I have been a USAA member for almost 20 years. Their service has always been very good. All of the people we've dealt with have been great, and when we've had claims, they've generally been resolved quickly and with very little hassle. We will be USAA customers for a long time.

I am always amazed that whenever I call USAA l am always greeted by a smile over the phone. There billing is straightforward and simple and I appreciate the timely nature of all of their services. There online billing makes it easy for me to keep all of my accounts with them easy to access and get up to date information 24 hours a day. Wonderful customer service across the board!

USAA has been my insurance company since 1972, and I wouldn't change for anything. In the case in question, I had a flat tire at 11:00 at night and contacted USAA Roadside Assistance. They had someone there to assist me within 20 minutes. They also called to check and see if the assistance had arrived and was satisfactory.

I've been a USAA member my whole adult life and I've yet to experience another service provider that is more professional or consistent. USAA's rates are not only highly competitive, but their customer service is well-educated about their products and they are articulate, polite and thorough. In addition, they have a fully-realized online tool for members where you can adjust any piece of your coverage at any time. I would highly recommend USAA to anyone looking for auto insurance.

During last major hail storm, I met the adjuster at the local auto detail shop where they surveyed the car and gave me a estimate on repair. The repair was done within just a week or so. USAA has always performed well when it comes to my car. Their rates are reasonable and they are quick to pay out once everything is confirmed. I would recommend them to anyone that is eligible.

They always have paid the submitted bills very quickly. Their customer service has been outstanding. I would strongly recommend them.

USAA has historically been an outstanding insurance company. They offer very competitive rates and have, until the last few years, provided outstanding service. However, as they have grown, their service is less than outstanding. For instance, trying to reach the correct person on the phone requires an annoying and lengthy process of responding to automated prompts. Too often, the automated system delivers you to the wrong person. More than once that wrong person has dropped my call when attempting to transfer me to the correct person. That requires repeating the entire process.It appears that the company is too focused on growth and not sufficiently focused on continuing to provide excellent service to existing customers. It is a good company, no longer a great company.

USAA patiently provided complete information re: coverage with understandable language.

If you can get USAA insurance, it's still the way to go, though as the company tries to broaden it's customer base, rates seem to have risen more than I would have expected. Still less than anything else out there for auto insurance. As for banking, wouldn't have my primary account with anyone else. Even depositing checks is now a snap even though the "bank" is 1500 miles away.

It went extremely well. First, because our master bath is adjacent to our master bedroom, and because both are carpeted, he said the replacement cost of the carpet would include both the master bath and the master bedroom. Then, he saw that we have a sitting room off our master bedroom, which is also carpeted to match. He then said he would include the recarpeting of that room also. Of course, the cost of the repair to fix the leak was also covered. He then discussed with us, what he thought was a fair price per sq. ft of carpeting. He said if we could not find what we liked for that price, we should contact him again; and he would review the cost anaylsis again. We agreed with the price estimates, and he sat down and wrote us a check for the entire amount minus our deductible on the spot! We have been dealing with USAA for over 50 years and have NEVER had a problem with any claim. Of course, you must be a member of the military -- or have a family member who is, or was in order to qualify for their insurance. A first-rate organization all the way.

I have used USAA for about 25 years, and have had two auto insurance claims. They have always been incredibly professional, easy to work with, quick to respond, and quick to pay. You can submit the claim online, and handle everything with ease. I am aware that there may be less expensive companies, but will never change because of the quality of the claims process.

First off I want to state that I have been a member of USAA for near 20 years and almost every previous customer service experience has been outstanding. I have had 3 mortgages over the years and this was the first time I chose to use USAA because of the previous customer service experience. I am active duty Air Force with little debt and very good credit. I have listed the questions that the USAA loan processor sent to me along with my responses in an e-mail below. Per the appraisal, the property is showing as ?tenant? occupied as of 08/09/13. Please provide short letter of explanation advising that you are currently residing in the home and the date that you actually moved in. Must be signed and dated by both members. As previously stated my family and I are living in the home. Yes, the home has been rented by multiple families over the years as we have PCSed away from and back to the home during my US Air Force career. I resent the implication that I am engaging in a scam of some sort. My wife, was the person that let the property appraiser into our home. Part of the loan process is signing a statement that the home is the primary residence which I had signed and dated. Please provide copy of your PCS orders to Hurlburt Field reflecting a minimum tour of 12 months from the date of closing. I have never been asked for a copy of my orders before and I resent the insinuation again that I am being anything other than truthful. In the Air Force there is a 2 year Active Duty Service Commitment with a Permanent Change of Station. Please provide Estimated Time of Separation letter from the member, stating that he will remain active duty for at least 12 months from the date of closing and that there is no impending action (such as being passed over for promotion for a second time) that may result in his departure from active duty service. I do not know when I will decide to retire from my service in the US Air Force. A career military member does not separate they retire sometime after 20 years of service. It is incredibly rude mentioning being passed over for promotion 2 times and forced to leave the service. Provide a signed letter from borrowers clarifying what property is being claimed on tax transcripts received from IRS as rental property ? I know that you were renting the current residence previously and that?s what you need to state in the letter just for clarification. Please be sure to sign and date the letter as well. USAA has already charged me for the ability to look at my tax returns, so I really don?t understand this question all I can surmise is that it is another way to question my integrity. Most recent LES statement to be dated within 30 days of closing. You have a copy of my July 2013 LES, now you want my August 2013 LES. Once again my character is being called into question. I cannot express how insulting this is for me. I finished the note with the following: I hope that my responses to your questions above have made my position clear, but to make sure that the message is received: USAA is not doing me a favor in providing assistance with a $160,000 mortgage they are receiving my business. I am not asking for a thank you, I am asking to be treated with the respect that I have earned and that I deserve. This experience has been out of character from my previous dealings with USAA. Has USAA forgotten who their core customer base is? I have been a part of USAA for quite some time and I would not believe this treatment was possible from a company that I respected all these years. Please have a manager from the bank contact me soonest. The response from USAA was that this is how they do business. Well, not my business.

