I have checking with them. Also Credit card, loan and auto insurance. I saved bundles on my car insurance.

Have been a member since 1973, and have their insurance on home and auto. I also have their credit cards, which carry very low APR. They are always professional, always on top of things, always responsive. They have my unswerving loyalty.

It went super easy. I called them, told them a semi truck tire hit my front bumper and they set up everything for me. They paid the body shop directly and all I had to do was pay my dedutible.

We have been USAA customers for around 20 years. Their product and customer service are the best.

We has an unfortunate car crash and contacted our insurance provider, USAA. They were immediately responsive, handled our rental car details, scheduled an inspection at a local body shop and arranged to have the work performed. We received an e-mail confirmation of everything they arranged and the follow-up was excellent.

We have priced other insurance companies for car insurance and they always have beat the other prices. We had one accident about 8 years ago and they were very prompt in getting back to us on the phone and sent money due to us promptly as well. Inspectors were very courteous.

USAA is quick to respond with any issue. They provide excellent customer service and low auto rates. I do all of my business with them including mortgage and life insurance.

They monitor my credit card and look out for me. Over the years we have had more than our share of auto claims. Never a problem. I deal with a lot of life insurance companies at work. USAA is the best.

We have had USAA as our auto insurance provider since 1998. When we had changes to make, they were always helpful and friendly on the phone. When we had claims, the process went smoothly. They provided free windshield repairs in an area known for frequent window hazards. When we needed towing, they were prompt. When we needed collision repairs, they were professional and the claim was processed to our satisfaction with one of the best repair shops in town restoring our car to perfection. When a collision was alleged to be our fault, they negotiated with the other parties on our behalf, keeping us informed all through the process and avoiding a claim over our limit. Their rates have been unbeatable; most other insurers freely admit that they can't beat our rates once they hear we are using USAA without even needing the details! Since they are member-owned, whenever the claims have been below receipts by a certain margin, we have seen a credit to our Subscriber's Savings Account. As a measure of the company's financial strength, our account balance attests to their reliability (it is now over $700). if we ever have no property insured through them, these funds will be remitted to us As a credit union, they have been an asset. We pay nothing for checking. In fact, we get a rebate on our ATM fees and on POS transactions, a benefit I have never heard other companies offer. We have been using their free online bill paying since well before other banks offered this service. At one point, they even gave us a free copy of Quicken, though I don't think they do that now that their own accounting system online allows you to categorize your expenses within their software. They have free banking from home where you can make deposits. If you need to regularly or occasionally make deposits to banking accounts outside USAA, they will let you set that up so you won't have to pay a fee for that either---a wonderful feature when your family needs emergency assistance, no Western Union required! The one time we consulted them about financial planning and potentially investing, their consultant honestly told us the best plan of action was to forego their services until we had paid down our higher interests debts. Their consultants receive no remuneration from any of the companies whose financial products they might recommend, assuring their clients of absolutely no conflict of interest.

The agent was polite, prompt and had my policy updated within 5 minutes.

What has happened to USAA? I've been with USAA for more than 30 years. I use just about every financial service USAA offers. However, I am increasing frustrated by their poor customer service. As USAA expands their membership and services, they are increasing detached from their customers. They are no different than any of the other big financial institutions they apparently seek to emulate. For example: I recently purchased a home and decided to move all of my insurance to another company which offered better rates and service. After navigating USAA's frustrating automated menu and finally being connected to an employee, I explained my desire to cancel my insurance. The employee immediatedly demanded to know the name of the competing company and the exact difference in cost (which I did not provide). I was put on hold and after several minutes of bad music, hung up. I am now writing a letter to accomplish a request they could have easily accomodated over the phone. I guess this is progress...stick to the website. USAA has substituted automated telephone menus and website drop-down menus for customer service. Every call I've made for a quote or other service which cannot be accomplished online, requires a lengthy wait to speak to someone and then an additional wait while that person reads my file to educate themselves on the history of my request. I've never dealt with the same person twice for the same service...just like the big banks. There is apparently no benefit to being a long-standing member of the company. Despite an excellent credit rating and 30 years membership, I received no better service or rate for a home loan. I got the home loan from another bank at a significantly better rate. Loyalty with USAA is clearly a one-way street. I am now systematically moving the remainder of my accounts to another bank and insurance company. After 30 years with this company, I don't recognize it anymore. Newer or younger members will not know the difference though, they are used to indifferent and impersonal institutions. They'll be right at home at USAA. USAA is clearly indifferent to my business, so I am taking my business elsewhere.

USAA has been my automobile insurance provider since I entered military service in 1961 (over 52 years) and will continue to be as long as I drive. They insured me anywhere in the world that I was assigned and they were always quickly and courteously responsive to my needs. The only reason that they do not insure my home is that I also have property that is vacant and USAA does not insure vacant homes. I use a company that will insure both occupied and vacant properties. By virtue of my eligibility, my children are also eligible for USAA membership even though they did not have military service. Most of them are members and feel as I do about the company. I have not used USAA's financial services except that I have long carried their credit card as my primary card. In summary, I like this company and gladly recommend them to anyone who is eligible for their services.

Work had not started due to our travel plans, will start on Oct 14 with one company removing all furniture and baseboards and trim, then the floor company will sand and prep for stain and finish coat.

I have had USAA insurance for 55 years -- auto -- home -- health and importantly banking and investments. Always couteous, professional and prompt.

The first phone to get a quote took several transfers and 1 hour of my time. Very frustrating experience. When I called the second time to update the quote, there was no record of me and again another hour and several transfers to different departments. Finally when I got someone who knew what they were doing, the price was lower than my current company by $300 and I had to buy it, even tho at this point I was questioning just how easy it would be to submit a claim. Overall I have to give them a C.

Checking and savings account are the best for the money that I have found. With the accounts they offer financial analysis by certified analysts. This analysis was done in detail and the bank had the services to back up the recommendations, I am happy with the results.

They are wonderful. They are just always available and are always involved in whatever we need. My husband has it automatically paid.

I have had USAA Auto insurance since I got my first car, and have always found it to be a great value and the service is excellent. My rates are very reasonable, and they have handled past claims quickly and without hassle. I am now starting to use their financial services and I am very happy so far as well. A++

They broadened their bases as far as who they allowed now. They allow who is in the military or their descendants to go ahead and utilize their products such as insurances and banking and my dad was in the military. I have had no problems with them. There are people who have and I have heard some stories but that have never been my experience. My experience about their auto insurance and banking sides of the house has been very positive. I would have my household insurance policy but they won't insure in Florida anymore because of the hurricanes.

They are wonderful. I have never had any problem with them. Their banking fee is very low. They are friendly and courteous. They take their time and make sure that we understand things when we call; they really explain to us what we calling about.

Quick, accurate, congenial and professional.

We met with two representatives from Sader Power at a local McDonalds. I thought that this was suspicious, but pushed my suspicions aside. I was not given any paperwork at all at this meeting even though I signed different things. I was told one thing at the meeting and another thing the next day on the phone. I was not told that the net meter that I was told I would have to have put in by Entergy was going to cost me $100. After doing research and reading negative reviews on both on angieslist.com and bbb.org I decided to call and cancel my contract with Sader Power. The sales person tried to talk me out of canceling. I called her back the following day and told her that I definitely wanted to cancel. She said that she would cancel the contract, but I am still receiving paperwork from them as if I did not cancel the contract. I sent a certified letter stating that I wanted my contract canceled and that I expected to have written notification sent to me stating that the contract was in fact canceled. I have not heard anything back from them yet.

Handled all the changes needed to remove old car and add new one to policy with minimal effort.
