Very well. The locksmith called and said that he could come earlier than planned, waited patiently for me to return home, and began work immediately. I already had the doorknobs, so the installer had to drill holes for the newer mechanisms in my 1964-era doors. He changed out eleven locks and installed three doorknob mechanisms in 2 hours.

We had a small window of time the service needed to be done and Whitney's assured us they would be there on time and get the job completed quickly. They did just as they said. They arrived on time had the job completed in less then an hour from the time of arrival. They locks work smoothly and they did it at a great price. Could not be happier, will use them again.

Cost was higher for after hours work but worth it.

We wanted to re-key 4 locks and so called Whitley. We had originally told them that we wanted the service done right after our door was installed on a particular day. When they contacted us before coming over, we still had the door installer at home. So we had them reschedule 2 times and they did it both times without any issues. They were very pleasant to deal with on the phone. We finally had them come in the next morning and rekey the locks. The locksmith Jeff arrived in time and even suggested a easier alternative to re-keying all 4 locks. He was very pleasant to deal with and extremely professional and did his work very quickly. Needed a lock removed from a storage unitl. I called left message. Called back in about 30 minutes. Set-up next day appt. Tech called me to say he was running a bit late. When he arrived he was able to open lock wo/cutting. Wasn't charged full price for a service call!

We needed many various styles of locks re-keyed to match, after a new house completed construction. The job took quite a while, but we have a lot of doors that needed re-keying, so that was definitely understandable. He was very polite and professional. Price was just what I was quoted on the phone.

Excellent!!! I've never had to do an Eviction before and going through the process is quite a mine field. By the time I got to this stage I was already really short on cash and needed some good luck on my side. I had keys to my property and thought I was good to go, much to my Suprise when you hear from the local Constable that's not the way it works. I was told you Have to have a locksmith there at 10am on 11/15 (in case the tenant has changed the locks) as the process is that the Constable takes the key (if it works) and goes through the house before you are allowed to enter. If your old key doesn't work and you have "failed to have a locksmith present" it's a $100 per hr - per Constable charge while you wait on a locksmith! When I called Whitley's less than 48 hrs before the scheduled date - I was praying they could help me and they DID! They were there Early for the appointment and waited patiently since the Constables were late, the old keys worked and once the Constables cleared the house and let us in, the gentleman (sorry don't remember his name) from Whitley's re-keyed the front door (bottom lock and separate dead bolt) and the door from the kitchen to the garage, he was quick, efficient, keyed all the locks to the same key for me and provided me with extra keys. I couldn't have asked for any better experience and cost and I am truly grateful to them. I will recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith!

It was very hot that day and he did not complain. He fixed the issues and did a great job.

We had our door refinished. When the refinisher put the lockset back on the door would only lock from the inside. If a key was used on the outside the lock just spun and spun without catching and locking. This was a double-sided deadbolt that uses a key from both sides. Whitley was able to send someone out that day and fix the lock. The technician fixed the problem very quickly and was on his way. This is actually the second time we used Whitley's. The first time we needed to rekey all our locks as we had had remodeling done and the remodelers had been given a key. As a precaution we had all our locks rekeyed. I called late in the day to have the locks reset. While I had to pay an evening fee, Whitley's still came out that evening and rekeyed the locks. The locksmith was professional and knew his work. We have them on our "Will Call" list if we should need a locksmith again.

Called Whitley due to rating on Angie's list. Since it was the day after Christmas, I did not expect a rapid response, but they were able to come to the house the same day as my call for service. The technician arrived exactly as promised. He worked on the locked door for about an hour, employing multiple techniques. He was ultimately successful and the door was opened without damage to the door or the lock.

I moved and wanted to change the locks on the doors. I called to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Joe was prompt and courteous. I was very satisfied with the results and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I called on Monday and got an appointment on Wednesday. Gene showed up exactly on time at 9 a.m. He went to work immediately removing the locks from the 3 doors (each had a deadbolt and a second key lock, so 6 in all). He asked how many keys I needed and he went out to his vehicle to get them made. The updated locks were in the doors within 45 minutes. He was courteous and pleasant. I would use this company again.

The whole situation was resolved within two hours of me looking them up on Angie's List!! I found them on here and called. Super friendly on the phone and I was told they would be out within 2 hours. About 1 hour later, they called and were on their way. The person they sent was incredibly polite, courteous, friendly and had the entire door fixed within 10 minutes. They charged me a lot less than I had expected too!! It was an awesome experience. I will be using them anytime I have an issue!

Serviceman called before to confirm time and arrived promptly. He performed the lock changes with dispatch and was very courteous and helpful during the entire process. Would definitely use this service again.

It was an EXCELLENT experience. I arrived at my workplace and noticed they had a van already in the parking lot, working in another office nearby. So I called their company and I said I had a job for them too (a locked file cabinet I needed opened) and asked them to PLEASE not have their guy leave before he came by and did my job, too. They got in touch with him, and while I was still putting a notice on his van to check with me before he left, in case he hadn't heard from his company yet, he was already upstairs trying to get in to do my job. SO excellent. Turned out he'd done a lock there the week before, of a much more complicated nature. He was able to fix the problem in record time, and ended up not even charging me. A+ experience, and so QUICK! Thank you...

Couldn't go the night with the front door with no way to secure it. I called about 5pm and Greg showed up promptly, was very professional, reassuring and talented. Thank you!!
