I would highly recommend USAA
Description of Work: I have used USAA for 25 plus years. They are courteous and responsive with reasonable rates. While they refer all work (i.e. towing), they responded quickly and the follow up is though.

Description of Work: I have been a USAA Member for over 26 years. After moving to Florida I have seen the coverages offered decrease. Now when I would like to purchase a home and switch my current coverage to it I am being declined. Tampa has a huge veteran population and USAA is located in this area yet they are refusing to write homeowners policies in this area. I am very disappointed in USAA and their decision. Great support of the veterans who built USAA

Description of Work: I was able purchase all the insurance coverage I needed for my entire household in one place. I completed this all online with 3 different agents. It did take a while but since I was several states away, I appreciated the personal attention. There were some significant differences in coverages between Wi and Tx coastline.
