I needed to remove an auto from my policy. I logged in and it took about two minutes. Changed policy and other documents were emailed to me the next day. My one claim, a fender bender, my fault. When I called a wonderful young man took care of everything including my guilt! "This is what I'm here for."

Love them I do all my banking with them. I get my insurance through them. I run my Roth portfolio through them.

USAA is our auto insurer. I had a claim for a $65 towing charge. I submitted the information requested online and received my reimbursement check within THREE DAYS! I did not even have to mail or scan in any information. They requested the invoice number and other information from my receipt, I entered everything on the simple online form and BOOM-three days later I had the check in hand for the entire amount. They do offer a direct deposit option if a bank account is linked to the account.

Outstanding service, never talk to a computer or someone in Pakistan. Representatives are consistent with advice given, always friendly, courteous, and professional.

USAA has the best rates for insurance that I've found. Their online banking is convenient and doesn't have all the fees that Bank of America has.

The repair was scheduled, we took the car in, had the repairs done and it looked new once more. USAA always does a great job and handles any problem efficiently and professionally without any hassle.

My parents have had USAA as long as I can remember. Because my father was in the Navy, I also get to use them. I had some things stolen in college and all I had to do is go out and find my replacements and mail USAA the receipts. Done and done! There was a small period of time when I used a different company to save money on the monthly premiums as USAA tends to be slightly higher than some. This is fine as long as nothing happens that requires the use of insurance. In short, several things were stolen from our home and rather than letting us replace the stolen property, the other company gave us a depreciated value for everything, including my husbands mountain bike that had been upgraded and added to for years. So, the money they gave us could not begin to replace the kind of bike he had....or the other things for that matter. He still has not replaced the bike. We ended up going to a pawn shop to replace some of the other things. Every time I have called customer service they have been extremely kind and helpful. Even if it's just to see if they can work my numbers and get a lower rate due to the age of our cars or whatever. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!

We have been USAA members for over 40 years. They quite simply are the exemplary insurance firm in the country.

It always goes well with USAA! I have been a member for over 25 years, and have always received first class service. Each year I get a phone call in order to review my insurance needs and to take advantage of any updates that might apply to me. And each year I get a refund added to my account; you can't beat that! Payments are automatically deducted from my checking account, making the insurance issue very easy to deal with. There has never been any kind of glitch in these deductions or in any claims I might have had. This is just the best company: I use them for all my banking, many of my investments, house insurance, and as fiduciary consultations. One of the reasons I think so highly of this company is the fact that I feel I am a part of USAA, not simply a customer who has to be on guard and who is being taken advantage of. This takes a load off my mind and makes my life easier.

They are very professional, organized, and great to work with. I have had a couple claims throughout the years and they have always beenvery easy to reach and work with.

Overall, USAA is a good provider of insurance. The claim took several months and I went through several different claims adjustors, but at the end, the company provided me with what I needed to get my house back in order. I blame the punctuality rating on the storms that hit NJ last year for the hard responsiveness at times. I have had USAA my whole life and they have been very faithful and fair. I would recommend.

Customer service is number one with this company. Claims are fairly and promptly processed. USAA's employees are of the highest caliber. When you want to make changes to your policy they have streamlined the process and clearly and efficently answer all of your questions.

Always easy to contact. Talked in person, with real person, who was very intelligent. All of my records were at his fingertips. Updates and revisions were easy to make. Prices very competitive within State regulations. Excellent overseas services while travelling in Asia.

USAA is always a stellar company to deal with. I have nothing but praise for USAA's service, prices, and care of veterans, service members and their families. Their auto insurance is very fair-priced, and their service (in the event of claims) is prompt and friendly. I will continue to use USAA for all my banking/insurance needs.

Everything went well and the telephone responses were efficient. It was easy to get through their prompts, and their rates are as good as I've ever seen. When I've used them in the past for claim services it's always been excellent. I'd highly recommend them if you qualify for their insurance.

Got USAA when my husband was in the Navy. He was deployed and we actually got sued from a person we had an accident with a few months prior. USAA handled it all!! They called me to keep me informed about everything. It was nice to know that they had it under control because I already had enough going on with the deployment and kids. They were so great with our auto insurance it was a no brainer when it came to our homeowners insurance. They are top quality and really do "serve those who serve"!!

USAA personnel was very responsive and often time acting as the intermediary between us and the service provider from having the vehicle towed, locating an appropriate collision center for estimates and completing the final paperwork to settle with the bank. Although we dealt with several different USAA representatives from different departments (towing, personal injury, collision), each department seemed to be communicating with the other and we did not have to continually repeat information. USAA prepared the necessary paperwork, provided specific instructions when there was something we needed to do and interceded if we had difficulty in contacting or communicating with any of the 3rd party service providers. Each member of the USAA staff was professional, patient and caring when discussing the process with us. .

It went poorly. USAA did not act in my behalf but in the behalf of the other person. They advised me poorly when they told me to go ahead and talk with her insurance company. This all happened in a parking lot in January . No snow, just a little drizzle. She was speeding through the lot and came around the bend as I was crossing the lot from a grocery store stop sign. I was at the stop for more than the 3 seconds. No one or nothing in site. That is how fast she was driving! I was at a crawl because I had planned to park. She also tried to sue for getting hurt when she admitted to the police that she was fine. What a pc. of work. My insurance company left me feeling helpless. USAA has not done well in any of our circumstances. We had water that leaked in from the ceiling after one bad windy storm. We had a room size carpet made by Essis and Sons to cover our hardwood. Because it was not tacked down to the beautiful hardwood they would not pay for the replacement. The back of the carpet had become saturated and was falling apart. They expected my husband and I to move the carpet out which meant moving out all the furniture, as well as the wall to wall wooden entertainment center. How can this be? They considered it to be a carry out! Ha Ha Ha Ha. Maybe for Goliath! I don't care for USAA.

It went fine, but they are on the high side for competive priceing.

I have been a member of USAA since I married my husband 10 years ago. He has been a member since 1973. The representatives on the phone are professional and helpful in revising insurance coverage and handling claims. I revised my automobile policy recently online, and it was quite easy. Other insurance companies may be a little cheaper, but USAA's service is unmatched.
