Customer service with USAA has always been outstanding. Their website, online bill-pay and mobile apps are great and continue to improve. After dealing with claims departments from USAA and various other companies, I would never switch from USAA.

I have had USAA car insurance since I earned my driver's license. Anyone that is eligible (military family) and doesn't use USAA is missing out. My rates are fantastic. They are very friendly and helpful when you call with any questions. A family member who was in a little fender bender last yeardidn't receive a drastic increase in rates and was dreading the new policy. I also have my homeowner's insurance through them, but that's for another survey.

USAA is professional, efficient, reasonable in cost, and generally provides more info and/or help than is requested. They frequently address issues you may not have thought of. They are very friendly and truly seem to care about each policyholder. We not only have home insurance with them, but auto insurance as well. I would not use any other company.

USAA asked questions about my health needs. Told me what their plan covered. I have been using them for over 2 years and they have always taken care of my medical needs, communicated with my doctors and kept me from having any medical insurance worries. They even checked my drug needs and suggested which Part D plan would be the best for me. Billing is convenient and summary reports are timely. They are always available and they take time to listen and understand your needs and questions.

I have always been pleased with the responsiveness and the cost of USAA insurance products. They are easy to deal with no matter what state you live in or where an issue occurs. Also, they have underwriters in every state and cover you if you move overseas.

I have used USAA for about 25 years, and have had two auto insurance claims. They have always been incredibly professional, easy to work with, quick to respond, and quick to pay. You can submit the claim online, and handle everything with ease. I am aware that there may be less expensive companies, but will never change because of the quality of the claims process.

I have been a USAA customer since 2009. Their price is very competitive and the customer service is unmatched in the industry. I plan to stay a USAA customer indefinitely.

Called several times to set up, and correct a number of mistakes I made. Talked to a live, knowledgable , person each time, no music.

Sold an old bike (had to cancel insurance) bought a new one (needed to add insurance). USAA made the transaction quite seamless and the cost was very competitive. Had my documents electronically, instantly and took it out for a 200 mile ride day one!

Despite the overwhelming amount of calls with the recent floods in northern Colorado, they were there to take my claim, send an adjuster out, and determine the amount of the payout. They are always prompt, efficient, and above all professional. Furthermore, the value of their services is incomparable. I love being able to watch all the other insurance ads on TV without wondering whether or not the other companies offer better deal than my USAA ? they just don't.

The only time we needed them was in Dec 2011 for an auto accident and they were quick, professional, worked directly with the shop for payments, and handled everything. they were excellent

USAA is an excellent company to have for auto insurance. The prices are fair and the service is good. If you are eligible to become a member of USAA, it is wort taking advantage of.

USAA is in a class of it's own when it comes to auto insurance! They are always professional, reasonable and responsive. There coverages are priced below their competitors and the claims process is handled with due diligence. I've been with USAA for 9 years and don't plan on switching as long as the service remains the same!

USAA rep refused to pay fair value or to cover the camper shell attached to teh truck. They averaged the wholesale pricesof 2 double cab Tacomas, 3 cab-and-a-half Tacomas, and one single cab Tacoma to arrive at an utterly deceipful valuation of the loss. I spoke the the rep numerous times about it and I spoke to his supervisor who was much worse. I turned the case over to an independent appraisal company and after 18-months o nonsense got a check that actaully more than covered my loss. USAA tried to low ball me by ab out $3500. A year and a half of waiting, condescending calls from the rep and the supervisor, and finally turning it over to a professional to negotiate the issue and I finally got paid. Had I been in poor financial shape, I would have had to take their louysey offer. USAA never tries to pay fair price. They always go low ball and force a lengthy negotiation and probably succeed this way. Not an honest way of dealing with customers.

It could not have gone better. Their representative was polite, knowledgable, and efficient. They made the necessary changes and faxed me the paperwork I needed.

Outstanding. I have had USAA Auto Insurance for nearly 35 years. They are the most competitive in price are very fair in claims. One time our salesman at the dealership told us he wished he could use them too when he saw what they give on a claim. I have always been treated with respect when I call and they take care of just about everything if you need them. I would recommend them to everyone and never use anyone else.

They handle all insurance needs for me and my adult children: auto, home owners, personal property, and umbrella coverage. Their rates are the best, the interactions with the company representatives are professional and helpful, and their service can't be beat. The only downside is that to join USAA you have to have been in the US military.

USAA staff is always polite and professional. They take the time to answer all your questions and have your info on file. You can also pull up any of your documents on their website which comes in handy.

USAA rep provided outstanding, and timely service. We've been insured with USAA for 15 years now they are awesome.
