Description of Work: We LOVE USAA. We employ USAA services for banking and auto insurance. We have also had a mortgage with them in the past. Their auto insurance service is beyond reproach. The level of customer service is incredible. We've had four individual hail claims on our vehicles in the past four years. They have gone above and beyond to help us with the claims and the repairs. We will never switch.

Description of Work: We have used USAA for car and home insurance, and other financial services, for over 50 years. In my opinion clearly the best in the business if you have a military background and therefore eligible to use them.

Description of Work: If you are fortunate enough to have a military connection to become a member of USAA, THEN DO IT! My Dad was career Navy, so I've been with them |for over 4 decades. Sure you can find cheaper rates, but then see what happens when you file a claim. I have them for both vehicle and home insurance. They have the absolute best customer service. You reach a human being within seconds. All are extremely knowledgable, polite and helpful. |I also use their banking services. Absolutely no other company will treat you as well. My few claims were taken care of immediately. They are solid |financially. I get an annual insurance dividend refund because they do so well, that is used towards my premium payments. This is one company founded |on integrity, honor and service. I'm so grateful that I am a member.
