalow style home, with all the complications required to work on such an old house. Job was estimated by Gregg Rankin with assistance by Fernando. Both did a thorough job and explained what they would do and how the process would proceed. Demolition happened on the first day with a 4-man crew supervised by Fernando. Ryan, Cody, Joel, and Garrett did the heavy lifting required to remove the old duct work, two attic furnaces and two outside condenser units. Everything went smoothly and they cleaned up inside and outside when done. They next 2 days were spent installing new duct work, vent covers, and attic furnace. The final close-out and install of the outside condenser unit was done last and every.thing went perfectly. A french drain was being installed during the A/C install and Fernando and crew were flexible to allow me to get the drain finished before the outside work was done. I want to commend the entire team for their professionalism displayed during this job. Gregg did a great estimate and explained the equipment and installation process very well. He even came back to the job site from time to time to see that everything was satisfactory. Fernando was the site supervisor and his team, including Ryan, Cody, Joel, and Garrett were all very professional and skilled at their jobs. I am sitting in my old 1940 bungalow with very comfortable heating, balanced temps in every room, and a new quiet furnace in the attic. Thanks, Wilks!

They measured the home and calculated the correct size of unit to cool our home. The workers were very prompt and conscientious and did an outstanding job. Fernando, the team leader, and Garrett as well as a third employee worked hard to make sure we had cool air before the end of the day. We are thankful for their efforts.

Wilks A/C has serviced our A/C for over two decades and never disappointed us or those we recommended him to. He was recommended to us by our previous service when he retired. When our original A/C was notrepairable, due to cost, David recommend Rheem and it has been superior to the old one. After 7 years with yearly service it has not given us a single problem and runs cheaper too. In ten years I believe it will pay for itself. There is no doubt in my mind that Wilks is the fairest, honest, trustworthy and real American I have done business with. You can't go wrong with Wilks, is my opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have 11 AC units on two commercial buildings. They are customer oriented and focused. I've had to call them at least four times since we've had roof work going on due to hail damage. Two of the times, there was no charge for the work. Every technician they have come over are professional and thorough. I cannot say enough about this company and I'm so happy they won the bid. The office staff are great, from the front desk staff to the billing staff. It's so nice to know that I can work with a company and know that it's going to be a pleasant experience. We had a roof leak and called them and was told that they wouldn't be able to make it out until the next day. I received a call 10 minutes later and they said they would have someone out today. Wilks technicians and scheduling staff will show up at times the best fits my tenets' needs.

They were excellent. We are not using them right now because they no longer give a discount and their prices are higher than other companies. Wilks is a very fine company and we used them for many years. They did excellent work, and we enjoy working with the, and we wish we would still work with them if they gave us a discount.

They are very good, and I really like them. I didn't do it. They had put my air conditioner before and they did a really good job. It went out and I needed it immediately, and they came out right away.

They have always been honest and I have used them several times to fix things. They were referred to me by my neighbor and it was easy to make an appointment with them.

They rebuilt the whole thing. They're tremendous and I highly recommend them. They fixed everything, from A to Z.

Excellent! Another company couldn't get it to work. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to try to find out what was wrong with it so they could get it working again.

My experience with them was good. We've used them in the past for a variety of things and they've always done really well. I had no problems with scheduling. They only give you a general timeline, like noon to 4:00. I feel comfortable asking them questions. I don't feel like they're rushing me or they're trying to sell me something I might not need.
