They were great! They were here on time and they came before hand and gave me an estimate and gave me recommendations. When they came back to do the job they cleaned up after themselves and was on time again they were very good. They had the key service right there and I changed my mind about 2 or 3 times they changed it for me. They are courteous and professional and I would use them again.

Very professional and efficient. My husband said we should have called them years ago!

Locksmith came when scheduled and did the work promptly

I hired Whitley's based on their very positive reviews in Angie's list. Their personnel who answered the phone gave excellent advice. A technician was scheduled to do the work at my house. He arrived on time and completed the work for the price promised. I would definitely recommendation Whitley's to anyone.

I called and asked about having a new extra sturdy strike plate installed on my front door with 3 inch screws. No issues making the appointment for a few days later. The locksmith showed up on time with everything he needed. He installed a heavy duty strike plate, longer screws and cleaned everything up after he was done. He also replaced my back door 1 inch screws with 3 inch screws. Overall the experience was great. The only issue that really bugs me is that it costs $40 just to have them come out and take a look. That price is a bit steep. I understand why these companies charge the fee but it's almost ALWAYS too high. I think $20 would be much more reasonable especially if work is done. At least consider waiving the fee if the cost of the work is more than say $200.

Services not performed. Appt was made on the afternoon of 4/7/2017 via phone for the following Monday, 4/10/2017, with timeframe of 1:00 to 3:00. When no one showed, I called the office at 4:00 . I was told there was no appt/work order for my address. They offered to send someone at that time but since I had been waiting at home/took off of work for 3 hours I declined their offer.

All locks rekeyed. Made suggestions about possible additional needs. Made as many keys as I wanted right on sight.

Assistance was quick. Door was opened quickly upon arrival.

Once there we realized there were several interior doors that needed to have knobs replaced...our service tech happily helped us on the spot! Did a great job! He was patient and explained everything. Very professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing.

I took it to the store and Chase was able to pop open the handle that was stuck. He explained to me how the lock mechanism worked and showed me how to pop it open if it gets stuck again-no charge! he also answered me questions about other safes and showed me different models he had, explained the differences in models, options, and pricing and even gave me brochures to take home. Outstanding customer service and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend this place and Chase.

I locked myself out of the house today. Really dumb move on my part. But referenced Angie's list for a reputable locksmith. Contacted Whitley's based on all the great reviews. Was not disappointed. Called Whitley's and actually got a human answering the phone rather than voicemail. Huge kudos to Whitley's. ( I can't stress strongly enough to businesses how important this first step is.) Then within 30 min, the locksmith showed up at my house. He tried his hardest to pick the locks around the house but I am too good at installing hard to pick locks. Anyway, I asked him to just break the lock on the garage door. He kept trying to pick it for a while longer so as not to have to destroy the lock. But in the end - he had to drill out the lock. He had a replacement lock with him and installed the new on quickly and was on his way. Price was very reasonable. Ron, the service technician, was extraordinarily professional and efficient. This company now gets added to my "go to" list for a locksmith.

The issue was immediately assessed and fixed in record time. James explained everything to me throughout the process. He provided suggestions to keep all my deadbolts running for a long times as they typically only last 5 plus years depending on use. Whitley's Lock was extremely responsive and send some in less than 24 hours of my request-they are to be commended for this!

After calling to check in, Justin arrived to the house at our agreed upon time. He took his time making sure everything was just right, going over the project one more time before he left. Very knowledgeable and friendly!!! We are VERY happy with our service and would highly recommend Whitley's Lock & Safe!

The service was quick and professional. The guy listened when I walked him through what I wanted done, and was quick with the work. He also took some extra time to look at the lock plates as well, and make an adjustment. The service was very affordable. I would hire them again.

The technician Jason, arrived on time did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the areas where he worked. He made sure all the locks and keys worked perfectly. The company gives an unconditional warranty on all work and parts for thirty days. I am very happy with the quality of the work! I would definitely use in the future.

Everything was great from start to finish. I had an estimate scheduled within 2 days of placing a call to them. Dennis gave me a completely reasonable estimate and left to check on the availability of parts. Once parts were obtained, I had become unavailable. We scheduled a follow-up within a week, based upon my schedule. Dennis returned, successfully installed the locks without making a mess, and even helped me out with a door lock that was not catching properly without charging me. They also did not charge me for the second service call. I would happily recommend Whitley's Lock and Safe to anyone I know.
