To avail this service I need to be a veteran of any service. They send me a bill every month. They are reasonable, quick and fair. Their rates are good and competitive. They provide better rates for veterans whereas the children of the veterans do not get as good a rate as them. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

USAA is a wonderful insurance company for veterans.

I get more than one type of insurance from them and I get a discount for that. They provide insurance on a good rate.

I have used them for years because we are affiliated with the military. They have been very good and I have never had any problems with them. The times we have had claims they have been very responsive and their pricing is reasonable. I have been with them for 37 years.

I would recommend them. I am keeping them and my daughter will use them when she grows up. I think their claims service is fantastic and as a company they are awesome.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful she is and gracious she was toward me. She is worth more than she is paid. She is an asset to the company.

,A truck insured by USAA backed into my vehicle in a WALMART parking lot. USAA took 3 weeks to admit liability and lowballed the repair estimate. This has been an unbelievable experience. I urge all USAA members to be wary.

They are basically and internet service. It is all on e-mail. We are always late paying them because we don’t get the bill. We don’t know it till we get the bill. That is sort of aggravating. We need to get used to it . Our experience with them is good.

I have been referred through the military. They are good. They are very thorough. They usually give dividends at the end of the fiscal year if they have extra. So it comes back but in the same way they don’t over pay. If it is roof and painting that is involved, they are usually picky about what portion of the house actually needed to be painted. They only pay me for those portions. They are very careful. I do an auto pay with them.

We have been using them since 1966. They have always been very professional. Their pricing is excellent.

We contacted USAA by internet. The site was easy to navigate. We did have one conversation with a representative. We did have one small problem, they sent us an electronic check and the dealership was not sure if they could accept it. The dealership did speak with USAA and got it straightened out. It did delay the purchase of our vehicle a day or so. We are happy with USAA.

I give them straight A's for ratings. Whenever I need them they are quickly available, I have never had a problem with them and I try to recommend them to everybody I can that qualifies.

USAA Insurance is the top in every category. They have been the best that I've used.

They charge me $600 a year for my home insurance policy. Their customer service is really good and they are quick to respond to any claims or questions.

I had a situation where I pulled in my garage and scraped the side of my car on the snow blower. I called them up to look in to that. We had a discussion about that and I am probably going to fix it my self because it is not going to cost that much. I have been with them for over forty something years. I became a member of USAA when I was in the service in the 60's. They are extremely helpful and very competitive. As a matter of fact they are very very price competitive and have good service. If you are a former military member you should definitely look into USAA for your insurance needs. Their insurance group is for actively and honorably discharged service members. All my kids have it and several of my relatives that were in the service have it. I and them have always been happy. They are very responsive.

We have used their insurance since 1955. I am very happy with their services. They have been very good to me.

I haven’t had any issues with anything. The quality is excellent because I have had conversation with them like whether I have the right coverage or pay the right amount. They are easy to contact. The punctuality like if somebody is going to call you back then they are excellent. They have treated me well.

USAA has a reputation for being a great company (I use them for insurance, banking, and credit card with no issues), but for whatever reason they are horrible with mortgages. If you are thinking of a mortgage with them, check out the member reviews (sort by date, otherwise they put the good reviews at the top). As I write this, more than 30% of the published (USAA never published my polite review) reviews at usaa.com for USAA Home Mortgages gave them just 1 star. They declined my refinance, which I understand. However, it took them three months to do so! They denied it because they could not understand my complex tax return (I had a one-time net operating loss from a pass-through LLC I own shares of, which provides a tax credit, but they treated it as an unknown expense), even though standard Fannie Mae guidelines would have approved the loan. Then, they refused to refund the $350 good faith deposit (an "Executive Relations" rep later agreed to "split that cost", but only ended up giving me $150 back, not the $175 I assumed splitting $350 meant!). A good faith deposit is normally refunded if your application is denied (in some cases, only if the appraisal is not ordered). But USAA keeps the deposit, even if they deny the application (for any reason). Worse, the Executive Relations rep said that it was clearly marked as non-refundable: it is, but it also clearly states "The deposit will not be collected if you are not approved." So that means you cannot get the deposit back if you cancel the mortgage (deterring mortgage shoppers), but get it back if you are declined. So they were not entitled to take the money in the first place. There were more issues, but feel free to read the usaa.com reviews (sort by date!) if you need more.

They are fantastic. I don't ever talk with anybody, they just send me my stuff. Even if they are higher priced, I pay the price because they are just so easy to deal with. I have never priced anybody else because I have had them for as long as I have been driving.

We have been with them for fifty years. They are just remarkable. They handle things professionally and immediately.

I was in the military and that is how I started using them. I liked everything about them. Their responsiveness is excellent. Their customer service is outstanding. They just rock. I have used them in the past for mortgages as well.

I have this USAA since1962, over 50 years. They use to be a military provider. I think they have expanded, but you still need to have a military association. USAA is as reliable as any one you can get. There are other companies that have lower rates, but you can't compare the reliability of USAA's service. They are better than anybody else, that's why I use them.
