I love working with USAA. It is so easy to talk to a real, friendly person who can easily give me insurance quotes and answer my questions. There are few automated menus, if any.

Had a quote conducted online to check out auto insurance. I was with my old provider approximately 25 years. Was very surprised to find the rate was about 40% lower. Change not only my auto insurance, but my home insurance also. Saving me about $1000/year between the both policies.

They are absolutely an “A+”. They are straight to the point and no hassle. They really care and they are there for you. They are always trying to come up with solutions. Their on line banking is awesome and it’s very user friendly. They are actually there for the customer. The fact that we were ex military, they really go out of their way to ensure that we’re getting the best deals, price and everything.

They are very particular about what providers to use for any sort of work. They will only use someone that they certify as being a good and reputable company. I found a great contractor through them. They are the best!

I love USAA. The BEST customer service! They are cutting edge with technology too and make life so much easier. They were one of the first to offer mobile deposit of checks. In terms of insurance, I had an accident and they sent someone out within 24-hours and I had a check in my checking account the very next day that covered all the repairs at the repair shop I selected. Very happy with USAA and have been for 20 years!

I began doing business with USAA after my husband & I married in 1998. He had already been a loyal customer for 16+ years as well as his father before him. There is no way possible that I can say enough nice things about this company. When my daughter was a teenager, we had to file several claims on my auto insurance. The immediate response of care & concern for my daughter's safety each time was refreshing and the immediate response to my claim was awesome. The responsiveness and personal care that I have always received from USAA has earned my continued loyalty. They are AMAZING!!!

They worked with me until I WAS happy with the results. They gave me all the time I needed to get the exact doors which were burned in a minor fire. The doors were very expensive and they pulled no punches to get them replaced to what I once had. They took extra effort to find the doors. Also, when they worked with me I never felt rushed.

My overall experience with them has been an "A." I have been using them for 20 years. They have an excellent customer service. They have always been extremely helpful anytime I have called, 24 hours a day.

The level of service, the quality of their product, the knowledge of their staff is just exceptional across the board. They really are an outstanding insurance company and they really care. I think they're phenomenal.

We LOVE them! They might not always be the cheapest out there, however, their customer service is ALWAYS outstanding! We will continue to use them and recommend them. We especially liked the financial planning they offered and our son will be starting out in college with their financial planning. To become a member one must be a member of the armed forces or US Public Health Service. Their service is exceptional and their pricing is the lowest I have found. I recommend them without hesitation.

I've been a USAA member for over 40 years. Their service as a property and casualty company is fantastic.

Accident occurred in 1999, and I received notification from the person I was pushed into that I was being sued as my insurance company (USAA) would not pay the damage for their vehicle.When I left Italy in 2001, I wrote several letters to USAA corporate headquarters in Texas, and they told me that this particular agent in Italy did not represent USAA and declared that he was an independent agent. I returned to Italy in 2003 and happened to be near the agency, and went in and they had a check for about $1,000 dollars for me but never sent it in the mail. I have told USAA repeatedly that I will NEVER use them for anything and to stop sending me their crap. I still receive mailings asking me to join, and this will NEVER HAPPEN!!!

They are very informed, competitive and responsive. If you ever have a claim, they are very fair in their coverage.

They’re a very good insurance company. They’re very compliant and the prices reasonable. I think they’re a very conscientious insurance company as opposed to other companies. The people are very professional, timely, and responsive. Everything is very good about them. The price is about the mean or the average for an insurance company. They have a reimbursement program where you have to get reimbursed back based upon the profit sharing so it makes the prices even more attractive.

We were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable our increase was - and as always customer service representatives were cordial and efficient.

Had a flat tire, called their roadside service. Very helpful and a short wait.

Spoke to someone on the weekend and explained everything. Saved $400 on my home insurance and another $200 (a year) on my car insurance. Switched all my banking to USAA. Plan on switching my brokerage account as well.

They gave me excellent comparable rates compared to Progressive. I switched after a sizable % increase in my homeowners insurance rate and I saved several hundred more on my car insurance.

The process was quick and seamless. |They even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their work and with the USAA certified car dealer that they sent me to. I saved thousands of dollars by using the USAA Car Buying Service.

I recently was able to join USAA since my father was in the Navy in the 1960s. Their customer service is wonderful and their prices are generally lower than my previous company while providing greater coverage (in dollar amount). I just renewed my 6 month auto policy last week and will gladly continue to use USAA.

I would recommend them without reservation.

They do not have long term insurance. They cater to the military. They are a class act and they have never let us down. I cannot say anything bad about them. They were my first good decision. I trust them. They are very helpful. They are very friendly and provide good service. I will continue to use them.
