Description of Work: We needed to get our locks re-keyed on the house. Called them, they were out the next day as scheduled. The tech was great - knowledgable, presented well, and offered some suggestions that were not billable to help with the overall service. He was done in less than an hour, serviced the locks, cut a dozen keys and left it clean.

Description of Work: Needed re-key due to theft of purse with house keys on a Saturday. They responded in a timely way. However, charged 200 to rekey four doors. Later I learned that two of the doors had existing "smart key" locks that make it very simple to modify. Technician did not alert me to this and charged full fee. Price was exhorbitant for work performed.
