Description of Work: Opened a safe for us.Service was good but there was not any type of discount.I expected at least a Senior Citizen discount. They came to our house twice, first day and second day I was still having a problem. Called and was told there would not be an additonal charge by the person that answered. The service person that came said there was an additonal service call since it was my fault I could not open the safe again.

Description of Work: rekeyed two entry doors. Very prompt service - within one day for a non-emergency service request. Provided an exact price quote for the service over the phone. Both they and I forgot about the Angies List discount when I paid the bill, however the manager did notice after the fact and called me the next day to apologize and adjust the debit card charge. Whitley's is local to me and I will definitely use there services again should the need arise.

Description of Work: I had previously order door locks, when I started to put them on I then realized that it was more work than expeted. That's when I found the vendor on Angies list, he took no time on installing plus had in the truck something that I have been looking for. Description of Work: Our service consisted of re-keying the 10 locks on a home we had purchased and repairing several that were not working well. The company contacted me the morning of service to confirm the appointment and identify the person coming to the home. They also kept me updated on the time of arrival. Our serviceman, Lee, was very professional, neat, polite and helpful. He informed me of any problems he saw with each lock and adjusted them to good working order. I was extremely happy with my experience with Whitley and will absolutely use them again.
