Completed bill pay online for Auto insurance premium which includes 3 vehicles. Representatives are always very helpful.

I renewed again in Sept. Everything went simply as it always does. They continue to provide excellent value for the services they provide.

USAA has the best customer service around. I called them that I had gotten a chip in my windshield and they sent out a technician to my home the next day to repair it. Everyone was professional and friendly. Can't even tell I had a chip! USAA is a bargain!

I was amazed how quickly USAA responded once they were contacted. They suggested a repair facility, and once the car was towed there, everything went smoothly and quickly. I was amazed how quick and easy the entire process was!

Storm damage to both of our cars. USAA handled our claim very quickly and efficiently. They had the money to the body shop within a week of our claim. Then, we switched shops and delayed our repairs, USAA just sent us our money and let us decide. Great service.

USAA had the adjuster come to the location where my vehicle was towed. They then had the car towed to body shop of my choice. They paid the bill in full, minus the deductable, including all towing fees and services.

We need to add another car to our car insurance with USAA and we were able to do it online and got the quote right away so my wife could use the car on her next trip.

Very quickly the USAA adjustro was in touch with us and began the process for our claim. Within the same day we had a rental car available to us. Within a week the verdict was that the car was totalled and we were given a fair market value assessment.

They kept me updated on progress throughout the claim process, setup the appraisal for me immediately as well as the appt with the repair service. Phenomenal customer service. I never had to worry about a thing.

I got a flat tire and called USAA's roadside assistance. They promptly contacted a local company contracted with them. I received assistance within 45 minutes. I would say this is pretty quick because it was about 5:00 on a Friday. The person was very profession and friendly. I've had USAA for many years for my Auto Insurance provider and have never had any issues with them. I hadn't used their roadside assistance because I had AAA for many years in addition to my auto insurance. I will definitely call them again in the future if I need help.

I've been using USAA for auto and home insurance for 37 years and can't say enough good things about them. We have to submit auto claims over the years and they are very prompt in processing them. If you don't mind working with an insurance company over the phone and internet, they can't be beat for price and service.

I've been with USAA for many years. They are a quality company focused on their members. They are professional and courteous. if you call you'll speak to a person who will not hang up until you are satisfied or your question is answered. There are less expensive insurance companies but USAA will honor your claim. You pay for quality and assurance that they will be there.

We use USAA for our auto insurance, and we have used them for 30 years. Their Roadside Assist service is great. We've always had good response times, and they provide several opportunities to follow up with them if your service is slow in arriving. We've only had to contact them a couple times for traffic accidents. Their customer service representatives are knowledgeable and willing to take the time to understand what has happened and what you need.

Because of the service and savings we get with USAA I will continue to be a customer for years to come. We were able to lower our deductible and raise our coverage and still pay less then with other providers. I feel save having renters insurance and was surprised at how inexpensive it is. They walked me through the whole process and made sure we had enough coverage should we need it. In 2009 we used USAA to buy our first brand new car. They not only had the lowest interest rate but they preapproved us for the loan and helped make sure the car we were buying was reliable and a good price. I love USAA and so glad my kids will be able to use it in the future.

Easy to make deposits...great, professional employees

The agent gave us the run around when we called after the first 24 hours. First we were told we could not be approved for the amount we asked for but if we submitted for less it would go through. We did that and then got a letter of rejection a week later telling us we were not approved. The agent stopped taking our calls and would not return call from us. So we went to a local bank who approved us for the original amount on the spot.

We contacted our insurance provider regarding the chip in the windshield of our truck. They took care of the problem and set up an appointment for SafeLight to come out and fix it while at work. Best part it didn't cost anything, it is part of the coverage they provide. We like USAA and will stay with them.

Great job---quickly answered phone, sent their contract service to do permanent windshield repair at no cost.
