Description of Work: I had gotten into a wreck and have had insurance with USAA since the 1960's. They have been very helpful regarding assisting me with what I can do regarding the insurance with my car after the wreck. I especially appreciated the claim and payment information, they very helpful every step of the way.

Description of Work: I changed my insurance policy to Liberty Mutual due to a lower premium on one of my USAA policies. I have called 3 times for my policy premium refund and to date still have not received it . It has been over one month now to try and get this! I have one policy left with USAA and when I move that I will NEVER use them again!

Description of Work: I joined USAA under a parents Navy service which was fraught with problems. I called them and they had to manually complete the membership. After jumping through all those hoops they asked what I wanted to do. I said I wanted to purchase auto insurance. They asked if my parent had auto insurance from USAA, I said no and then was told I couldn't purchase auto insurance unless my parent passed theirs down to me. So why let children of parents who served join if you can't do anything after you do?

Description of Work: Replaced credit card after noticing suspicious activity. Caught it before activity went through. Been with them for nearly 50 years. If u have any ties at all to military to be eligible to join they can't be beat.
