My experiences have been great. They have extremly good service. They have competitive prices. There membership is limited and you have to qualify for their services. They operate differently from other services because they trust there members in essence. All of there sales people are on salary and so they are not trying to just get a sale. They are always helpful. I had a claim because someone keyed my car while I was in the grocery store. It was pretty deep scratches. They payed for half of the bill.

We can work with them only online. Recently my daughter also took her own insurance with them. They give consultation for any kind of problem related to any financial problem. I can?t think of anything that they can?t do.

I have been using USAA Insurance since I returned as a veteran from Vietnam in 1970. The major qualifications for being a member of USAA is that they have served in the service. They provide a large number of services and policies. They give back a large dividend back every year before Christmas. Having raised teenagers I had many opportunities to use their auto insurance policy. The claims response has always been wonderful. I can always get a human being on the phone when I call and all the of adjusters have been very nice to work with. They are extremely cost competitive with other insurance agencies. I have been very pleased with the service that they provide.

USAA is an armed forces affiliate. You need either a military dependant or be active military to receive their services. They are a full service financial services forum. They are one of the more stable institutes in the country. They have reduced rates on insurance and travel. They are great to work with.

The price listed is about what I spend per year. I haven't heard of any other insurance company that comes close to their service or their prices. I will continue with them.

Wonderful customer service!! In every way. They have helped me through a move, stolen wallet, and a first mortgage. They are very professional and I have NOT ONCE been unhappy with them. Yes they may be a bit more expensive upfront, but the customer service is worth it. In the end they help you save.

The home owners is a competive price. USAA has phenomenal service. We have not had any instant claims. The auto insurance cliams are tremendous. USAA offers flexibility in payments that is not available with other insurers. They are terrific!

We had a flood and all I did was pick up the phone and tell them what happened. I had no idea what to do in this situation and they said they could give me numbers or I could call somebody. So they made the arrangements for me. They took the claim right away and they gave me my check immediately.

I really like dealing with USAA in every aspect. After filing our auto claim, they were right on top of every aspect of the job. Once their adjuster did an estimate of the repairs, they immediately sent the auto body shop a check with no questions asked. Even when the auto shop needed more money, USAA sent them a check. Because I was injured in the accident, we utilize the PIP portion of the insurance and they review the bills per the statues in Florida and pay them accordingly. When you call and talk to them on the phone, they are always pleasant to talk to. Even though part of their job is to sell services, they are not pushy about anything. They just want to inform you of your choices. They are always willing to help you with any issues that might come up and always answer questions without making you feel like you're bothering them. We will continue to use USAA.

I did the entire transaction over the phone or with paperwork that was delivered to me. This was a very interesting way to do a mortgage. I really thought everything went smoothly. I liked that they documented everything so well, that when I called, it didn't matter who I spoke with on the phone. All of the comments and details were right there at hand. I have used USAA for my insurance for years, but this was the first time I had gone through them for mortgages. The first one went so well, I went back to them on a second home. I had another company recently trying to sell me on a refinance and they couldn't beat the deal that I already had with USAA.

The price can't be beat. Contractors who made claims refer to USAA as the gold standard of insurance agencies. Windshield repair cost nothing. Repair for fire damage and smoke damage started the day of the fire when the fire department left. We were put up in a nearby hotel while everything was restored. Every piece of fabric and leather was sent out to be ozonated and cleaned. All the big holes chopped out by the firemen were repaired. The fireplace, where the flu fire began the damage, was replaced. All walls in the house and garage were cleaned, primed and painted. We only paid our $1,000 deductible.

I think this company is quick and responsive. The rates are lower but, not just any one can get coverage with them. You have to be a service officer. I like that it is officers insuring officers.

I am very pleased with USAA's services. In the years I have been a member, there has been only one mix-up, and it was not major. I have a computer rider on my homeowner's insurance that covers damage to my personal computer. I made a claim this past summer when my laptop screen cracked this summer as a result of rough handling by a friend. USAA reimbursed me what the repair would have cost at the Apple Store ($750) minus a $100 deductible - so $650 total. I decided to apply this money toward the purchase of a new computer instead, which is permitted under the insurance policy. The claims process was straightforward and response time was quite prompt (there was a hurricane the same week I was making the claim, and I still got answers and needed paperwork usually within 24 hours).

Excellent service, excellent prices for the same thing available from other companies. Service is second to none.

You can't go wrong with your auto and homeowner's insurance through USAA. I have a lot of confidence in them. I know that whatever happens, I'm covered.

I called USAA to change the coverage on one of our cars. The car is 10 years old and we had been carrying collision insurance on it. I told the representative that we wanted to drop the collision and car rental insurance on that vehicle. The representative was very polite and helpful. He went through all of the coverage options that we had on both vehicles to make sure that we didn't want to change anything else. He also went through a list of questions to determine if there were any other discounts that we qualified for. He computed the new policy premium and told me when to expect the credit and new bill.

They are very professional. They have great suggestions on how I should take care of certain situations. I highly recommend. They have an annual rebate. They are open to anybody not just the former military.

I haven't had to file a claim with them in years, but with the few times I did, they have always responded swiftly and fairly. In one case when I was a teenager, a woman tried to take advantage of me in a parking lot, claiming I hit her. I believed that I saw her pull up from my blind spot as I was leaving a gas station pump, and I hit the breaks before I hit her. I didn't feel an impact, but she claimed all this damage. The insurance rep took my side (as opposed to just assuming it was me and upping my rates) and went out of his way to prove that the woman was lying. USAA agents are always super, super nice. I never feel like it's a chore to call them for any reason. They were very accommodating when I lived overseas, and super helpful in ensuring that we had coverage as we transition abroad and back home again. It doesn't even occur to me to look for another provider.

I pay them monthly. It has been going very well. There is no local branch but there is a service number you can call and they will always answer your questions for us. They are always about value for your service. I have been in an accident and they took care of it all completely. To get their services you have to be affiliated with the United State Military.

We pay them every year for our insurances. I like that they have higher interest rates on saving accounts. They do online banking. They are not the cheapest around for insurance but I think they are very competitive for all the things they offer. They have a wide range of services, have a good response, and great customer service.

I save $1000 on my auto insurance and I saved about $400 on my home insurance.

Jenna was quite exceptional. She had solid follow up and is very easy to talk to. That was very impressive. They have treated us very fairly so far. In a very frightening time, we felt protected and reassured.

I have had them for years and years. I have the replacement plan. U S A A took care of a big mess that I had for big leak. Cathy Rogers helped me get this problem taken care of and she is wonderful. They gave me today's cost for the repairs. She helped me with all of the forms and numbers. She worked with the floor company and had the money to me within three weeks and that is unheard of. They came through with everything they have ever promised me and did it with such professionalism.

We have had our auto insurance with USAA for over 18 years. Excellent claim service and handling. They area always helpful and friendly.

It was a relatively simple process with them. They did the whole mortgage process and closed within thirty days. There were no big fees and surprises at closing either. They also offer homeowners insurance policies with their company.
