Never had a complaint in all these years

I use USAA for everything, but I?m going to limit this review to their auto services. Once again, USAA is the best service I work with and they maintain that reputation while based out of TX. Last month was a one-stop shop when it came to purchasing a new vehicle. I used their new car finder which let me build, price, and located certified USAA dealers (which came close to USAA?s price certificates). Next, I simply followed the steps and obtained an approved auto loan in 5 minutes. I entered some info about the car and how much I wanted to borrow and they sent me an electronic check for the dealer to complete. Finally, I followed the next link and received a free insurance quote for my new vehicle. The best part ? USAA is going to drop the loan interest rate by (up to) .50 because I went through their car buying service. I don?t have the car yet because the dealer had to order it, by the loan certificate/dealer check?s shelf life should still be good to go by the time I go to pick it up and sign. All of this sounds great, but true members know that their customer service it was really separates them from the crowd. I had a customer service rep walk me though every area of the car buying service just to ensure I understood everything. Very impressive.

The custumer service at USAA is the best that I have received from any auto insurance company.

The company is great. Their rates are far lower than any insurance company I have ever had or even gotten a quote from. I had a wreck in Feb 2013 an my car was totaled. USAA promptly handled the situation, towed my car, and had me in a rental in less than 12 hours and it was on the WEEKEND! Also, they prossessed my claim quickly and was very easy to get in touch with every step of the way.

USAA was able to provide fast and reliable service for our auto accident. There were literally zero issues with the accident, and there were no hassles or rise in my coverage costs. Great Service!!

USAA is great, I had pretty good insurance when my family insisted I call USAA. I now have better home and car insurance coverage and I am spending less than before. Customer service cannot be beaten. They will stay on the phone and provide info on what if scenarios (what if my son were to get this kind of car). I have had a couple of claims and they went very smoothly. I was not in the service but my dad was. If you qualify for USAA, get a quote. They are great.

I've been with them for over 40 years and, happily, have not had many claims. But in the cases where a claim had to be filed, they have always been responsive and efficient in settling claims in a fair and reasonable manner.

I have been with USAA for many years. They are extremely responsive and do not challenge legitimate claims. Recently, I thought I might be paying too much for insurance, so I checked with Geico. Both of the cars I was adding to my policy were actually cheaper under USAA (one was almost $600 a year cheaper!). I would definitely recommend USAA.

Was returning home from a trip pulling my 25' Travel Trailer. I entered a service station for gas and a pick up truck exiting stopped unexpectedly and my travel trailer creased the back bumper from behind the wheel well to the rear of the trailer, damaging the wheel well and fiberglass siding. It was my fault and USAA could not have been better, helping me to find a repair facility locally that quickly repaired the travel trailer before our next trip.

Ive used USAA many years and continue to be amazed at how courteous and how prompt they respond no matter how simple the issue. I notifed them of move to make sure there was no increase in insurance price or coverage necessary. Same call I added rentors insurance since I am in transition between selling a home and buying another one. One week later I had updated records for auto insurance and renters insurance.

I'm driving less now that I'm retired so I wanted an adjustment based on lower mileage. Such an easy transaction. Whenever I gat offers to quote on car insurance the caller loses interest when he finds out I'm with usaa.

USAA is the best never had any problems with them They are right there when you need them any time of the day or night.,

I switched my auto and renters insurance to USAA over the phone and the whole thing could not have gone any smoother. They answered all my questions and they even pointed out options that would even save money. I am not a member of the military but my father is a veteran and that is how I was able to become a member myself. Now my husband and any future children I have can also become members. The price of my policy was really good, but I would have even payed a little more for the fantastic customer service I received. Every time I call them they answer all my questions and take care of everything quickly and smoothly. They sent my new auto insurance card on an email to my phone right away and they even have a great app for my phone. Awesome service and I am glad I made the switch.

They are amazing. Best insurance company I've ever dealt with. Customer service, prices, claims, advice. They are awesome.

USAA has never disappointed us. We have had our auto insurance with them for years. On the very rare occassions that we have had to contact them, they have gone above and beyond. . Years ago when we were going to be stationed overseas, USAA was the only insurance company that would insure us--they really do look after the military.

We remain USAA customers due to the outstanding and dependable service we have receive throughout the years. One of my recent transactions was after I bought a new 7' trailer. I called the service representative to see if I need to add it to my policy or not. She informed me that our current insurance would cover the trailer but if we wanted to insure it for theft it would cost 5 dollars a year. For the piece of mind, I could not pass that deal up. This is just one example of why we highly recommend USAA for our insurance needs.

We like USAA for our insurance for both price and service. The most recent was having a crack in the window fixed after a rock chipped it. Note, you must be military or a veteran to use them.

We have used USAA for 20 years. They have always been a great company to have your banking and insurance with. No one can beat their rates and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who can join.

USAA is simply the best. Easy to do business with, cost effective and very responsive in the event of a problem-i.e. an accident.

We've had USAA as our auto and homeowner's insurance for years and never had any problem. We've had a couple of claims for minor auto incidents and were very please. This is the first major claim we had for water damage in our home. Trying to get our adjuster to call us back was like pulling teeth. We had to have our water turned off for days and they wouldn't put us up anywhere because they said the house wasn't considered "unlivable". We could not shower, do dishes or anything for a couple of weeks, but we had to stay there. When we got an estimate and needed approval it would take them days to get back to us and just drug out the process. A couple days after we had the pipe fixed (it ran under the floor in our kitchen) it sprung a leak in a new place and they practically accused us of causing it. We hadn't started any of the repairs yet on the rest of the kitchen but we had to open a whole new claim and pay another $500 deductible to get that leak fixed. The kitchen is beautiful now, but it took forever. The leak was discovered at the end of January and my kitchen was completed in May. We decided on new cabinets, so we prolonged it about 3 weeks by ordering new cabinets. I've always loved USAA and their auto insurance claims have always been wonderful, but I can't say that I was at all pleased with the way my Homeowner's claim was handled.

USAA Is by far the best customer service organization I have ever worked with. They have outstanding responsiveness.

This company showed extreme professionalism, care, competence in every area. I tried to change insurance to USAA but was ineligible.

I have no complaints about USAA insurance. Through multiple issues with our cars (including roadside assistance and an accident) they have had a quick response. USAA is one of the only companies that puts a human on the phone after only 30 seconds of automation! Their banking service is responsive as well.

Excellent customer service over the telephone. Local (within the states) representative. Clear and easy to understand. Answered all questions succintly and with further explanation if needed.

USAA is a fantastic auto insurance company. Their rates were well below our previous insurance company's rates. Give USAA a call; you will be happy you did.
