Had been traveling for two months and placed two vehicles at my home in the garage in "storage" status. Upon my return, re-instated vehicles to normal use. Accomplished this on line within five minutes and received a confirmation within a few hours. This is a top notch company providing super service.

The roadside service that USAA provides is very good, we have used them on 3 times, twice for flat times and the other for the car needing to be towed because it need to be repaired. This service people that have come to help have always been professional and very nice. The USAA represented that we have talked to over the people always ask to make sure that you are in a safe place and that your car is out of the way of traffic.

Can't believe how efficient this outfit is with their on-line tools and representatives. They get better every year. They have been my insurance company for as long as I can remember (after serving on active duty). You never have a problem contacting them by phone. They have handled several claims and always with good results. Their premiums are very reasonable compared to other companies. They were recently rated number 1 by Consumer Reports.

They are great. They are so helpful. They give you free roadside assistance! They are so nice and helpful. No computers when you call, you always get to talk to a normal person. You are never on hold very long. They have accident forgiveness!!!

Took care of all the little details. At the car rental, all I had to do was pick up and drop off. No paperwork really or the hassle of trying to come up with money to prepay, etc. Same with Service King. I paid my deductible and everything else was taken care of between USAA and Service King. It's nice to know that when something unfortunate happens, and the last thing you want to have to worry about is trying to find money for repairs or figure how to get to work, your insurance company is truly working for you. Thank you USAA!

On 1 Aug I was involved in an accident. From the first contact through the entire process, the representative was polite and professional. They assigned an insurance professional to my claim immediately, and he worked extremely quickly to have the damaged assessed and the auto moved to a 'holding area' that kept it until I was able to claim it about a week later. All paperwork was handled on line, and the times when I had specific questions, I was able to call him and either he or another representative was able to access my file and provide immediate answers for me. I HIGHLY recommend USAA to anyone!

I have used USAA insurance for 30 years. They are always prompt and professional. I ran out of gas (for the first time in my life) in the middle of Illinois country-side. They provided a tow service that brought me the gas I needed to make it to the next small town. I did not know my exact location. They used GPS to identify where I was and sent a service to my rescue.

USAA has been my insurance provider since 1985. the ability to immediately update my auto insurance policy was trememdous. I used their car buying service to assist in finding the car with the options I wanted. this info then transferred over to the bank so I was able to finance my car. Once I purchased the car this info was then passed over to the auto insurance which was then updated. I was able to complete all of these actions within 24 hours.

The paperwork was straight forward and accepted by the Chevy dealer.

We have been members of USAA for over 20 years and they have truly taken care of my family. We have them for home and auto insurance and anytime we have needed them they are very easy to deal with, get back to us in a timely matter. I like that fact that they will continue to cover my daughter even though she is not military since my husband was. Now they are covering my son who is activity duty. We also have our credit card through them-again same great service. Wonderful company!!!!

We use USAA for all our insurance and banking needs. They are FANTASTIC! Only once did I have any troubles and they fixed it right away and even called me to tell me what they did and how they fixed it. I have even been in an accident while with them. (I was rear-ended) They handled everything. They scheduled the rental car, the repair shop, and even did all the coordination with the other person's insurance. They were very polite and professional at all times. I can't say enough good things about USAA.

Due to my husband's job, we move around a lot. USAA has been there for us through all of our moves. Every time we call them with questions regarding our auto insurance, storage of our vehicles, rates, etc., they are always extremely helpful and provide us with the best coverage for our needs and our budget. When our daughter turned 15, they sent us a packet containing information for new drivers. The packet included helpful information for us as parents and also for our daughter, state guidelines, options, and anssers to frequently asked questions. We highly recommend USAA for your auto insurance needs.

I have been very happy for the past 33 years with USAA. Be it a claim or a road side assistance issue, they always answer the phone. Their representatives are always helpful and pleasant. They look for ways to save you money and offer options to your insurance needs.

I have always received reasonable rates (usually the best I can find) from USAA and most importantly they have always given me excellent service. In fact when my son was in the major accident with severe head injuries, a broken hip, broken rids, and a fractured neck they worked with us keeping us informed and working with our medical insurance and negotiating with the hospitals and rehabilitation facilities regarding the cost of services so that after insurance payments we only had out of pocket expenses of about $3,000 over the 2 years of medical treatments. USAA personnel were the best and I can not think of enough praise to show you how great they were.

In speaking with one of USAA's competent, well-trained reps on the phone about our policy renewal, we were able to identify a few areas in which we could save some money on our policy renewal. They've been our insurer for many years and we have always been happy with them.

USAA is our choice for auto insurance. After many years with GEICO, I made a phone call to USAA after hearing many good things about the company. They beat all competitors rates for our auto insurance. Their online services make it very convenient to make necessary changes to our policy.