Our car got hit in a parking lot (while we were in the grocery store) and the responsible party left and didn't leave a note. The dent was significatnt so we called USAA to put in an insurance claim. We've had insurance with them for years and they always have superior claims service! Would definitely recommend them!

USAA Insurance Company is excellent. they are prompt to serve when service is needed. Very professional and takes care of their people.

We have been with USAA auto insurance since 2000. Recently we purchased a new truck a few days after our new policy started. Jennifer Seals is the person I always talk to for service on auto policy. She always provides excellent customer service. We needed to insurance our new truck and take off our other 2 auto' s that we traded in. She added new truck and canceled the other 2 auto's. She reveiwed our policy with me to make sure we had enough insurance for personal property and for uninsured moterist. We are extremely happy with the service that Jennifer has provided us through our years with USAA. She always make you feel you are the most important. Never in a rush to get you off the phone.

USAA is the best credit union I have ever used. Their auto insurance is very affordable without cutting any corners. And their customer service can't be beat.

They provide great customer service, especially when my car was in a small fender bender. They were responsive and continuously provided updates to the status of my claim. Their on-line site for members is easy to navigate as well.

Customer service is wonderful, I have never had any problems with them. The prices are always better than other companies and their online system is very user friendly. They even have a phone app that lets you submit claims, check on the status of claims, contact someone, upload pictures, etc. Great options as many things come up outside of business hours.

I have used USAA for automobile insurance for the last 28 years and they have always provided outstanding service for a very reasonable price. They have always been very responsive and helpful.

USAA is a wonderful company with excellent leadership and professional staff. I cannot imagine another insurance company meeting their high standards and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to insure their car or home or property.

My son was involved in an accident out of our homestate driving a car insured by PROGRESSIVE. He struck a car that ran a red light at an intersection. Fortunately an eyewitness saw the entire accident and the driver going through the red light. The witness statement, name and contact information were in the police report. Cut and dry, right? Not according to LIBERTY MUTUAL (liable driver's insurance) or PROGRESSIVE (insurer of vehicle my son drove). In a nutshell. PROGRESSIVE ducked out stating the vehicle did not have collision and was not their issue - they did make a bit of an effort to seek liability from LIBERTY MUTUAL or fight on behalf of my in-law who faced the bill! There is not enough room to detail the lies, misinformation and double-speak that came from LIBERTY MUTUAL - even after they had a taken the witness's statement over the phone who corroborated their driver was 100% at fault. After 50+ days of deception and ineptitude from LIBERTY MUTUAL, USAA stepped in an paid the claim!!! Even though they are not the responsible insurer! They did this simply to take the problem off my hands and my in-law's hands. My rates were not affected because it was classified not-at-fault. They have taken on the responsibility to recover the claim from LIBERTY MUTUAL. I challenge anyone to find another insurance company that would act in this manner. As for responsiveness, it was remarkable. USAA proactively contacted my in-law on several occasions keeping her abreast of the situation as her own PROGRESSIVE agent would not get involved. Every phone message I left was responded to in less thank 30 minutes. Every message left on the website was responded to within minutes. You cannot beat their service, the website, their agent politeness, responsiveness nor professionalism.

Excellent work at reconciling the issue and they got me a rental car quickly which enabled me to get back to work quickly.

I was the victim of a hit and run accident. They covered my rental car while repairs were performed and I just had to pay my deductible. They got someone out quickly to assess the damage and gave me a choice of several shops to do the repairs. The one I chose did excellent and had me back in my car in short order
