USAA is always prompt, professional, and courteous. They provide our banking, insurance, and mortgage services.

The technician arrived within 10 minutes of my call, got the car started using a small pack which attached directly to the battery terminal box in the engine compartmnet (no need to move the car or walk around long jumper cables). I had recently purchased a trickle charger for my car and did not know how to use it; the technician showed me how to set it up and attach the cables. The technician was highly professional and courteous throughout the service. The roadside assistance is part of my auto insurance policy. The policy itself is less expensive than comparable policies for which I received quotes and the service is incredible. I had need of repair work to my car, a late model Mercedes SLK 300, late last year. I was able to choose my own repair shop and received a check in the mail from USAA for the cost of the repairs (less my deductible) within just a couple of days.

I was recently in a fender bender when a car backed into me and crushed my bumper. USAA is the carrier for my auto insurance. They coordinated everything for me, including finding a repair shop and getting me a rental car. The payment for the damage was handled directly from USAA to the repair shop, as well as the car rental. It was as hassle free as it could be.

USAA representatives are very helpful and provide great customer service. We moved to a larger city so I wanted to be sure and add extra coverage on my auto insurance. The representative was helpful in suggesting what kind of coverage to add. I love knowing that if anything happened to my family and I while on the road, USAA will be there to help.

I worked through my agent in San Antonio and he did all the coordination. SafeLite Auto Glass came out and replaced it in my driveway. Very professional job!

I was able to take my vehicle for repairs directly to a honda dealer to ensure my repairs were done with original honda parts. I also purchased a new vehicle and I added to my USAA account and it was a very smootha and quickly process.

I noticed I had a flat tire at a gas station. Filled it with air and drive the 2 miles to home. Called USAA auto insurance and they sent a guy out to my home within a half hour. He changed the tire quickly and professionally. USAA provided inexpensive road service at a time I needed it badly. Great auto insurance company.

Best price and service in the auto insurance industry, but USAA is limited to military families or dependents of military members. They provide top quality service related to all insurance needs.

All it took was a simple phone call when a rock hit my windshield, and USAA set me up with a technician to come out and fix my windshield at no cost and no increase in premiums.

USAA is a trusted bank that has great auto insurance. I have had 3 different claims with these folks and all of them went really smoothly and didn't take forever. I also use this group for renters insurance which is very affordable. If you can get USAA then I highly recommend it.

USAA immediately took care of my medical bills up to my coverage limit (which I select). They never nag me to get the money back while I'm waiting for settlement from the liable party. They have really helped me out over the years.

USAA is just a class act. I am very grateful to my WWII naval officer dad, who got me into USAA in the first place. I really don't worry about our home or cars, knowing they are insured by USAA. Fortunately, we all have good driving records and -- knock on wood! -- no accidents. The "cost of service" is what we pay monthly for insurance on a 2000 Camry, a 1994 Jeep, and a 1991 Mercedes sedan. I have no idea what other insurance companies would charge us, and I don't care. We are happy with the service and protection USAA provides.

They are the best! They always take the time to make sure we are completely satisfied! They will even take the time to wish you a happy upcoming birthday or anniversary... Who does that anymore! Usaa that's who! That's why we have stayed with them for better than ten years and we are not going anywhere anytime!

Hey, what you can about USAA. Only good things. 20 years customer and have been pleased with the service, rates, and professionalism throughout the years. I've had one claim normal claim and it was handled quickly and I was happy. Last year had a small glass claim which I was very impressed. I was out of town and the wife had a break in of the car just prior to a road trip to meet up with me. USAA got them in immediately to a glass shop and the repair was completed and she was on the road. Nothing but good things to say about USAA. All this plus excellent pricing.
