Was flexible on time and came out when planned. Very quickly done, but done well. A little pricey.

It went well, very nice man that came out, however, when I called I was not told that on top of the fee to come out and the $10 per lock. that there is an hourly labor charge. The work took longer than expected so needless to say I paid a lot more than I thought I would. I was running late for work by then and had to rush and didn't have time to discuss the labor charges. I have to have some more work done, but I cannot use a company that has hidden cost. I would recommend for the company to let people know exactly how the costs are. Hate nothing but surprises like that.

This company was easy to work with did what they said. Our tech was personable, efficient, and took care to make sure the locks were working well. Only graded them down a little for being late to our appointment and leaving some dirty fingerprints on the doors.

Wow! Nice work! I have to admit being really impressed with this company. We had a little miss on our original appointment time, but I always judge based on service recovery - and these guys just nailed it. The locksmith was very nice, professional...arrived on time. He took the extra time to point out some opportunities in our work,a reas that may be of concern - before he took everything apart. I felt well informed of his progress and the quality of work was rock solid. They re-keyed our entire house - and the pricing with the Angie's List promotion was 100% fair. I would definitely use this company again and again and again.

Were able to rekey the locks. Work was done punctually and I thought the price was very fair. Would definitely use Whitley again in the future.

Jason, the technician, arrived on time. He was very nice and professional and explained the problems he found and how he was going to fix them. Both doors had been very hard to lock or unlock for several months due to frame or door hinge changes or from foundation shift. In any case, he was able to make the adjustments including the metal security reinforcement built into the door frame. Fast service and good price. I was very satisfied with the work.

They were friendly and reliable -- easy on phone, easy on email, and quick and efficient service....

I originally posted a negative review due to several communication issues, and I'm very happy to now remove the negativity. In addition to re-keying my rental property, I also wanted it brought up to code, but not all of that info got to the technician. When I learned that, from the technician, after the work was completed and the office was closed, I was quite irritated. Gail from Whitley called me several times yesterday but it wasn't until this morning that I was able to talk with her, and she was so very nice (as everyone at Whitley has been - even when I wasn't) as she explained how things came to be, but only AFTER she said they would install the keyless deadbolts at no charge. Truth be told, I wouldn't have known that my property wasn't up to code were it not for Gail, as she asked that in one of our early conversations (this is my very first landlord experience). And so we have a happy ending after all, and I'm very pleased with and appreciative of Whitleys Lock & Safe, and all of their very nice staff. I absolutely will use them again.

On time, professional, pleasant. Jonathan was awesome, explained everything and completed the work super quick. I would definitely use this company again.

I called on Friday and scheduled a 9am appointment on the following Monday to have locks rekeyed in my rental home. Was told I would be the first one up. At 9:15am a service tech calls to confirm that I was there. Said boss did not let him leave office til appointment was confirmed because the appointment was made over the weekend. WRONG,,,I called the office on a Friday and the appointment was made for the following Monday. Next lie....try again... I called the office and spoke to Gail. Initially said that tech had been by and no one was there. WRONG, I was there since 8:30am. (another lie) Then Gail calls and apologized, said she was speaking about another appointment. Very unorganized, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Asked for compensation for inconvenience, said NOTHING could be done. At 9:52am, called again to find out where the tech was. Was told in the area. At 10:10 no one had showed up. As I began to enter my vehicle a service tech arrives. Says he can compensate me for my inconvenience. He can give me a $10 discount. I already had a $10 discount with the coupon on Angie's list. Thanks but no thank you. Very unreliable...office staff is unorganized. Will not try them again.....Don't have all day to wait around. So the service was not perform.

We had some locks that needed repaired. They was able to repair the locks and lubricated the rest. So far so good. They were available the next day to come to the house. I was expecting to have to wait a couple of days or a week.

I called them in the morning and Dennis came the same day. Courteous, knowledge, did a great job! And reasonably priced.

The experience was excellent. Service tech showed up on time, took apart my 4 locks, went out to his truck and re-keyed them so that they could all be opened with the same key - instead of having 4 different keys, came back in and re-installed the locks. Great service. Cost exactly what they quoted me over the phone. Took about 20 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Jonathan was excellent through this process. I had purchased the hardware i wanted. When he got there he installed everything, but he also save me money by telling me there were things i purchased that i didn't need. I also needed a lock fixed on a sliding glass door. The part i purchased for this didn't work, so Jonathan suggested a different alternative, found the part for me and it worked out excellently. If i ever had another issue where i needed work on locks, I would use them again.

An Electronic Lock the I did not have a key for stopped working. they came out the same day picked the lock and replaced and rekeyed the lock to match the Key for my house. Very knowledgeable and thorough.

Locked myself out of my bedroom. Whitley's Lock And Safe were able to fit me into their morning schedule. They told me they could get me in by 11:00, but actually called me around 10:00 to say they were on their way. Service provided was flexible, quick, friendly, and professional. The pricing was very fair. I definitely would recommend them and use again.

The service was superior. Very professional and prompt with work. No pressure for upsale but locksmith listened to my concerns and desires and the prepared several options. Work was performed timely and with the upmost professionalism. We will be back Whitney's.

He was extremely polite and helpful. We were in the process of moving into our house and the previous owner had not provided us with any keys. They entered through their garage and never used keys. The locksmith was able to re-key all the locks. While at the house he made various recommendations related to the proper locking of and fixing a slightly warped door that would not shut. I would highly recommend this company.

Johnathan was very professional and personable. He added 3" screws to improve home security. He also cleaned up the wood shavings from the door entrance.

Excellent quick service everything worked perfect when I got home and installed the door knobs.

Perfect. He also lubricated all the other lock cylinders in the house at no extra charge because "they looked like they needed lubricating."

The service call was assigned to Ron. He quickly "tuned up" and adjusted the hardware and locks already installed on the house and cut a couple of new keys. We had been considering the costly replacement of everything but were pleasantly surprised by the low cost repair. Hardware will be replaced soon but now we have time to consider and shop around for what we want. Ron was punctual, professional, and fast.

He was friendly and professional did the job quickly. He kept me well informed.
