 + -1 moreI visited the shop prior to the service being done and was pleasantly surprised by the employees' responsiveness and helpfulness. When Philip arrived to do the actual job, he was kind and efficient. I changed my mind about wanting to replace (vs. rekey) the locks on 2 doors, and Philip was more than accommodating even though this required his return to the shop to pick up the extra locks. The work was done quickly and professionally. Philip even adjusted the current deadbolt so that it locked more easily.
Description of Work: Replaced locks and deadbolts on 2 doors and rekeyed a 3rd door so all would match.

 + -1 moreCALLED WHITLEY'S LOCKSMITH BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER LOCKED THE KEYS IN MY TRUCK. LOCKSMITH WAS THERE IN 45 MINUTES AND HAD MY TRUCK OPENED IN 10 SECONDS. I WAS ON THE ROAD IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES.
