USAA is just really good. I have my property and car insurance with them and if they have extra money at the end of the year, you get a check back. I have been a member for eighteen years because of the position my dad had in the military. Every year I get a check back. You can get a pretty sizable chunk of change especially if you have numerous properties with them and cars like my dad does. They are really thankful to their customers and that's just really awesome. They consider you basically a share holder, so the profit sharing they do at the end of each year is just outstanding.

They have handled different claims for us and have always done a wonderful job. We have not found a better price anywhere. We like the fact that we have combined monthly billing for our home and auto. We also insure our boat through them.

I have good coverage on my home and my cars. USAA has always responded promptly to any claims I've filed. I have never had a problem with their coverage. I can trust that they will always be there if I need them.

USAA is kind of a privilege. It is an insurance company that primarily deals with giving back to people like me who have served in the military. They will not take just anyone. They are so good. They have rebates each year and profit sharing. It's a pretty comprehensive business that is based out of Texas. They absolutely take care of you and that is why I love them so much. I love their dividend distribution at the end of each year the most because I wind up with a check for a few hundred dollars and that is pretty nice.

I absolutely love my mortgage company. They are based in Texas and I must say they are wonderful. They are easy to work with and the people are great. They communicate well and things are always on time no matter what. I have no complaints at all and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a really outstanding mortgage company.

I had never filed a claim before and they were able to walk me through the entire process with ease. I think my monthly payment to them is good too. I have checked around and it was the cheapest I could get. I am not commenting on the price of my insurance policy. They also do auto, life and health insurance. The person that looked over my home for me was very nice and did show up on time. They also gave me a list of contractors that I could use if I wanted.

They are wonderful. The best thing about them is the fact that their website is very, very user friendly. I can even print out my insurance card for my car. Even when you talk to them on the phone, they are very useful and easy to get along with.

They cover life, home, and car insurance for me. They are great! Whenever I need coverage on something they have helped; they even saved me $150 a month when I refinanced! When I call them their staff is great.

We are very impressed by their customer service. There are never any problems and it s very easy to get what we need done and get out. They are always answering our questions even if we just call in. We pay them on a monthly basis.

USAA always gives great service. They don't have many local branches; there is one in Braintree, but they are extremely helpful over the phone and there is almost never a need to go into an office. I am very happy with their service and their prices. We haven't had many claims, but the few we have had were handled efficiently and promptly. Almost every year we get a refund on our insurance policies due to money left over. The magazine you get as a member is also informative.

I have been with USAA for several years and have been pleased with the auto insurance. Their prices are very competitive and although I check their rates against others every few years they are still the best.

USAA has a good reputation, so I assume the service will be good if I need to file a claim at some point. In the meantime, the cost of auto insurance with USAA for me was about $100 less per 6 months than with Geico. Geico beat every other insurance company by $100+ per 6 months. Also, USAA allows payments to be the same every month rather than 4 months on and 2 months off, which other insurance companies require to make sure they collect their premiums. USAA basically trusts you to be responsible and make your end-of-term payments.

They are one of the best nationwide companies we deal with. There have been a few situations where we had to file claims, and the check always arrives promptly for the repair work. They are very helpful in providing information and responding. Their representatives seem very well trained and literate. The value for the cost is excellent.

Although USAA did not have to process my claim for me, they were of great assistance when Farmers didn't want to pay the labor rate nor the labor time to properly fix my 300ZX. USAA provided information for the CA insurance commissioner and was very helpful.

SOMEONE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP OUT. THEY HAVE A WEBSITE WHERE YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF SOME THINGS. OTHERWISE PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED WITH A QUICK CALL. IT WAS VERY EASY TO CHANGE A VEHICLE ON THE POLICY. GREAT PRICES FOR GREAT SERVICE.
