Called USAA, couple minutes later a representative from a tow company called me and gave me a time limit when they would be here for my truck. They came on time and picked up my truck and treated my truck as if it was theirs. Driver even told me thanks for your service in the military. The cost was FREE (within the limits of USAA insurance of $50)

I've had USAA since 1978. Checking account, mortgage insurance and any other insurance I have, and insurance they have.

It was a very good experience. They were very proactive that everything was done on time.

We had to put a new roof on our house because of all the hail storms. They just finished up the whole thing about a week ago. It's not really a company; it's an insurance through the bank. It was paid for by the insurance. My husband had a couple of sheds that had to be fixed as well. The quality was excellent.

I lost my house in a fire years ago and they were fabulous! I want everyone to know. I would recommend them and use them, again.

They gave me the amount I am approved for and I go to the dealership and pick out the car I want. They are very professional. Once approved for the loan they can also help you find the car your looking for.

I've been with them a long time. They have consistently taken care of any of my automotive insurance needs. They have very low deductibles, and when you file a claim, they are punctual on responding. Whenever I have a claim to make, they don't really give you a hard time about things on any kind of claim, and they're relatively cheap.

I would give them A's all the way through.

I have been using USAA banking and car insurance for over ten years. They are terrific.

I've been with them for 29 years. They used to be great, now they're just another insurance company. They may not be very bad, but they are not better or more caring then other highly rated companies. I had minor damage to my front bumper caused by catching on the concrete wheel stop in a parking lot. I was willing to pay myself but after several calls to USAA speaking to different people they assured me I had accident forgiveness and it would not effect my rates. They suggested that I might as well report it as I hadn't had a claim in many years. WITHIN 48 HOURS I GOT A NOTICE THAT MY UMBRELLA INSURANCE WAS INCREASING DUE TO AN AUTO CLAIM. (that claim remains in force for 3 years. With compounding, it won't take many years for them to get the price of my claim back and then some) I called to ask if I could stop the claim and pay it myself and they said it would still be on my record. Additionally I can not get a better rate at another company because I have an accident on my record. As an aside I also have Medicare part F with USAA. MY wife has it with another well known company. when we started there was only a $10 or $15 dollar difference. with recent increases by both companies, I am now paying $76./month more, but being over seventy I can no longer afford to change companies. I still get decent service, but buyer beware they are a business not your friends. 29 years and well over $10,000/yr in total premiums, and I don't feel special. PS Don't try to talk to management on a weekend.

I have had usaa for years now, had a couple insurance claims, had my primary bank card through them, credit card, and numerous other accounts, they are always very helpful

Inspector was on time and courteous. Very thorough inspection and gave us a preliminary report before leaving.

Denials, denials, denials. I had to fight for the most ridiculous things and they still refused to pay some of the physical therapy costs.
