They are really fantastic. I had an accident in December 2008. My premiums not only go up but they actually ended up going down the following year. Although other insurance companies may cost less at the outset, the service that USAA extends to its members is just unsurpassed. They are absolutely there when we need them. They will do the best deal for me that they possibly can. With the other companies that cost less, in the long run, we end up paying more for other things like car repairs and things like that.

They used to dealing with a lots of issues that people in the military have, like moving temporarily, not using a car for deployment and things like that. They are easy to get hold of. They have other services as well like banking and home owners insurance. They are very knowledgeable. I've never had any issues with them. They are always prompt. We've moved a lot and they're always right on it with getting our car, they can do everything electronically. They give you the option whether you want it electronically or on paper. Their rates are competitive.

They are a very good company. They cater to military. I was a naval officer. They have been excellent responding to everything. They never refused anything. They have been great. Their price is very good.

Went great...called them, they sent adjuster immediately, cut a check minus depreciation as soon as paperwork submitted. They allowed for subsequent submission as we found omitted items. A pleasure to work with under less than pleasant conditions.

I trust them very much. Basically they were formed to serve the military, armed forces. They are a service organization other than a profit making venture. Each year we get a dividend or money back for our auto venture. I don't think we would get that with any other auto insurance I know. They have branch offices because it's for the armed services. They make it easy for people who are deployed in various areas to conveniently do business. Their prices are reasonable. I can't imagine going to any other place for insurance.

What I enjoy about them is the fact that it is almost like your one stop shop for everything, from your banking, to financial advisement, to loans, home owner insurance, mortgage and car loans. If you are moving, you can look up agents, or look up homes that are for sale. I can get everything done through them.

They are excellent. They are adequately priced. They are very professional. They follow up. I recently had a claim, they were very professional about it, and gave me advice. I am more than happy with them.

I like the price and the service. I would absolutely use them again. My family's been using them since probably about 1942.

They are great. Their coverage is great and their customer service is impeccable. Their website is very robust and easy to navigate. I will never change from USAA for any price for any other car insurance ever.

Of all the insurance companies I have delt with regarding these home owners claims, USAA provides the very best overall experience for their insureds. They are responsive and accessible. USAA is quick to assess damage and provide payment to their insured. If there would be any oversight by the adjuster, the oversight is quickly corrected and payment made to the insured. If you qualify for USAA's homeowners insurance program, do not look any further than USAA

USAA has never let me down. Their customer service is by far the best of any company I have ever dealt with. Their prices are uniformly fair (I have comparison shopped on price a few times over the years, and their price was always better than any other quote I received). I think one of the reasons USAA provides better insurance and service at a lower price is that they spend NO money on advertising, and NO money on agent commissions. They are focused on only one thing, and that is providing excellent service and value to their members. Please note that USAA insurance is available ONLY to USAA members. You cannot become a member unless you meet one of the following criteria: - active or reserve member of the military - veteran (prior military) - spouse or widow of a military member or veteran - dependent or former dependent of a military member or veteran In short: if you CAN use USAA for insurance, you should.

We started using USAA with auto insurance and then we started using them for home insurance. I have 6 children and 5 of my adult grandchildren use USAA for insurance and banking. I am satisfied with the price because they don't bicker with you, they pay. We have a house in Colorado and we used to live there 4-5 months a year. We used to have a car and it used to sit under a deck and we get there and it looks like it has been chewed by a bear. My husband always made me do the calling and a bear had been trying to pull out the hood because there were rabbits hiding in it, another time we had a deer run in front of us. We have had all these peculiar things and USAA take it like a man. They are okay. I would not change them because I have so much security knowing that I am in a place where they take care of you and they are always polite and warm and they are such lovely people. I have so much confidence in USAA. I would not decide to go for Geico because they advertise with the cute little Geico. I am never changing my insurance.

I do everything online with USAA. I haven't had any accidents so didn't need them to come out. They're the best, you'll never find anybody better. People who have been with them, they have been with them for a long, long time, they're that good but you can't be a member unless you have been with the military. When it comes to anything I ever need, they'll give me anything I want. They have great customer service. Everything I ever needed, they've been there.

They are always there. They are extremely helpful, if something has been missed and it's their fault, they retroactively will change things and they are extremely responsive.

They are very punctual and efficient. The assessment visit took 45 minutes and by the time the claim adjuster was finished, he was ready to quote me what the insurance company would pay. They deposited the amount in my account by the end of the day. However, they have a restricted access because you have to have a qualified military member in your family to be a part of that insurance company.

They have excellent claim response. You get what you pay for and it's not cheap.

USAA is for military people. They are great. You have to be military to get in or if you are a child of a military member. A grown child of a military member may also get it. When I took a loan to USAA that Wells Fargo had turned down there was no $200 fee, no hassles, and they didn't need my car title. They waived so many fees and saved me so much money. They had a lower interest rate and everything. They beat Wells Fargo hands down. Everything about them has been very good. They are easy to work with, they have a lot to offer, lots of deals, and they just save military people money. We wished we had started using them 30 years ago.

They are first class and we have never had an issue with them. My wife has been a member for a very long time and we can deal with them online or over the phone. Her family was in the military and she has had the link with them. The experience in dealing with them has always been excellent. They are efficient; we only have had one minor incident with our car and they dealt with it promptly. We have used them extensively and when we have checked on pricing their quote has always been the lowest.

They normally do telephone and contract with local adjusters if necessary and they always provided very good service and very good rates. I actually had their insurance since around 1972 or 1973. I had an incident 25 or 30 years ago in Michigan where the storm damaged my house and the adjuster they had assigned was not returning my phone calls and I called USAA and they fired the adjuster and gave me a new one in 30 minutes. They provide pretty good service.

They did not provide me with anybody that would take care of my house. Doctor Woods stole from me. They stole my laptop and a pair of sapphire diamond earrings. They also broke things and bent silver and did a terrible thing. I hope no other service member takes USAA Insurance. They are liars and thieves. Doctor Woods is not allowed in St. John's County anymore because of them. They're the worst people in the world.

I like that I can get them on the phone, they are responsive and they get back to me. I usually don’t see a real person, but they follow up very well by telephone or email. They were also good when I had to submit a claim.

They are responsive. They are very easy to deal with regarding claims or anything like that. They are very friendly, and I think they have a very fair price. There is nothing I do not like about them. They cover everything.

They provide really good service. You can call them 2/47. They have really good people there and got very high rating. However, they are only for ex-military people and their family.
